I used Keis Factory to produce a design for a tattoo. What an outstanding service from Keis Factory. Absolute pleasure to deal with, responded to my emails really promptly, communicated really well to make sure I had a product I loved. I really cant be happier and without exhadurating this must be the best service Ive ever received. Thank you guys. P.S. my package arrived today. I loved the little surprise you attached. What a great touch. Its going on my wall in a frame too.

I cant recommend these folks strongly enough! Kei is a true artist, and Gavin (manages the customer and business side) is awesome to work with. Theyre both super friendly, super responsive, and great at what they do. I need a custom piece done for a somewhat unique scenario, and very last minute I might add, and Kei knocked it out of the park!! She even saved me from a design / color choice I had in mind that would have sent the wrong message by Japanese tradition.

Personal, professional and extremely friendly. I recieved a scroll from them. The quality was exquisite, the craftsmanship was flawless but most of all the people who provided the extra care to male sure my gift was perfect. Would recommend to anyone!
