A great place to watch new talents perform in small theaters (inside container, yes literally inside container !!) Food and drinks are great. The most delicious food was Venezuelan people making cachapas with areas . it was delicious I recommend it.the whole atmosphere is nice to go and enjoy even if you dont attend any of the show

The place is lovely, the plays, not so much. Consider yourself lucky if you find a good one. Overall, its a fun experience to share with some friends.

Went with my wife on our anniversary and had a great time and lots of fun. We got there at around 7:30 pm and payed for 5 plays. They did a good job scheduling all of them in a time table sheet, so we could keep track which play was next. Each play lasts about 15-20 minutes. This new concept of theater is really amazing and entertaining. Each play is presented inside of a Twenty Foot Container. Although it seems small from the outside, it fits well 10-12 people and has good AC and ventilation. Looking forward to going back.

Great plan! Everyone should go! We attended on a Saturday night and it was super fun. We did two plays because of time but would have love to see all of them. Price is perfect, parked right there and got it validated.

Excellent place to have some Laughs, enjoy good food and drinks, and not break the bank doing so. Also great for getting out of ones normal routine for a change. Highly enjoyable and relaxing.

When you’re tired of the same thing night after night, it’s nice to know Miami has something super creative, fun and affordable. I’ve seen at least 30 shows. Short plays with talented actors in cargo containers that are about 15 minutes. WOW! Let’s not forget the food trucks and beer and wine. Hours of fun.

What a fantastic experience!An idea brought from Spain to Miami... where a series of short 15-minute musical plays are performed each inside a series of shipping containers in front of an audience of about a dozen people.Super intimate experience with a bunch of super talented (and obviously super-confident) actors. At $6 each viewing, it makes sense to sample all offerings of this tapas-like theater!

Each presentation leaves you a positive message, makes you laugh or think. A good plan to support and appreciate art. I recommend it! Great Location, people and food.

A very excellent idea, five small trailer converted into theaters lasting fifteen minutes. They also have food stands. Most enjoyable.

Cant go wrong. You dont have to be serious and make advance plans to go to the theater. The production is literally in your face.

Loved it. It was so much fun. They have 15min plays. They have some in English and some in spanish. They are hilarious. I live the setup. The acting was great too, especially for the play Espejito, espejito, it was so funny I teared up the whole time. If you buy an 8 oclock show, it will start about 8:15 and so on. It takes time to get the public ready so be prepared. The food trucks were not great, but theyre okay. They also have beer and sangria which is nice in between shows. They also validate the parking ticket so make sure you ask at the ticket booth. The parking is $15, but if you validate it, it will be $5. You can exit the parking right into the microteather without worrying about safety or walking outside late in the dark. The area is a corporate area so is pretty dark and isolated at night.

If you like the arts and want to try something new then look no further. Whats great is that each play is only 15 minutes. You can watch all 7 or just 1 and get co.pletely transported in the stories.

Its an awesome place, it has got good food, drinks, and a wonderful repertoire of plays that change constantly. The only thing that I would ask for is for more plays in English. Most of them are in Spanish and if you dont know it you probably are not going to get the full picture because all of the plays tend to be a single story. Otherwise is an awesome place and I highly recommend it.

Very cool space and the first play I saw was awesome. The problem is every play requires you to speak Spanish. They advertise having English plays but they are 80% in Spanish. It would be very difficult to have a good time without speaking the language. Carlos, the showtime announcer, ruined the experience by yelling at customers out of frustration. He needs to be more focused on customer service or he will draw people away from the place.In response to Microtheater, I know Haha House is in English. I bought ticket for that exact play and the entire thing was in Spanish, except for one line or two that was in English. The cast asked if everyone spoke Spanish and the majority did except for my group of friends. They knew we raised our hands and still said well most of you speak Spanish so we will just do it in Spanish. They then had the nerve to ask me how I liked the play, to which I responded I have no idea what is going on. Then, they laughed and made fun of us for not knowing and continued on in Spanish again. Thank you for reminding me about that part.

Visited the Microtheater on the recommendation of my friend and it was definitely a great choice. Courteous staff, affordable drinks & food, and most of the plays started on time. Good actors, with a wide variety of talents. A relaxing, calm atmosphere yet in the middle of downtown. I was very satisfied with the experience. Parking is convenient and you can get your stub validated. Will definitely be going back!

My only experience with this theater is the courtyard outside where the Amazon Treasure Truck posts up for your purchase pick ups. Parking is limited and on the street.

So much fun! The plays were so good! Definitely worth it, but I would recommend it more to bilingual speakers (Spanish especially) as many of the best plays are in Spanish.

The actor for the English play was sick the day we showed up, but they let us see a Spanish play instead. We don’t speak a lick of Spanish but still enjoyed the experience of watching a show inside a storage container. Great set, passionate actors, overall a memorable experience.

I’ve been to micro theater countless times. It is a very chill out plan. You can have food and beer while waiting to enjoy the 15 minute plays inside containers. For me, best days to go are Thursday’s and Sunday’s. Make sure to park either the garage or street parking on the backside.

Good experience. Nice people, good actors. Some works are very good, others so and so, but because they are short even these ones you enjoy them.

It is a different experience!! If you are looking for something original, unorthodox, funny, and want to spend a good time, I will definitely recommend it!! If you are into glamour and sparkly venues, this is not your place. Containers are tiny, you get to seat next to people very closely, and actors are right there, you can feel it! I think it is great but I recognize it that it might not be for everyone. Open your mind and your heart and have fun, microtheater will give you a good opportunity

Great concept, they have multiple 15 minutes plays running at the same time, you pay $5/play and watch as many as you wish. They also sell beer, whine, sangria, and have a couple of foodtrucks with different options for food. Would recommend for a romantic date or to bring family from out of town. Most plays are in Spanish although they might have 1 English option

Plays are usually good, mainly for a Spanish speaking audience. You must pay attention to the organizer or you can easily miss one of the plays. Overall experience was good.

Every time I go to Miami I love go to the miro theater. I love that you can enjoy a great quality plays, they are short around 15 minutes each, different topics and the ambiance is just great!

The whole concept is very interesting and fun. Youll get to watch a couple of plays during the night. Food looked amazing. Hint: double check play descriptions to make a good choice.

This was a great Saturday evening find. Definitely a wonderful option for a date or discovering new events in the downtown Miami scene. Highly recommended for mature audiences. It is not recommended for children as the themes of the short plays that take place here are adult LGB themed.

Every chance I get while in Miami have to go and see always have a laugh from the first one I saw Ubersex in early 2018 to pobres millonarios and few more. Its great to stop by and at least catch one or two.

After our last visit about five months ago, we kept on enjoying this gem going every week or so and definitely saw an improvement.First of all thank you for the two free tickets that we got to enjoy at this place. We also noticed they changed the lady at the ticket office, great choice for the person you have now working for you, she is extremely organized, well mannered and honest. What a great improvement, we did still missed a play since now they are most of the times ( during weekends) running 10-15 minutes late on each play, but I believe is because of how full it gets mostly on these specific dates. The lady that calls you in to the play is also doing the best she can she is able to organize all the people and even still get us in on time.Also great choice on the food trucks and food being sold, we had the pleasure of eating here when there was a Mexican restaurant set up and it was delicious.Please bring cash as well since now every play is asking for tips after their shows are done and I firmly believe it is completely deserved paying only $5 per play for such and intimate and great time seems cheap.Will definitely keep on coming back and maintaining my duchess ranking!

MicroTheater is a must have experience. As an actor and as audience. Have you ever been inside a port container together with 20 more people for 15’ watching a play while sipping your drink or eating your tapas? If not you are missing microtheater experience. Great way to start the night and then continue it with a great vibe. They have available parking for $10 or so for the entire night. Each of the seven plays you could watch in each container costs $5 and it starts at 8pm and ends at 2am. There is a very cool vibe outside with foodtrucks & music. For actors it is a great way to be exposed and in touch with the audience and producers. Must go in miami.

We went to see a play at your theatre but we were very disappointed, the girl at the tickets sales said she was not sure the performance we ask for was going to be on. So we got tickets for the only one available was Te Juro Juana que tengo Ganas . That performance was very silly, nothing to do with the title. When we were getting in peope for the other performance, we wanted was called to see that show. The whole thing very disappointing on top we have to wait half an hour more of the time was announced.
