I like the place. It looks really nice. The common area with a pool in the activity room in the library looks very inviting and Charming. I am a little disappointed theres no rentals. I am not in a position where I can buy a home because of the fact Im a substitute teacher out of work to Corona. And until I can get that back, I think the only thing I can do is print. But why the homes looks really nice. The property looks like its cared for and Ive kept nicely. Hopefully someday Ill get to learn a little bit more.
I love going to the pool its so clean relaxing just like you where on vacation..
Very well kept mobile home park. Pleasing to look at. Homes very nice too.
So far I have worked to make the place more comfortable for the self declared and money backed owner. As the apostle says, I wish you all were owners and ruling as Kings, then I would be there owning and ruling with you. I always pray you know all are brothers and actually the Son of God firstborn who was told to say “ do not Lord it over your brothers.” God truly I openly declare that I believe Him you don’t dole out the money
Had the pleasure of speaking to a wonderful group of residents at Sunday worship, 10:30 A.M. Citrus Garden Christian Fellowship is a welcoming group who live in the Park who meet for worship and a Bible-based message.
Nice place visually. God forbid a Senior get sick and cant work, have to declare bankruptcy and they hold it against you for 10 years. Dont know if that legal. Never been late on rent, car payments during whole time. They didnt care about good payment history. Bankruptcy discharged after 2 years. You can buy a house a car. But cant rent a trailer that would probably have paid cash for. Guess we will buy a house instead.
Stayed there for month and a half, wonderful place, offers all kinds of activities and programs gamerooms small movie room, gyeat place to stay great rates from oct to dec jumps much higher in jan but is worth the price this place rates 5 stars.
No map in entrance to show where a friend or loved ones lot number is, to get there. Got lost it states 161-179 went that way and it had two digit numbers on trailer homes.
So Happy I left that place when I did. rent is way too high for what you get and Whoever is managing the place is so unfair to some people. seems she picks who can and cant do certain thing in that park. I know of some people who received permission to do certain things to their place and when they invested the $$$ then management didnt like it and made them remove it. They refuse to reimburse the people for what they invested and even went as far as telling them if they didnt comply they would be evicted. They evicted a few people I know for what they said was legal only to find out it was NOT !!!. Just like charging people all the years for trimming of the palm trees..GUESS WHAT This was not a legal thing at all, that is why they changed their policy. The law states if you pay rent for property the owners are suppose to keep it up, make sure it is safe and not have any health hazards. I can go on and on. OH and if you do decide to go there watch that pool,, Some people got ring worm after using it.
Nice.
Very well kept older trailer park.
I know quite a few people who live here and really enjoy it. Its kept clean and well maintained. Strong sense of community and people look out for each other.
I have a client I help there
Very quiet and peaceful. People are friendly. Well maintained and landscaped.
Well I have a friend who lives there, and if I decided to live in a .mobile home park I would consider your plsce...
Nice park, we just went to visit a friend of a friend.
Nice park...my in laws live here. EXPENSIVE lot rent for an older park...but then...most of these parks around here are crazy expensive. Their pool area is nice kids have their own pool so if youre and older person who didnt want to deal with kids...thats helpful. I havent been anywhere else so...not sure
I come here to so my grandma. Its a 55+ blue ribbon trailer park. Its nice and her neighbors all seem very friendly
I love my mobile home! The office girls are friendly and professional. The maintenance personnel are constantly working. The pool is always well maintained. The gym is amazing and my neighbors are friendly..I wouldnt live anywhere else!
I have a friend there
Park looks nice and well maintained. Attended an event in their hall. It is rather small for the size of the community. It was very warm inside. One area of the hall was just HOT. The park is a 55+ community.
Great park. Lots of activities. The friendliest park in Mesa!!
Very nice place
I have spent the winter here for ninetine years
Great location if youre the right fit.
Nice clean and friendly atmosphere
I enjoy my stay hereJust need to get myself more involved
Adult living, nice pools, friendly people.
Went to a garage sale nice place.
Had I known then what I know NOW...no way in hell I would have bought my place. Rent continues to go up but we get NOTHING but rude snow birds who have no respect for year rounders, Drunken parties at every turn. Slamming car doors every morning between 3:30 and 5:30 am. As far as management...WORTHLESS. Resident complaints are ignored...THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT PERMANENT RESIDENTS. ITS ALL ABOUT THE SNOWBIRDS. They work WHEN they want, do NOTHING for the residents but raise the rent and print little party fliers...low life drunken SNOWBIRDS... I will be taking this to the city and the community action officer of mesa
Very well kept community
Comfotable and affodable
I moved Into the park in August. I have seen comments about noticing younger people living here and want to let people know that although the park is a 55+ property it has a certain percentage it can rent to people 40 and older. The park is well maintained, has plenty of amenities and has a lot of activities. The maintenance people are personable and nice, but the manager is a different story. If you have to deal with the management there is an assistant manager. Also beware that the manager smokes pretty close to the office/clubhouse entrance so if you do not want to smell like smoke or if smoke affects your asthma etc.. look around before exiting your car. Another thing that I did not know before moving onto the property (and wouldn’t have if I knew ahead of time) is that it is not a pet friendly property. You are not permitted to walk your dog anywhere on the property except for the “dog park” at the far side of the property. This is a big property and it takes me close to 10 mins to get to the “dog park”. The so called dog park is a chain link area that requires that you park, walk down a hill, then up a hill to reach the gate/entrance and once you are inside there is a hill that goes down so if your dog goes potty you have to walk down the hill to pick it up, then back up again and of course tackle the hills back to your car. Also this is all dirt except for 2 trees and some rocks. There was another dog area not far from the one above and it was all one level and with parking right by the gate. The second area is all rocks. They are both hard for disabled people to maneuver and since this is a 55+ park there are a lot of us living here that use canes, walkers etc... and with the hills, uneven ground and all the rocks this makes it hazardous to go to, but at least the one that is all one level is easier to maneuver around. As of today (December 4, 2017) the manager closed down the leveled dog area permanently (according to maintenance) due to residents getting into a fight. If I didn’t own my home and had a way to move I would do it.
The park is ok but management can be stubborn with things. There thinking about putting a electric gate in but we bought on the end were on because of the gate on our end and people on the other end dont know what a pain it is when the gate is closed when it should be open.
Xoxo
The managers are not very nice. The rent gets raised every year and the snowbirds that live here are all jerks. Otherwise its a nice 55+ community.
I live there and am quite happy.
Very nice place to vist very clean and the people are nice all around the park
Everyone has a different meaning for Luxury. This 55plus is not luxury living, not pet or resident friendly or management friendly. My biggest complaint is the pet potty area is not safe for people or pets, uneven ground, absolutely No lights, poisonous bushes so watch your pets, management doesnt monitor and enforce policies best response to any park issues call the police. Very unfriendly to year round residents, carport area seem to be used as a storage unit for many, very tacky
Very bad mangement. Harassed my auntie all the time
Very quiet community
Very overpriced place, grounds kept up ok, management is rude and not very helpful sometimes. Amenities close early
Very clean and safe environment with year-round heated pools wood shop, clubsand activitiesplus more.
Really friendly people here. Mostly Canadians. Great pool and hot tub. Good location close to strip mall shopping and not far from freeways. An easy drive to the superstition mountains and salt River canyon, the Hawes MTB trail system and saguaro lake, Apache trail corridor, lost Dutchman state park, usery mountain park, great Western trail, red mountain park, hieroglyphic trail in gold canyon, canyon lake, tortilla flat, and all the other things to do in the East valley.
Great friendly place. Well layed out.
Horrible tennants and owners you will be robbed
This in not a resort or luxury community that they portray it to be. I was lied to by Barbra Brooks about the community so she coukd make a sale.. Also very pet Unfriendly, the dog park is awful.
An minority of trailers no kept up west entrance/exit blocked majority of time difficult to manuver on several narrow streets to east main entrance an dangerous speed bumps everywhere, easy to damage automobiles
Its a little payton place.
Nice Park, very well kept. Lots of activities.
Aeiôùtaboo......4... x...u..c.../ Shes is my dog & I^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^Will walk her any where or any time She ask me to! At nighttime or in the day lite and or even in the starlights thus & I will let the male doggies bark at the moon!
