When I was at the resort everything was shut down for covid 19 reasons. Might be better now that they have opened some of the common areas. Otherwise, it seems a descent 55+ RV park, but dues are very high.

This is just a fun place. Well managed. Programs for everyone. Reasonable prices.

Great resort Cal Am parks offer up a lot for there residents

It has a lot of activities for 1 to do if you want to. Has a hot tub to pools has bocce ball court has shuffleboard courts has pedalboard courts tennis courts. Great place to golf great place to go mud bogging also has a very great staff Church shows on site non denominational. Seems like a very nice place to live which is where Im living right now weather is pretty great by 10 in the morning in the fifties midday is 60s or a little more sometimes 70 weather is great blue skies Sometimes Late freeze a lot of things to do including square dancing around dancing ballroom dancing is also included in these activities

This was highend retirement center worth to check out. There is plenty to do here to keep you active and meet new friends. My wife purse was found and turned into the office. This shows what your neighbors are like.

If youre over 55, and you wanna head south for the winter, (snow birding) this is the place to come! So much to do and so much fun doing it. Try it once and youll get hooked! This is our fifth year here from Oregon and the friendships here are always worth the trip. Parties, concerts, so many hobby crafts, parades, great food, sports bar, pools and spas and a workout room just for starters. So hop in your RV or rent/buy a park model. From Mesa Az. Have a merry Christmas! I know I will.

Drop some parts off for an air conditioner

Best place to dance in the East Valley, especially on Monday nights. TP has a brand new floating, hardwood dance floor. Reign N Country plays from 7 to 10. Wild Bill & Carole teach from 6:30 to 7 PM. Thru March. Switch to Friday nights in April.

Had a wonderful stay. We were there a month. We would definitely go back. Great staff & residents were all very sociable.

It is the residents that make this an Outstanding resort. Despite the high fees and petty charges, the people who live and stay here are truly the heart of the resort.Lots of activities, crafts, entertainment and educational classes.It is unfortunate that the ownership takes a different view of the folks who support the Cal-Am organization.I am told it is the friendliest park in the valley, and by far it is the people that maintain that friendly atmosphere.Waves from people walking/driving by, happy-hour visiting and spontaneous conversations with strangers make for a truly unique experience.

Went for an outdoor line dance lesson on a Friday at 10am. It was nice with shade. When going to a couples dance lesson I noticed the ball room has a pretty heavy echo, but it has a nice hardwood floor.

We have been here 10 day and are planning on staying the winter in our fifth wheel. 128 different activities a week planned out. If you cant find something you like you shouldnt stay here. Extremely clean well organized, and fun. Every one seems to smile most of the time. Wife said laundry room spotless and modern.

My rv was more than 10 years new. Was thinking trading Rv for park Model. REJECTED from park for older Rv. They should fire their Marketing Manager. Whats a better UP, prospect with new Rv, or one with a older one? Must be a California Corporation!!!

Nice facilities for shuffleboard. The courts are old and could use a little refreshening but the wind was no problem today (and it was windy). The walls around the courts do a great job of keeping the wind off of the courts. Kudos to the volunteers at Towerpoint, Val Vista Village and Good Life resorts that make the Western Shuffleboard tournament so successful!

Nice park but like all Cal am parks. You have to pay extra for just about everything you have an interest in.

Just a overall negative experience. Had a unit there f or 3 years and they raised our rent every year.Wouldnt advise anyone to spend any time or money there.

Absolutely wonderful!! We were in our RV and stayed for a week! We were visiting my son & grandkids and the location was perfect. The pool, restaurant and activities (live music) kept us all entertained! They have permanent residents as well, so if I ever decide to move to Arizona, this is would be perfect for me! I want to go back right now just thinking about it!!

I am feeling like an Oregon Duck out of water. But its raining my first day here in my new park model. What could be more welcoming! Even the weather is kind.The staff are gracious and friendly not to mention helpful. We are so happy we chose to live here. It was a quick decision after visiting just twice in our motor home. I say Come on down wed love to have you here!

My wife and I spent the last 3 winters at tower point.The two previous winters we stayed at a certain site were we made some good and lasting friendships.Even though that space was vacant the so called managers said they were going to build a spec there to sell.We were only going to 3 months but time and time again they refused us.We ride our bikes everyday so we kept our eye in that space.In the middle of our stay sure enough the rented the space to some one eles.WE WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN DUE TO UNFAIR TREATMENT AND A TOTAL ROBOT MANAGMENT THAT ONLY DOES WHAT THEIR COMPUTER TELLS THEM TOO

This is a very well run resort. Lots of activities. Clean. The staff is excellent. The homes are aging but not the facilities.

I was just visiting is a nice place beautiful court room clean environment. A fountain water with 4 or more turtles and red fish.

Great place to visit! People are friendly and very helpful! Lots of amenities and things to do. Weve turned our two-month stay into a six-month stay! Were looking forward to becoming snowbirds and this is the place to stay!

We love Tower Point, the pools, food bar, tennis courts, dog parks, pool tables, darts and so many more things we enjoy.

My husband and I love Towerpoint! We are Canadian and looked at many many places before deciding to purchase at Towerpoint. The recreation facilities, the programs and the staff are all topnotch. Mesa is a great location. Only 25 minutes to the Skyharbor airport and lots of very scenic drives close by if you are a motorcycle enthusiast. Cant wait to get back!

People there are extremely friendly, there lots to do. If you get bored there it your fault.

My husband and I just bought a home at Towerpoint to live year round! I’m 44 and he’s 50. We are so excited to move into this beautiful resort!

Awesome for older snow birds. Seems like they had many amenities. However, lot rent sounded outrageously expensive.

Oh my gosh such a wonderful place ...my friend has an RV spot there...she showed me around they have everything swimming pool bars dance floors, computer rooms art and craft rooms, work out rooms, billiards room, so many nice People Fun place to visit !!!

We really enjoyed our stay. Friendly and engaging people. Great pool and bar area. Lots of live entertainment. Exrremely well organized and friendly pickleball program.

Lots of problems with security, there isnt any. No gate at the front on Main & most of the time theres know one there. Happy hour is 3-4 & the bands dont start until 4. Cal Am thinks there going to make more money at the bar, there just pissing everyone off. Another money grab.

We are been coming to Towerpoint the last two years, renting a park model. We saw many pics do basically knew what to expect. We love all the amenities, cannot do them all as my time runs out .So many fun things to join up with, pickleball, tennis, horse shoes, bocce,baseball, soft pitch cards and aerobics galore!Meet friends have potlucks. We have dances......We just bought and hope to meet even more people from the USA and also Canada

Do you miss childhood summer camp experience, but you dont want to give up luxuries of an elegant resort? Do you miss fun group activities, but require your privacy? Is your activity level declining with each passing year, but you are far away from nursing home confinement? Towerpoint is best enjoyed if you have more than just a few days to spare on your RV or road trip. Residents welcome newcomers, facilities are plentiful and clean, and staff responds to all requests promptly. Towerpoint is located within walking distance from several grocery stores, restaurants and walking trails. Public transportation (bus stop) is at each entrance. And all this is very reasonably priced.

This is a vacation resort for 55 + active adults, there is RV accommodations and great place to spend winters with superb activities and entertainment. Great facilities and very friendly residents and staff.

Our grandparents stay here and have been for the past 28 years. It is a great community with lots of activities for residents and family.

Attended a Photography event. Lots of room,well prepared lunch, and nice facilities.

We were there for the music and dancing. Wonderful friendly time going back again next week.

The owners & current management have ruined the culture of this once wonderful Snowbird destination. Cal-Am is owned by the Church of Scientology. Please if you are new to Snowbirding dont stay at any park owned by the Cal-Am company.

It was very nice had all the amenities and then some would like to return next year for a longer stay.
