Gina and Roberto have rented a house on E-lake where I live and are now renting it on airbnb for short term rentals. Their renters are illegally using our lake with jet skis, having large parties when it is not allowed and they refuse do do anything about it. They have no regard to the people who own homes and live here. I do not recommend them. Morally they are not good people just out to make money at any cost.

Really dont have to say much about this company other than the fact that they are awesome. we come to Miami every year for new years and we always stay with them. they are great and have amazing condos. Though i have to say the building does have lots of regulations and rules that make it a bit hard for guests but it has nothing to do with them and their service. thank you guys and i would always recommend you

I am a bit surprised to see the positive comments. No way this company deserves these +ve feedback. I have been trying to contact them since 3/4 days and none of the representative answers the phone in a gentleman manner. All of them are very rude and I suggest the owner to take the appropriate action and sort out the behaviour of the staff. I will never be using this company for sure.

I really enjoyed my stay in Miami: the condo was of excellent quality, with a beautiful view on the bay. The apartments were also very comfortable and well located. I had plenty of amazing experiences and memories. I strongly recommend this place!

Love it. i had a 180 degree view on the ocean and the city and it was amazing. The next boat show will be right under your building so i am definitely coming back next year. cheers and keep up the good work.

I loooooooooooooooooooove Global Grand. you have the best apartments in downtown Miami and the best service. I had a problem with hot water one morning but it got fixed asap. thank you so much, I will come back.

If I could give 0 stars I would have, if you dont mind bugs and cockroaches in the kitchen then please by all means book with GrandGlobal. Also I dont know who works for this company and when you speak with representatives even they dont know who they work for, you get passed around from person to person number to number and nothing gets done. If youre planning on booking with GrandGlobalManagement (I dont know what they manage! this could be a reference to being able to MANAGE.....waking up in the morning) give yourself at least two weeks worth of back and forth time. Avoid at all costs.Ive just seen on Yelp another review of the company and staff which I have also had a very similar experience. I have included it below:The apartment I rented at 1717 N Bayshore Dr # 4042, Miami Fl 33132 with Global Grand Management was in non-livable condition. The toilet is broken, sink is clogged, no cold water in bathroom, constant flow of water from bathroom faucet, ice machine broken, dishwasher doesnt work, dirty bed sheets, dirty floors, and walls, lights in living room are disconnected according to the maintenance guy saying he cant fix it and will have to be in the dark on this part. Jean Marc PICCO, operations manager, at Global Grand Management sent maintenance guy but nothing was figured as he blamed for not having a right equipment After 3 days living in this conditions Jean Marc agreed to give me money back, the same day I moved out and returned the keys at the their office at 1717 N Bayshore Dr, Suite 240, Miami, Fl 33132. The next day I asked Jean Marc PICCO about the pay back returned to my card got an answer that will never get it back. Conditions of that property was misrepresented false pics from 10 years ago the willingness of leasing office to prompt the complains took days, the cost of the services did not meet expectations. Unprofessional approach to the business doubt me that the organization do not held professional license and have good moral character beware dealing with global management grand hotel air-bnb scammers .
