My family had the absolute pleasure of visiting Miami Dolphin Tours last week. We did the dolphin experience and the seal experience. What a wonderful place! The trainers were so nice and taught us things we never knew. I also think this place is fantastic because they do rescues and really care about their animals. I would so highly recommend visiting!!

Very professional dolphin program. My kids enjoyed it and had a lot of fun. Staff was friendly and professional. Worth the money and the drive.

The booking process was super simple (I used the website). The company sent out clear directions and followed up via phone to make sure the tickets and directions were received and clear. My only suggestion would be to check the weather for your booking ahead of time to avoid a negative experience (and $25 service charge to change appointment).The swimming part itself was super fun. I booked it for my wifes birthday and she was ecstatic. You get to play with dolphins, feed them, play with them, kiss them and finally swim with them. You can also check out the rest of the park afterwards (inc its shows) as its included in the cost. We both loved it!

Very very nice experience, my both kids love it and we have fantastic time.I want to say thank you for stuff guys who working in the park and specially guys who who working with dolphins, they are really really nice and professional!!!Only one problem is when I booked everything everything over the phone I wasn’t informed that we are not going to swim with dolphins and all 30 minutes we were waiting when is that happens ... sorry but I pay over $500 and hasn’t swim with dolphin it really makes me upset.

They’re only getting 4 stars because I did have an actual encounter with dolphins.... BUT what they failed to tell me Is that this “encounter “ isn’t personal with just yourself or the person(s) you came/booked with... it’s you all and others (Complete strangers) so the time is divided up between 6-8 people... not only that but the pictures are a complete rip off! I would strongly advise you to pay that extra $52 so they can take as many free pictures I could go on but I’d rather not you’ll see;)

Please bring a towel when go to sit on or your but will literally burn when you sit down. Besides that its great saw a bunch of dolphins and we stayed out longer than the alotted time.

Great place to spend time with children. We are swam with a dolphin. It was unforgettable . Also we watched 2 shows with them. They are amazing.

Great experience and worth it! I booked online through Dolphin World. All my questions were answered in a very quick and timely fashion. All of the employees are so nice and knowledgeable about the dolphins. I recommend doing the swimming with dolphins option since its such a great experience that cannot be described with words alone. They are different photo packages available if you choose to purchase photos of the encounter. The professional photographers are taking pictures of you during the experience and their photos come out great since they use professional cameras. I highly recommend swimming with dolphins and the money goes to a good cause!

One of our last destinations this last vacation, we paid about $60 each to get in the park. There are a lot of premium packages that start around $120 per person to encounter dolphins, penguins, sea lions, and manatees, but they are priced ridiculously high to eliminate participation by the masses. There are VIP tours as well that you can spend hundreds per person on and should schedule days or weeks in advance. This is a great option if you want to spend over $1k for an afternoon for a family of 5.Dolphin show was included but really typical of any zoo show. Probably should splash the audience more to generate some excitement. Kids were done after an hour or so, they have seen many of the tank window views over the years and there did not seem to be any wow factor. There are other shows but the kids were not interested in staying to see them.Park is clean, staff friendly, and parking was easy, but we thought the place was a snooze, not much to see between tanks although the kids did enjoy the elevated obstacle course that had a nominal fee and staffed by very helpful teens.Someone representing the business responded to say there are other free shows which I amended on my review, but I would suggest they visit other similar sites around the country to see that they could to do something to stand out. Brookfield Zoo has a better dolphin show. The birds around the dolphin tank during the show were more fun to watch. There is no reason not to have more excitement between tanks and around the viewing windows. Terribly dated. Probably looked great in the 70’s. But very costly. I was too kind with the three stars, I will amend that as well.

The experience was amazing. Only part that was a turn off was the food closed stands before the times they were to close. Other than that, pick up and drop off was awesome. Staff was polite and knowledgeable. Dolphins were adorable!

Had a great time! And this company made it very easy. One quick phone call and arrangements made. Many confirmations sent. Picked us up and drove us down so that we didn’t have to navigate the traffic. John was awesome. Very informative. We felt relaxed and prepared for our encounter. Dropped us at the entrance and got us into the park with no waiting. At the end of the day, John texted us that he had arrived. Couldn’t have been easier. Great company to work with.

We received transportation to and from driver was prompt friendly and very helpful. The sea lion and the killer whale shows were good. The actually swim with the dolphins was not as much interaction as we were told. You did get to ride the dolphin once. After that very little interaction.

Absolutely amazing time! My girlfriend and I will remember this experience forever. The encounter was very accessible to all people and was a joy!

We visited the Seaquarium in Miami after Christmas and had a wonderful time. We booked through Miami Swim with Dolphin Tours and had no problems whatsoever. Our girls (15, 18) got to swim with the dolphins and really enjoyed it. The staff there was fantastic, very knowledgeable and nice. They were great explaining everything from the beginning to end. It was really cool to see the dolphins up close! The aquarium had lots of other animals and shows to see. I highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting the Miami area.

I I would call it more of a private dolphin show. As we didnt do much swimming with the dolphins. However the dolphin ride at the end was priceless. It definitely was an unforgettable experience.

Our experience was worth every Penny spent. The staff and the trainers are very informative. We had so much fun interacting with the Dolphins. Defiantly would recommend this to everyone and we would defiantly go back! The entire facility was great

Swimming with the dolphins was an AWESOME fun experience!! We were provided with wet suits, got to get into the water and do a number of activities with the dolphins -- the best being able to swim with them. The instructors/workers were very helpful and friendly. The location is also a plus, going to Key Biscayne is a beautiful place. The only downside of the adventure was having to wait 45 minutes PAST our scheduled start time. We were excited to go, and had to wait what seemed like forever. Once we were finally called in, all was great.

The class was informative and the staff were friendly and inviting. This experience was on my bucket list and I will never forget it. I was in Miami for my 60th birthday. The dolphins were very cooperative and entertaining. I am so glad I chose the seaquarium in Miami. You guys rock.

My mom is 75. She just wanted to swim with the dolphins.They told her to show up 3+ hours before her swim. She don’t need that, nor had the energy to walk around/wait.After all that, she swam ONE small lap with a dolphin. She couldn’t even swim with it back- they told her no.For $300 ya’ get a lot of fluff and extra time, but 3 minutes to actually swim with a dolphin.Not to mention the WAY OVERPRICED additional fees for photos or videos.

We had a great time with our 2 young kids (age 7 &5). They absolutely loved the dolphin experience! Couldn’t stop talking about it for days and when we got back home couldn’t wait to show all their friends the pictures. I would highly recommend it. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable.The park ( included with your dolphin experience) is also a great time with lots of touching and feeding opportunities. Stingy rays, parrots, and seals were their favorites plus the killer whale show is super fun! What an amazing mammal! Best of all you can feel good about the fact that they take care of their animals and are very concerned for their well being.

What an AMAZING experience!!! From the minute John, our driver, picked us up in West Palm Beach, to the second he dropped us back off at the end of the day, we were smiling. The dolphin experience was enjoyable. The only suggestion I would have is for smaller groups with each trainer in order for more interaction with the dolphins and less downtime. We also did the seal experience. It was FANTASTIC! 100% interactive, educational and fun! The trainers were knowledgeable across the board. They were willing to answer any any question. One of my children has special needs and they were incredibly supportive, encouraging, patient and kind. I cannot say enough good things. We have memories for a lifetime (and gorgeous photographs as well!) Id do it again in a heartbeat!

It was a great experience to be close with the dolphins and to touch and learn about them. I do wish the experience included more time with the dolphins and less time posing for pictures.

Easy to get there via the shuttle they offer! Very helpful once you get to the park too, and flexible pick up times if you don’t want to stay all day. The swimming with dolphin experience was unreal! Definitely reccommend to anyone who wants to see some great animal shows as well!

We had a great experience! My six year old daughter loved it! The trainers and everyone working there were so knowledgeable and helpful and cared so much about the dolphins. Its a great experience. Didnt know why we had to wear a wetsuit though?!

Came over from New York for Dolphin Encounter. Definitely a great experience. My son and I had a blast. They also offer pick up and drop off service with the package. Our drivers name was John, a very pleasant, welcoming person. He definitely made the drive smooth. I was very pleased and definitely coming back again. Thank you ! ;)

Arrived and the facility was very nice. Watched a video about recycling prior to seeing the dolphins. We did swimming with the dolphins, which only included one lap and playing with them. If you are stuck between swimming with the dolphins and the encounter, I would recommend the encounter. Thought there would be a lot more interaction with swimming. However, it was still a great experience! The 30 minutes with the dolphins flies by!

Swimming with the Dolphin was a very fun experience, although a very quick one. I do wish that I could have swam with the dolphins more than just a minute. The Miami Seaquarium was a unique experience that is definitely more geared towards families. They had shows throughout the day.

My daughter, and three children from age 5 to 13 did the Dolphin encounter at the Miami Seaquarium and had a great experience that they will never forget. In addition, we attended several of the shows and found them to exceptional. We would recommend this to anyone.

The instructors were absolutely awesome!!!!! They took their time and explained everything very thoroughly and were so polite and pleasant. Getting in the water with the dolphins was a once-in-a-lifetime experience that I am so glad that my daughter and I did at this location. It was fun and informative and absolutely a once-in-a-lifetime experience that we will never forget. And of course we have amazing pictures that they took as well.Afterwords we got to spend the rest of the day looking at all the other sea life that they had there as well and it was amazing!! Worth every penny spent!!!

This trip was amazing! John picked us up at the hotel in fort lauderdale and brought us back. He was so friendly and personable! He even came with snacks and drinks! The Miami Swim with Dolphins Tour was wonderful! My almost 16 year old grand girl swam while I observed. We both fully enjoyed our part! Our driver John, was very courteous and gave us great information which helped us navigate the Seaquarium. Great time on all accounts.

Getting to touch a Dolphin has been on my Lists for a long time. But I wanted to do it somewhere I knew they were being treated well. I walked away from this experience feeling that way. The talk they give you before you are allowed in with the Dolphins is informative- How they live in the wild, what they are doing to help the ocean, where not to touch a Dolphin, rules and the fact that they use Dolphins that seek out human interaction for the encounters. The ones that dont want to be petted get used for their shows with the trainers. I had SO MUCH fun! I loved the trainers they had with us and the Dolphins really did seem cool with humans touching them. The only complaint I had was they had us check into the park 2 hrs ahead of time. If you want to see the rest of the park its cool, but if you had other things to do, it was an inconvenience.

Great experience! We had a wonderful time. You get pictures taken and you get to swim with the dolphin depending on what tour you chose. They educate you about them and also explain you how things will work prior to the encounter. It’s a fun thing to do in Miami, and just over all!!

Took my three kids and it was an experience of a lifetime they will surely never forget!

It was frustrating getting in to the park at the front gate, signage was lacking. We waited in 3 different lines. There should be signs for persons purchasing tickets, those who have prepaid for tickets, and those who are attending the dolphin experience. Once we were inside everything was wonderful. The dolphin experience was fabulous for my 12 year old daughter, she loved it! I was not thrilled with the photo purchase afterwards, I felt rushed to make a decision and it was way over-priced!

The experience was twofold:- the trainers, the dolphins, the rides...were amazing and are a once in a lifetime experience- since they offer Fotos to remember this experience (for 60 usd per person) we paid 240 USD for our family for the Fotos.- BUT they did not upload all the pictures and we still did not hear from their customer service what about it despite 5 e-mails sent to them.- in Summary: High price, low performance- But we keep the memories in our mind

From Ohio. Took my girlfriend here as her graduation present. She LOVED it. Great interaction with the dolphins. Got to “kiss” and “hug”, shake the fin, ride across the pool, etc, all while learning great information and being involved and entertained by the dolphins and trainers. You can tell the trainers really love and care for the animals properly. The trainers we had were funny and friendly. My girlfriend and I were both highly pleased with our encounter.The access to the park was great to experience after our encounter. The killer whale and dolphin shows are entertaining and informative. You can see many other creatures such as sting rays, parrots, manatees, and sea lions. All of the staff are highly informative on their area of speciality.

W O R S T E X P E R I E N C E E V E R!!!Instructors and stuff were very rude. They were not welcoming and as a plus the day we went the instructors had personal problems between them so they were in constantly disagreement all the time. Lack of respect of this place to do NOT REFUND the money if the weather is not good. It was raining so bad, basically it was a storm. Even though YOU ARE FORCE TO GO IF NOT YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY OR EITHER THEY WILL CHARGE YOU FOR CHANGING THE DATE TO ANOTHER DAY.I paid a lot for having a good experience but it was the worst since we had to be under the raining meeting the dolphins. The water was freezing since it comes from the sea. All the participants were complaining because the water was cold. We did not enjoy anything of it, we were so frustrated because we paid for NOTHING, only for getting sick and get a bad experience out of it. I do NOT recommend this place at all and If I would have the chance to give ZERO stars, I would do it because they do not know anything about respect, being fair, good manners with the customers and also how to handle personal situations between them. All what they want is the money but they are careless to satisfy peoples expectations.

My sister and I had an amazing experience. The Miami Swim with Dolphin Tours provided transportation to and from West Palm Beach, and completely walked us through the entire process getting us where we needed to be, explaining throughout. The experience itself was amazing, a long time bucket list for me. They filmed the entire experience, and made an incredible video of our entire experience that he sent to us in a timely manner. Anyone looking for a great experience should definitely book through Miami Swim with Dolphin Tours!

The driver was friendly & we chatted about several interests, which helped pass the 2-hr drive more quickly. We walked straight in, he pointed out where food & shows were, then took us directly to the dolphins. Swimming with the dolphins was amazing! We had small groups, individual attention & they took photos & created an album for each of us. We had the rest of the day to see shows & exhibits. The driver gave us a choice as to how long we wanted to stay. Worth every penny.

I had a good time. The workers there were very kind and understanding about my medical condition. The only thing is, they do make you take all your jewelry out. All earring, nose, lip rings have to be taken out!

We had a great time celebrating my girlfriends birthday! Dolphin trainers were pleasant and knowledgeable. Spent most of the day at the park and took in the other shows. We also did the transportation package from Fort Lauderdale. Our driver, John, was prompt and helpful. He even called enroute giving us an estimated time of arrival. Entire day was a good experience....check that one off the bucket list!

We booked our swimming with dolphins for our July trip. They were so helpful and sweet when I asked 50 thousand questions. We get a text and emails with all the information we need. Now we are just counting down the days until vacation so actually get to do the swimming!

It was a beautiful experience, well worth the time, money and effort it took to do it. The only reason I rated 4 stars instead of 5 was that I paid for photos. I received prints right after the swim, and they were fine. However, I never did get the electronic copies of the additional views. After a number of computer glitches, I gave up. Howard

John, our driver and videographer was a class act. Picked us up at our hotel in the van which was stocked with snacks and drinks. He escorted us to the classroom and the dolphin swim and videotaped the whole experience. He let us pick the time we wanted to leave! One of the funnest times ever! The trainers and dolphins were spectacular. Safety First mindset!!! The photographs taken by the staff photographer will be a great memory! Cant wait to see video️️️️️

I surprised my 11-year old daughter with a trip to Florida, specifically to swim with dolphins (her favorite), and we could NOT have had a better experience at Dolphin World! I opted for the pick-up and delivery service since we were staying 2 hours away, and am SO glad that I did (Miami traffic...ugh). Our driver was great! He was polite, informative, offered suggestions, took us inside park and walked with us to swim area. He also recorded our swim experience (for free since I booked so early), edited the video to music, and now we have a FANTASTIC lifelong viewable memory of it! (An outside vendor takes pictures during your swim, but they are extremely expensive!) The trainers were also great ... fun, informative, very knowledgeable, etc. If its possible, you will love dolphins even more after you encounter this experience! Thank you Dolphin World for a FABULOUS time! I would definitely recommend this as a To Do for anyone and everyone!

My driver was excellent. He called me to tell me he was outside my hotel and brought me into the park and over to the dolphin center where I filled out my paperwork. He was extremely helpful with not only giving me all the information I needed for he day about the park but also have us information about things to do around the city. Im very pleased with my experience.

This swim is really amazing, no other word captures the sheer fun and exhilaration that you will feel when holding on to the dorsal fin of a dolphin. I felt empowered, excited and nervous all at the same time. I had a fun time petting and touching them, they are amazing animals. Overall I give this experience 5 stars, I have never experienced anything like this and I cant wait to do it again when I return to South Florida. If you are a dolphin lover or just love the water or a new experience this is an absolute must do, you are missing out!!

Literally an amazing experience! My daughter and I did the dolphin experience and from beginning to end it was a lot of fun. They give you an orientation about the dolphins then break you into groups and let you touch, kiss and play with the dolphin. Beware of the expensive photo packages afterwards but that’s to be expected. I clearly bought mine. :-) An experience you’ll surely never forget.

Amazing experience. It made the perfect day to do the morning dolphin swim then lunch time sea trec because we ended just in time for the 2 oclock top deck dolphin show. Oh...and the Driver (John) was prompt n friendly. Overall a wonderful experience.

Wow! I had an absolutely incredible time doing the Dolphin Swim in Miami. The dolphins and their trainers were extremely friendly and fun, and made sure that every single person had the best experience possible! The best part was that one of the dolphins gave me a dorsal fin ride across the pool! I would definitely recommend Dolphin World to all of my family and friends who come down to visit!

My daughter & I did the dolphin swim using the transportation service today. The entire experience was easy & fun. The Seaquarium was full of awesome exhibits, shows, & interaction opportunities. Today was a day that we will never forget.

The weather wasnt the best and the water was a bit cold, but we all loved it anyway!Our trainer was so sweet to the kids and had a good sense of humor. The dolphin, Ripley, was so gentle and even our 5 year old seemed to relax around him after just a couple of minutes. I would definitely recommend this experience to anyone, especially families with smaller kids. Our are 10, 9, and 5 and it was just as much fun for the adults as it was for them.

We are staying at margerittivile we arranged with John round trip. John picked us up at hotel right on time in a spotless van. He was a perfect gentleman & a safe driver. We arrived right on time for our appt to swim with the dolphins . My children had so much fun at Miami sea aquarium they swam with the dolphins & enjoyed all the shows after. Im so happy I was able to see my beautiful childrens eyes light up with happiness.. It was something out of a storybook.. John the driver picked us up right on time . It was a perfect day!!

I had the most incredible experience with Dolphin World. I did the Seal Swim and Sea Trek Encounter, which both were its own unique and memorable tours. During the Seal Swim I started off by swimming with all the seals, ranging from cute seal pups all the way to full grown seals. Then I was separated into a group and had a one on one experience with different seals, feeding them, touching them, and even kissing them! It was a delightful experience that I will never forget.After was the Sea Trek Encounter where I went under water and experienced life under the sea in person. Wearing a oxygen helmet I traveled under water to the bottom of a 20 ft tank and saw the beautiful sea creatures that live there. Down in the tank I fed sting rays touched a giant purple fish, and even tickled a sea turtle. I had a blast with dolphin world and would highly recommend to any one traveling to South Florida and even locals.

Our driver was the best. Big accident on the highway enroute to our Dolphin tour. What should’ve been a 45 minute drive turned into a 2 hour 15 minute nightmare. Our driver reassured us that he would take care of us, he did. Dolphins were really fun. Really enjoyed our driver.

This was an incredible experience! The trainers were very fun and put on a great show with the dolphins. I know others that have done different dolphin experiences and havent been able to do as much as we were able to here. I would love to do this again!!

The people are very informative and outgoing. I really enjoyed my experience interacting with the dolphins. The only downside was you were not aloud to buy individual pictures after you were finished, you have to buy the whole package which is around $150.

Great staff, fantastic experience, I was in awe of the place!

My kids loved their encounter with the Dolphins. They had 8 people in their group which was on the higher side but they still had time with it. We had a very mellow group which I think led to the leader not going above and beyond. She did great but I saw the other groups having a toss with a ball with the dolphin and interacting more with it. My kids didnt even notice and really loved it. The pictures were an added expense. We did have two of us taking pictures and trying to video but the instructor and others in the group blocked almost every shot so we had no choice but to buy the disc ($65). A nice memory though. Overall I would definitely recommend it to do once for lasting memories.

My girlfriend and I did a dolphin swim as well as a seal swim and both were amazing. The staff was friendly, fun, and knowledgable as they answered all the questions that were thrown at them. The staff in the gift shop were especially helpful; they combined pictures from both our seal swim and dolphin swim onto one CD, making it easy for us to bring the pictures home and share with friends and family. Being able to swim with dolphins and seals was an incredible experience that I will never forget. I have and will continue to recommend this facility to any of my friends who are looking to swim with dolphins.

We were on the fence about doing this, so we did not prebook before our Miami vacation. However, while in town, we ended up deciding to sign up, and I am so glad we did. It takes a lot to WOW at 13 year old boy these days, and I can say that my son was over the moon. We did the Dolphin Swim Adventure, which includes getting a short ride from a dolphin. That was the highlight - only wish the adventure lasted longer. Booking was easy, locker/shower room was big and clean.

It was really fun and I recommend to visit it’s worth having experience like this.

Everybody had an amazing experience with the dolphins! The older children swimming with dolphins and our youngest in the shallow water.Only complaint is regarding the photographer which made it difficult for our son to interact with the dolphin. He had a broken arm but was requested to focus on the photographer instead of turning the other way to use his good arm. Also the price for the photographs was way to high. It was not possible to purchase only one photo and no discount for several children - too expensive.

It was an amazing, once in a lifetime experience swimming and interacting with the dolphins here! Everyone was nice and gave us excellent service. My friends and I enjoyed our experience and definitely recommend them if you want to swim with the dolphins! :)
