Its a small cute park, you got basketball courts, a pool and some tables. Would be nicer if it had a few extra tables but its nice to sit and relax. Other than Mondays its mostly empty so you can get actual peace and quiet if thats what you like, I do. Giving 4 stars because of covid 19 which hasnt let me check the pool but otherwise its worth the 5th.

Been living here since 1992 it used to have flooding problems but no longer. Well not as bad. This is the kind of place where i have been able to live peacefully and during the cold weather you can turn off your AC and open your doors and windows without having to be afraid of intruders. I love it here

Lived here my whole life. Quiet neighborhood. Never had any problems living here.

Too many cats (unless your into that). Primarly a Cuban neighborhood but it has some second generation gringos. The parking is horrid but you get unlimited acess to a pool and recreation center. Some internet companies wont even operate their.

If you want to have your car towed because they dont like how you are parked and even thought you have a parking sticker for the mobil home that they make you pay 50 dollars per car for if you have more than the cars than stickers they assign you, then this is the perfect place for you. If you have more then three cars in the words of one of the workers not their problem, this place is only for a few people. Every year the plot prices increase but i dont see any benefits. They removed our mailboxes from in front of our trailers and moved it to were the office is which is an inconvenience sense the most of the people who live here are elderly and have to travel on foot to get their mail. At the moment i regret having bought a trailer here. Do yourself a favor and done even look to buy hereWhen it rains you might want to invest in a boat(wich you can’t have in the area). The street gets flooded and the water can get all the way into your garage. My street now has become duck territory, the street gets so flooded that we now have ducks all over the place.
