Beautiful stroll. This place has stairs as well so you can have a casual walk with a loved one or get a really good workout on. You have to climb a bit to get a really good view. Nice fun hike. Ill be back for sure

Such a great area to hike with a magnificent view of most of LA. You can even get a glimpse of the Hollywood sign.When I going for a hike, its usually in the morning hours. The crowd is always pretty friendly and down to earth.

As Im in FL quite a bit for business Ive always LOVED Runyon Canyon for a necessary relief to the crazy stress and anxiety from the concrete jungle of Los Angeles. Its a fully exposed and challenging hike with beautiful sweeping views all around the city and beyond. Its a MUST do hike if youre in the area!

In my search for wooded areas in Miami I came upon this beautiful park. Part of it seems stopped in the past. Well kept, natural and full of green space, AD Barnes Park has a small forest, nature center and large fire pit for campers to share some stories. Make sure to check it out whenever you need some green forest in the middle of South Miami

I bring all my out of town friends here, easy to walk and fun to visit and some of the best pictures in the city.

This park is one of the few parks in miami that have hills. Good terrain for jogging and they also have a pool. The nature walkway is nice for bird and nature watchers.

Beautiful park with a lot of places to walk around and be surrounded by nature and a 2 mile walking course to take you though the main paths of it

Visited the Nature Center with a few Cub Scouts to teach them how to build shelters and start fires. Fire ring was very useful. Park was clean and park staff was very friendly!

Great park, little getaway in the middle of the Souwesera hustle and bustle.

First time visit, loved it. Amazing huge, well maintained. Have spots for picnic, bbq grills, lake, children play area, swimming pool which I think requires a membership but you can check for that, spread over a massive piece of land. A must visit, highly recommend

Centrally located, family friendly, good for kids and a very nice pool.

This place is amazing. The wooded areas are so cool and its literally in the middle of the city. You would never think its that big on the inside. Great place but the spiders have taken over the woods, lol. If you love spiders, check it out.

A place of peace.

Park is very nice but it has garbage all over the place. Our group couldnt use any of the restrooms because they were filthy, smelling like intense dry urine..... and this was since 11:30am.... any bathroom usage was done outside of the park, at Publix and Target.Very sad that they lack in cleaning because it would have been a great place for another future gathering.

Great for nature walks with family. Too many people smoking weed but its not the worst thing Ive seen in a public park.

Love sitting and watching everything that goes by. Its a good place to read a book, drink coffee and just sight see. I could spend hours sitting here and just thinking about life. It was a great place and we had a lot of fun here with our friends.

The park is clean and it does have a pool. Kids seem to love it. It’s a good kids birthday venue. I still prefer tropical park nearby but this one may be easier location to keep an eye on smaller kids.

This area was a very nice place. The pool was heated and the playground was large. If you consider to go to a pool and live close by, this place is the right place.

Visited the birding trail which was very quiet however we did see a flock of white ibis and an unidentifiable raptor flying overhead. Spoke with Parks and Recreation staff who were friendly and Informative. Park is an urban oasis. Nice visit!
