Great trainers. I go for personal training and its great. I also get to see them work with kids from all over the valley for sports training. Where I think they really excel. They really care about making sure that they train correctly for the demands of the sport but go beyond that. They teach them how to be better out of the gym with nutrition and life choices! Really a great group.

Absolutely love this place! All 4 of our kids work out here. The owners are great! The trainers are great! Very family oriented. They work great with kids and adults. I would highly recommend anyone with kids or without to come get in here. You wont regret it!

I can not say enough positive things about APE. The staff, the program, the facility...everything is outstanding. They know my kids by name; they are t just another body moving through. They’ve built my son’s frame for football and wrestling, but moreover have built his confidence. We will be APE family for life!
