I know She is not the best comunicated, but her position is not easy neither a lot un respect people around always try to jump the rulers. Is no the way we live in America, follow the rules we live in peaceful place and orden. Not renters and always do background check for each owners.

I just call and the lady that answer the phone was rude, and told me that i have to go in person to get incormation about the rent with a really bad atitud and they can not give information over the phone
