Been there a few times throughout the years and its always been good.This last time was amazing. Couldnt be happier with the service and general friendliness of staff.Can definitely tell they love guns when asked a question they dont usually get.Got a membership now and will be a new regular

The place is Awesome. Even though I went by myself the staff spoke to me and made it feel fun, Not to mention they are very knowledgeable about diferente types of Handguns. They gave me advice on how to handle the recoil on my S&W Bodyguard. It has a strong recoil due to its small size. Thank you guys .

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. The range monitors are helpful and very safety conscious. This is a good place to rent different handguns to try before buying. My only issue is that not all staff take proper pandemic precautions; some only wear a face shield which does little to protect the customer should they be infected. I thought all retail businesses had to have staff wearing masks.

Clean and friendly store. The ranges look well kept and well lit. The staff is friendly. The rental selections are awesome as well and the guns were nice and clean.

I’ve been going to this range for a while, purchase weapons and had some deliver there. Not long ago I witnessed one of the teammates in the lanes embarrassed a couple with the way he was conveying the massage, it bothered but I didn’t say anything. This past Friday afternoon I visited the range with a teammate visiting from out of state and when we first got to lane 8 I did make the mistake to stand behind him to assemble my CZ Scorpion and I was told to not stand behind my parter which I fully understand but I could not believe when the employee came back an told me that I should apologize to my partner. I was stunt, I could be this guy grandfather in addition if I hear of any of my employees treating one of my customers with so much lack of respect they will be looking for a job quick. Of course, I’m not going back and neither any of my friends. Maybe management can convey the massage that safety is very important but you also have to respect the customers that have other choices in So. FL.

Had a great experience, the staff is doing their best to direct customers and clients to the different areas of the store so it doesnt get congested. Prices are reasonable, especially for being in a high demand location. The air conditioned indoor range is a relief especially considering how the majority of the time its 85+ out with humidity >85%. Used peak/peek for booking my appointment, user interface worked flawlessly and Staff was ready with a hard copy of all online booking times. RSO on the range that day was Michael, he was safe, knowledgeable, and pleasant.

Great Experience, Super friendly and helpful staff from Ramon, the gunsmith, helping me add a few things to dress up my AK, to John the ranger helping me site in 3 new sites and certifying me on rapid fire, to the front desk people. Overall a great atmosphere and I highly recommend the range and gun shop. Definitely an overall team felt atmosphere in everyone being very helpful.

Great range, helpful and friendly range officers. Checkin and checkout was a breeze and I was finally able to get the case I have been looking for, the staff at the counter went out of his way to find the bag I wanted even though the bag was still in its shipping box. Adriano was an awesome instructor, I really appreciate that he was able to make other arrangements with me due to a schedule conflict on my part. I looked into other classes and decided to use this range because I like the fact of being able to complete the class portion on my own. I am big on customer service and the service I received from Adriano was above and beyond, I will definitely refer as many people as possible to this range and instructor.

Adriano was a great teacher. Its a quick and informative way to get your concealed carry license. You learn the basics of gun owning fundamentals. Would definitely comeback to practice at the range. This first time shooter felt comfortable.

Took a Zoom meeting Concealed Carry & Home Defense course with them. Great and informative course. The instructor was great and taught us a lot. Would definitely recommend Stone Harts Gun Club & Indoor Range for any classes.

Apparently they don’t have any power surge protector/battery backup. So, if their power flickers they have to clear the lanes for at least 1/2 hour while everything resets.

Gerald was a great teacher and made what I thought would be a long class fun, engaging and very informative. I’m looking forward to heading into the range and putting some of those lessons into practice.

I Have visited Stone Heart a few times now and from the front to the back they are all consistently nice, Good fair people. Mike in the range is especially knowledgeable and helpful.I am new to the sport and felt at home.

Stopped by today, appointment only with max 2 people per booth. Checking in was very quick, their ammo is appropriately priced despite current supply and demand issues. Henry was an awesome RO. Very knowledgeable, attentive and professional.

This place is amazing! Every time I come to shop or use the range the ENTIRE staff is super helpful and friendly! They really take their time to make sure you get all the knowledge you need. I’ve purchased in person at store and their online shop - both fast, efficient with competitive prices. I even ordered from another online shop and it was delivered to Stone’s - no problem! They called as soon as it arrived and only 30 bucks for transfer fee. I will be a loyal customer for a long time...Thank you guys! Much appreciated!AC

MY HOME AWAY FROM HOME WHEN IT COMES TO PURCHASING FIREARMS AND RANGE TIME

The installations are amazing, it happened that my brother recently became a member and as we recently moved down here, we were looking for a new range, so he spoke to me very positively about the place, inviting us to see it. We thought that it would be a great idea to also become members as this range is promoted as Gun Club & Indoor Range. I thought it would be a great place to buy the family membership as my wife, son (17) and daughter (13) are very fond of the sport and always want to come with us. We had the worst experience at a gun range, the way the employees treat you, from the beginning, as my brother told me they were laughing about us ringing the door bell and then the range officers guy ( we had 2) one guy was very polite and nice, and the other was very young but the authority went to his head as he acted like if they are doing you a favor answering our questions with arrogance and poor professionalism. Then to top it all off when we finished and paid, I was looking at the rifles and guns as I was looking to buy another. One of the guys that was on the sale floor told me that if we’d finished shooting we should leave. He said that without asking if we needed any help with anything else, I was going to buy the gun but decided to buy it somewhere else and look for another range to join and become a member. We understand that for COVID 19 reasons they have to move the people from the inside of the store as quickly as possible but everything can be done with professionalism and taking a positive advantage of every client that is at the store. Taking care of them to have them return. I will not recommend taking your family there. Probably one of the nicest, modern gun ranges I’ve been to. If you’re serious about guns, and want a clean comfortable environment, with a highly experienced employees, this is the place for you.

Very vague answers, employees with lack of training. On multiple occasions I have visited this location in search of accessories or Ammunition. On Two out of The Three Visits I was treated as a delinquent instead of an eager gun enthusiast. I expect more of an hospitable approach than to be shrugged off. Old-Timers that work there should lead by example. If your exhausted by your work maybe a change of profession would be ideal.

Very nice place and helpful staff. Rented 2 hours worth of range time this past Friday, the Range coach Micheal was mindful of my presence, even chatted when the day was up. Area is clean as well.

Every time I do business at Stone Harts - the staff is extremely helpful, friendly, and they take the time to explain and teach if needed. They are organized - and professional. I have used them for weapons transfers a few times - as well as their gun range, and for an issue I had with a revolver - and they have never missed a beat. Awesome place.

I personally am not a fan of guns., but this place can be a go to place for gun enthusiasts. They have variety of guns available. If you are going there for the first time there will be a person inside the booth to guide you if you are stuck. The safety equipments provided are really helpful.If you are going there for the first time- please ask someone to help, the crew is helpful and patient.

Really good infrastructure for you to practice shooting the safest way possible. I really enjoyed the lanes, the variety of weapons available for renting and for sale. Either for a quick stress release or to practice if you are into this, come by this gun club.

Last week they had a Keltec Sub 2000 for $450. I decided not to buy it and wait. Fast forward to today and I give them a call to see if they have it in stock before I drive there. Gentleman on the phone tells me they have it in stock. Great. Now I ask the price just to confirm and he tells me it’s $695 now. Stay away. Just another local gun shop price gouging taking advantage of the pandemic. This is coming from a member there nonetheless. Disappointed in stone harts.

Do not come here during the week. There are always 4 range masters on one 9 lane room and the other one they keep it close for who knows what reason. You would think that ladies night Mondays which is one of the busiest days of the week they would open both ranges but no they would rather have you wait for an hour even though you have a membership.Update: came back after 2weeks and everything was running smoothly. The place was packed as expected but both ranges were open. There was no wait time whatsoever. As always staff was friendly and helpful

I came here once because I was looking to panic-buy a gun for this pandemic fiasco. I noticed that people are giving bad reviews for this place because they are not used to the Miami attitude. The attitude Im refering to, is the one where sales people act like their doing you a favor when you go to buy something from their establishment. A crude, argumentative attitude that turns the customer off, or operating a business on Cuban time, where a proprietor will open and close the doors randomly, as a way of suggesting they are more important than you and have the power to dictate the terms. In the barrio they call it being a boss or a lion. Its very obnoxious if youre not used to it. Im only semi-used to it and Ive lived in Miami for over 16 years.

Great customer service amid the pandemic and great prices on a variety of weapons. The guys here know their stuff and will guide you in the right direction to pick out the best weapon for your needs.

It was my first time to shoot with guns outside of a Video game. friendly staff, good prices and free parking. If I go to Miami next time, I will sure visit here again :-)

Recently purchased a rifle, some ammo, a couple of mags and did my CWP course here with instructor Caceres. CWP course was convenient as you can sign up/pay, and do half of it online-(video link sent to your e-mail), and the 2nd portion at their range. Very straight to the point, no time wasted on both portions. Female cashier is efficient, friendly and courteous. Ill be back.

Worst service ever. Workers are rude and act like your bothering them. I just did a transfer from an an online purchase and had the worst service. I called the day before I went to confirm I can pick up my purchase and they guy that answered would not verify if I can do the pick up. He just said if if the tracking says it arrived I can go pick up and to make an appointment online. When I arrive the next day to pick up Im greeted rudely. Then I fill out the paper inspect the firearm pay the transfer and even signed up for a membership. After that i look around the shop for a bit then go to grab my box to head out and the guy says I cant take it until the next day. At no point was this mentioned before paying and doing paper work or the day before when I called. Had I known I would have simply waited one more day to make my appointment. These guys seem to judge people and treat younger customers differently. Dont go here unless your an old white guy or a cop.

I have been there 3 times already. Not yet have been inside. I cant go in the mornings due to my job. So i go in the afternoon. I have been calling for 4 days to check stock and they cant say. And when the open the back door feels like they want to get rid of you. For 3 day i have been waiting in the back door. Is lime if you do not exist. I dont want free stuf, im trying to pay for them. On top of that they close at 7pm but at 6:10 they told me they were close already.

Place was ok but a sales guy with a man bun ignored us completely. Very rude and unprofessional. Ended up buying a $1000 gun at the very polite arsenal arms. I guess the man bun guy looked at us and didn’t think we would use the BLACK AMEX card. His loss. We will never go back!

I don’t really use indoor ranges because I’m not a fan of standing still and shooting. I went today to fine tune my RMR real quick. Very clean range. Great AC and ventilation. The staff was extremely nice unlike a lot of ranges/shops in the area. Would definitely recommend especially to new shooters due to the safe environment. RO’s were attentive but without the Hitler antics of some other places.

Don’t sell you ammo unless you’re going to use their range or buy a gun from there which is terrible. Please don’t come here looking to purchase ammo you will waste your time.

This is my first time visiting a gun range, especially Stone Harts Gun Club and Indoor Range. At first, I had no experience and, therefore, I was taught the basic gun safety tips there. The people who work there are very helpful, the range officer is very helpful. And Im glad to know that Im in the right place of learning the right lesson (and NOT the wrong one) and I will never forget the moment in my life.

I’ve been going to this place regularly ( until they closed the indoor range for obvious reasons ) pretty convenient ( 1.5 miles away from me ) the staff is very polite and helpful. I miss going for plinking that I been going fir purchasing. I bought a MP shield that saw online the price was $369 but when I got there the box said $389 but they fixed it for me. I went to pick it up this week and also bought a maverick 88 12 g that I will picking it up next week. Prices are ok, of course you can find some better deals on bass pro shops but I live in kendall n like to support our local mom n pops shops !! I just wish they would open their range ( perhaps with limited members n by appointment only like top gun is doing ) me n me brother can’t wait to go back for range practice !!

Very nice facilities. Free coffee.If I knew that I would get bumped for an hour, I would have purchased a $50 membership.I’d recommend that non-members do not come to this facility on the weekend.The staff seem extremely knowledgeable and kind, but if you care about your time, this is not the place to attend.I was delayed an hour to get on a lane on a Sunday at 10:30/11AM (I left at noon). I saw multiple people entering the lane after I was told that there were “only 2 people” in front of me. I was then informed that members have priority over non-members.

Excellent customer service, excessive overpriced products and now services too; they got too big too quickly. They used to have a 1st time complementary membership, now they charge $10.00 even for 1st time shooters making me not enticed to bring new shooters. The gun pricing is not in par with some competitive online gun stores, but that is to be expected. Overall a good place to shoot, but getting pricier as time goes on.

Well basically because as a matter of fact the employees in Stonehart are very loving people, everyones attention goes to you as you walk through the door, there isnt one person who just looks at you. No! Everyone looks at you and greets you and all of them in unison say Hello welcome to Stonehart! What a sight, really like the place and staying a member for sure!

After years coming to this range I faced a bossy and unfriendly office range. I know their responsability over the range but picking on me because I forgot to bring my target back and leave my range bag out of my booth and right in front of him - with only me and another costumer in the line? I considered a unfriendly action... but he (or them) were good enough to get both the magnet cards (rapid fire and #line) and put in my basket without I noticed and inside my booth. Yes, I rented a pistol I intend to buy but Ill be more then happy to take my purchase to another store other than Stone Hart.

I purchased a Sig P-320 and then a P-365 from Stone Harts. Staff is very polite and know the products they sell very well.The range is clean and well maintained and the range staff is polite and professional. Been to many ranges where staff is screaming at the customers instead of showing them how to do whatever they are having trouble with.None of this at Stone Harts, they are professionals and maintain cool heads.I have been a NRA instructor for over 35 years and this is why I give them my business and where I want to go shoot.

Safety is paramount and in my many visits to Stone Hart this has remained consistent. I visit with my 11 yr old son who’s been shooting here since he was about 9. The staff has taught us how to handle each gun we’ve rented. The facility is top notch!
