The seats are extremely comfortable, they recline further than I thought possible at a theater, and they also have seat warmers!! The rows are in such a way that theres no heads in the way of enjoying the show. Super fun experience to have our own private party, and affordable! We will definitely do this again!

Recently remodeled theaters. Seats are electric recliners with heated seating. Very very comfortable. Tons of leg room. Clean! Good pricing still.

We rented an auditorium and it was fantastic! The seats all reclined and the theater seemed like it was either new or recently remodeled. The concessions were more reasonable than I was accustomed to at the theater. Overall an awesome experience.

Although it was true this was (I think) the only theatre open during the COvid shutdown. The theatre was clean and the people were great.The reason for NOT 5 STAR was because they dont have butter for the popcorn....not self serve and not even an option when they put it on the popcorn. No butter at all.

Great place to go. They keep the establishment very clean and sanitized. Great snacks at the concessions stand and they are among the very few that are open

I havent been to this theater before because I have a newer theater closer to where I live. However, the only time that worked for us for a specific movie was at this theater. I was surprisingly pleased with everything! The popcorn wasnt bad and they had all the typical snacks. The matinee prices were very reasonable! The seats were fairly comfortable. We will definitely keep this place in mind for future movies.

They have reclining seats a lot of space and I just love the experience. Ive never felt so comfortable at a movie theater watching a movie. You can adjust the seats and heat it too. Kids loved it.

We saw Tenet here, our first movie since the pandemic began. They have new, comfortable seats. There are procedures in place to keep things clean. I felt safe and well go back.

Great service. Covid in mind they take care of everything and clean the bathrooms every 30 minutes as well as wipe down the theater seats after every show. The block two seats next to you to keep in line with social distancing.

The loungers were amazing! They are even heated. Theater was super clean and we felt safe in this Covid-19 era.

Wow they are open and the new remodel and seating is amazing. I love this theater before this ridiculous shutdown and now I will go nowhere else. The staff here is amazing and it still holds that small town theater feel.

This was my first time to this theater. I enjoyed the luxury lounge seats. Even though I didnt use it. Its nice to know that the seats are also heated. My only complaint was that there was only two urinals and one stall in the bathroom. This makes absolutely no sense at all. When theres potentially a hundred or more people leaving the movie theater at the same time and only three are allowed to use the bathroom. Otherwise it would have been a 5-star review.

Great place to watch a movie. Now with the added recliner seats it makes it more comfortable to watch. The seats also have a back heater you can turn on or off for more relaxed viewing if your back hurts or if its cold outside and need a warm up. Highly recommend

Clean theater with great audio/video. The seats are amazing with recliners that heat or cool depending on what you want. Its also great that they have assigned seating so theres never a worry about getting their early. The only thing I didnt like is they had normal product commercials that played with the upcoming movie previews. And there were a lot of previews. Must have been close to 10-15 of them. That might have been the specific movie though. Overall a great experience.

I just went to the Majestic Cinemas recently to test out the new recliners and I was impressed. Privacy pony walls for each row of seating plus the electric recliners with heat or cool features delivers the ultimate movie experience. My favorite theater used to be at the Village, but not anymore. Way to go management as I believe the upgrades will entice movie goers to come back time and time again to enjoy a first class movie experience.

Best Theater I have been to! The seats are great and they recline! Not seeing the back of someones head or having feet on the back of your chair is great. It makes going to the movies fun again!

Building needs to be updated now with new competitors in town. But I guess I cant blame the owner, hes here to play movies, make money, retire and ride off into the sunset. Hes not here to provide a unique experience.

Extremely upset this Christmas as went to see Richard Jewel at the 7:25 pm time only to find out that it had been pulled for that time. They didnt even tell us why just that they were to pull it for that time. The worst part it was still listed on every place for movie times except on their website. No one goes to the website when looking for a movie at several theaters. The party I was will came especially from out to town to see the movie with me at that time. We were not the only ones there who had come from out of town to see this movie as well. That party had just checked to see what time just before coming to the theater. We were told they might be able to talk with the manager and give us passes. Why would we want passes when we wont be coming back to this theater. Also will letting others know how things are done there. So this was not a very Merry Christmas thanks to your pulling the time and not giving a reason why.

Went to go see a movie got treated like I was being processed into jail. Searches? Seizures? I wanna see a movie not go to a gulag... I wasnt allowed in because my purse was too big? And come February they will be searching bags? Im going to a movie for crying out loud. Went to edwards instead had no issues.

Love this Cinema because theres always extra seating in the theater so you can actually enjoy your time without getting kicked in the back the whole time! The price is pretty reasonable to considering the average price on attending movies these days. But mainly I go to this one because its smaller and the staff is always so friendly!

They have updated with new reclining seats that have butt warmers!! It was so nice! The staff were very friendly. The theater was super clean.Ive had issues at this theater before and swore Id never go back. Im glad I did! I was pleasantly surprised!

Been using this theater a lot and bought a bunch of tickets for our combat veterans to use. Sent a couple with the tickets because they needed some stress free entertainment. Theater would not honor those tickets. I guess me buying 50 tickets at a time was not enough to honor two tickets.

My husband and I love coming here on Tuesdays. They have $5 movies although recently they changed it where you have to download the app and sign up for their free rewards. The seats are very comfortable and the sound is VB awesome.

I like the new recliner chairs, but they are not as good as the village.

This is truly an experience that everyone should have when they go out to a good movie. The auditorium was clean and the tiered seats are elevated enough that you can not see the row in front of you. The price is higher than a standard cinema so make sure you pick a good movie to watch and the money is then well spent.

We had a great time! My little four-year-old loved The Incredibles 2! And nice cold theater during the summer Was the perfect idea to stay cool.

Finally a theater exists where someone of my height (63) can be comfortable. The reclining, heated seats are also amazing, but the spacing between rows of seating is absolutely fantastic. Nobody kicks the back of your chair or had their feet resting near your head. 10/10

Just wanted to say this theater is the best in town. Service blows doors on the new luxe eagle, village and now Edwards. The remodel is fantastic and the person in charge of that kudos to you! The popcorn is the best and the pizza is ham.. seriously the new seats omg the best. Thank you for the best movie night I have had in a very long time.

Extremely disappointed that majestic has followed the footsteps of other theaters and use the assigned seating philosophy. I wholeheartedly disagree with this business practice. Also, we went at 1pm and should have been a matinee price, but was not unless they jacked all of their prices way up. Ill stay home from now on. It is my opinion that 20 full minutes of movie previews is way too long.

Could use a serious update. Not the cleanest theater. The seats are old school and not like the new comfortable seats you see nowadays. The popcorn was a mix of staleness and small slightly burnt kernels.The service was kind and welcoming, so at least they hired a good staff.

Seats were really nice. Theater was clean and the sound was just right. I will make this my favorite theater from now on.

This is the best theater around if you need accessible seating!Have tried all the theaters in and around Boise. None of them compare. The accessible seats are the same height as my mobility scooter...ease of transfer. Seating is not way down in front. Parking also is way more convenient than those other big theaters. There are no wind tunnels to negotiate on the way to theater in bad weather. Clean theater with friendly staff.

Never been here before. Used Fandango gift card for the first time. Quick and easy when you learn the routine. Two weeks after Rise of Skywalker the theater we were in was clean, but almost empty!

Their new recliners are amazing! The even have heated backs to them! Cinemark did a great job in taking over this theater.

First time going to the movies here...so prefer this over any of the larger movie theatre in the area. Clean. Staff was so nice. The gentleman at the ticket window was extremely kind..then the girl at the concession stand was very helpful as well. Seats and floors were clean. Parking was easy... Will be back to this location for sure!

This place seems to be well maintained and run efficiently. The seating is well spaced & you shouldnt have someone partially block your view in front. They ran a half hour of previews before showing the movie we were there for.

The website shows the time and movie we wanted to watch. And when we showed up to watch the movie,they told us that they decided not to show the movie. And didnt update website.

It was SOOOO packed! I am grateful I thought to order online early. They have these kinda reclining seats that ended up being more uncomfortable than the old ones. The staff are adorable teenagers that were patient and courteous throughout the crazy lines of stupid people.

The Majestic theater is under new management! Cant wait to see whats coming. So far the management has been super nice and accommodating and the new staff is very up beat and friendly. I love the Majestic theater because they are clean and you dont have to pick your seat BEFORE entering the theater

Small, but very nice theater. I went on a date here in highschool. Dont remember with who. But we arent together anymore. Havent been here since the name changed and ownership. But it was great 4 years ago when I last went!

The theatre was awesome. Huge and spacious. Even the front row has a good view of the screen. Prescreening ads were entertaining. Seats were cozy.We bought some skittles that had the texture of a jawbreaker! They were incredibly well aged. Don’t sneak in candy because that’s bad, but maybe ask for a bag out of the fresh box and not the shelfed ones...Solid experience overall.

Some nice upgrades have been made with the bigger reclining seats.You can put butter on your popcorn yourself.Only gripe is that the butter isnt butter flavored enough which tempts you to add alot more.

Love the movies.Dont go often though because prices are outrages for admitting and food/snacks. Like a nice restaurant its a special treat and the movies have become the same way even on Tuesdays $5.00. To grab a drink/popcorn/hot dog your already hitting $25.00 mark..So love the movies but not the prices.

My wife and I went to a movie here and it was a very enjoyable time. The theaters are clean and the people are super friendly. They have kiosks so that you can buy tickets in advance...no waiting!

Great seats heated reclining

New seats are uncomfortable. They recline as soon as your feet go up. Makes it hard to eat popcorn and drink your soft drink. Lux theater in Caldwell is much much better

Amazingly comfortable reclining chairs with heat. The way the chairs were positioned made you feel like you were the only ones in the theater.

I absolutely love Majestic Cinemas. They keep a clean theater with great tasting concessions and awesome movies. The tickets are a good price and if you go on Tuesday then you can get half prices tickets and watch a brand new movie for just 5 dollars. The seats are very comfortable and the arm rests come up for those cuddlers out there. A wonderful cinema that is my first choice any time I want to go to the movies.

Great theater! Parking is ample. Easy access to Overland and the Hwy. Screens are large and seat have always been clean.

Didnt stay for a movie, just checking prices, and show times, etc. Lobby appeared clean and ticket booth were polite and ready and willing to assist me. Looking forward to enjoying a movie there soon.

Good movies concessions with free refills on some. Need more Suger free drinks. Less user friendly than before it became a Cinemark.

I normally love this theater but today I saw something totally wrong. A group of seven kids were in front of me to buy tickets. Before they could even say what kind of movie they were going to, the ticket clerk told them that if they are caught wondering around trying to leave there movie early and movie hop they will be escorted out. She said it at the instruction of her manager( that was maybe a year older then the kids mind you) with the rudest tone. The managers processed to follow them to the concession and then half way to there theater. If you are planning on letting your teens go to movies solo I wouldn’t recommend they do it here.

The neon out front is beautiful. The staff inside are friendly and cheerful. Restrooms and auditoriums are clean. Great customer service. Cinemark has made some fine upgrades. Online ticketing is nice. All in all a great place to take in the newest flick.

Smaller lines than other movie theaters. Pricing is comparable to every other place. Local to my home so an easy choice for me.

Very clean theater, west Boises best kept secret. Newly remodeled with fully reclining, multi setting heated, seats with plenty of room to stretch out. The rows have barrier walls between them so you dont have to worry about people in front of you using their cell phones during the movie. They also have refillable drink and popcorn cups that you purchase and may bring back on future visits for great refill discounts. Buy your tickets online and with a quick scan of the phone receipt lets you by pass standing in line.Love this place!!!

Fantastic place to watch movies! IMAX and regular theater, both very well kept and always with a friendly staff! Plus the ambience is just awesome, with each theatre having its own theme - very cool! I once accidentally used the lady’s restroom though, completely by accident luckily nobody noticed I don’t think... man that was super embarrassing! But that wasn’t because of the theater I just didn’t look close enough I think and just really had to go.
