The owners of Area 15 are probably the two nicest people in the business. I had a firearm I purchased online sent to their shop and pick up was very easy and quick. I had them do a simple color fill on my glock slide and it turned out amazing. I will no doubt be bringing all my firearms I want cerakoted to them. Great customer service is hard to come by these days but they do an excellent job making sure you are happy with their service. I get a small hunch that this place is run a money grabbing worldview whenever I encounter them. Some subtle pushy salesman vibes. Not very competitively priced and selling old tech or flashy stuff, not exactly the basics they should be stressing to the abundance of ignorant consumers.And what kind of a place names their establishment after a rifle but doesnt carry 80% lowers? Thats a basic component.

Staff very helpful. Brought in 2 rifles that needed some parts and they knocked them out in under an hour. Very reasonable prices as well for quality work. Will definately be going back.

Im new to AR-15s, so when I walked in to buy some accessories, I was happy to find patient and professional people who answered all my questions. Later, I visited right before Christmas to tell them that my wife (who knows even less than I do) was going to buy me a sling and needed someone to talk to her. As soon as she asked, one of the associates handed her the entire package from under the counter with a smile and said, This is just what your husband wants.These folks have my business and they should have yours, too!

Went in there looking for a 1911, they dont carry them sadly, but I had 0 knowledge of guns prior to walking in. The dudes there were soooooo helpful and recommended other options for concealed carry. They showed me theirs. Just so helpful. Im so glad I went here these guys are awesome.

Great team of guys at this shop. Brought an AR pistol in for a FTF issue, and one of the Armorers began diagnosing right away without question. It happened to be a user issue (me) in that I had a firearm that I did not know was chambered differently than .223. Luckily the guys got it figured out, squared away, and got me taken care of with a smile. I just found my new favorite gun shop in Mesa. They have a wide variety of handguns and probably the most AR parts and accessories Ive seen in any local shop. Definately worth stopping by and checking out.

Got a frame Cerakoted and they did a great job. I can tell that they took the time to fully disassemble and prep for painting which made the finished product turn out very professional looking. Definitely thinking of going back again.

GREAT PLACE TO BUY ANYTHING! Ive been searching for a specific gun all week. I had a friend of a friend recommend Area 15 to me, saying he helped out there every so often and it was a really great laid back place to go to. Well me, being a first time gun buyer, went in, already new what gun, they had it, and the process was great and super easy. I got off work a little late and worked (45 min away) and i called them at 5:30 asking if it was still possible to buy today. Lady on the phone said yes. By the time i purchased the gun and ammo, i left at about 6ish, when they were suppose to be closed. Well they were busy and stayed open! They made it easy and comfortable to buy a gun. Will recommend people there and continue to go there!

Friendly and well stocked and staffed. Solved a fire control group problem and installed all new parts on the spot. While they dont have every specific brand/model of AR part Ive asked for, they have pretty much everything.

This was my first time picking out a gun for my husband and I. Area 15 was my third stop. Surprised? Needless to say I needed guidance and the other 2 places I had visited completely ignored me when I walked in & were clearly annoyed by the questions I asked. I was happy to see there was a women working there as its already intimidating enough. She really made myself and daughter feel welcome. I also was helped by two other gentlemen and they were so amazing. I didnt catch one of their names but John primarily helped me. He was patient, took his time, and most importantly didnt smerk at any questions I had like the other places did. He didnt try to upsell me the most expensive item. He listened and recommended the item that best fit my needs. I will ALWAYS do my future business with them. Extremely professional staff. Not sure if its a family business but either way it really gave off that family vibe. Stopped in there a while ago and the service was great and they were very informative. Stopped in this morning and it was terrible. Didnt get much more than a couple words out of the people. Wanted to get my mothers carry gun Cerakoted for her birthday but gave up. We even brought it along in hopes of getting something done. They obviously didnt want the business. No problem, Ill go elsewhere.

I have visited this store a couple of times. Each time as been a joy. The staff is very helpful. The real reason for my review is this. I needed a quad rail for my ar15. I had a good idea AREA 15 would have one, I was right. Not only did they have one.. they had the one.... Exactly what I was looking for. I was short for time and asked if it could be installed and of course the answer was yes. While they had my rifle, I was browsing and found a charge handle as well. About 10mins later my rifle was returned to me with new quad rail and charging handle installed. these guys did not hesitate to do the job, it was done right away!!!. Excellent!! I will be going to them for other projects as well.

6/17/2016Came in a little after noon for the first time. Didnt really know what I was looking for. I ended purchasing a Mossberg 930 SPX with some boxes of ammo, and he also let me grab an ammo can on the way out.The shop is super clean and well organized.The people I dealt with were awesome. One was an older gentlemen (let me take an ammo can), and the other guy was younger with a beard. Both awesome guys and super informative.

Area 15 had handled a few transfers for me. Friendly guys, shop has some good prices.

Had my Daniel defense mk18 cerakoted by Chris and his crew and couldnt be happier. He did a battle worn titanium finish and took the whole project to a new level. Good prices and great service, couldnt be happier.

Excellent customer service and craftsmanship!Area 15 performed custom cerakoting on my girlfriends rifle and the results were outstanding. Excellent attention to detail with the two-tone handguard and related Magpul furniture. I ordered a vertical grip for the front of the rifle, and I accidentally ordered the wrong one (entirely my fault). Area 15 was extremely kind and comped the cerakoting cost for the replacement vertical grip I ordered. Something they didnt need to do but I am very grateful for.I would recommend anyone to them for their custom cerakoting needs!

These guys are awesome, just found out about them in the last month or so but every tume ive been in they are super nice which isnt some thing i encounter at every gunshop i go in to. More importantly they know thier stuff i went in to pick up a trigger and not only did they set me up with exactly what i wanted but they ended up teaching me a good bit about different triggers at the same time. I just got my 30 year old Browning 7 Rem. Mag. Cerakote Burnt Bronze. It is awesome. I know they are mostly a AR15 and Handgun shop but they did a awesome job. I hunt in bad weather all the time and now I dont have worry about rust.

Went in on a Saturday (their fri since their closed sun, mon) about 15 min tell close. They were totally cool about it. Even grabbed a gun they had already put in the safe to show me knowing I didnt have cash on hand. No pressure no rush. Told them id come back the next day they were open to buy it and I did. Great people to do business with, no pressure no ego and good deals. I would recommend them to anyone.

Customer Service A++ Quality of Service A++ Speed of service A++ what else could you ask for!They re-did my Glock 19 and boy it turned out nice, Chris cerakote the slide in graphite black and now it has a much nicer sheen then factory plus he did the lettering it white it just looks so sharp. Then Jerry reconfigured my trigger guard rounded it and took off all the sharp edges then to top it off I put in the Zev Trigger system and all I can say is WOW I just love it so if your thinking of having any work done to your Glock and your like me and been using Glockmeister then give Area 15 a try they will not disappoint!!
