I cant say enough about how great a place for a small party this was. Staff was very friendly. Would definitely do a party rental again.

For the most part, this is a great theater. Although, my most recent visit there, the gentleman selling tickets seemed to be having a bad day or something, he didn’t seem all that friendly. But that’s really the only complaint I have. This has nothing to do with the rating, but they could be a little more generous with the popcorn butter. I can barely taste any on the popcorn.

Oh my goodness! What a great theater. I enjoyed a movie tonight with my family and enjoyed the comfortable chairs and left my wallet on accident in the drink holder. Went to Outback Steakhouse and when I went to pay I realized I left it there. My wife called and they had it. Jim and Ed are the managers there and handled locating the wallet quickly and kindly. Jessie met me at the cashier desk and got it for me. I am very grateful for their staffs honesty!

I wanted to choose 1 of 3 movies. All 3 (qll on the movie board) the ticket sales said we decided not to show these particular 3. Bad management. So I chose empty man. No comment!

Saw a movie over the holiday season, it wasnt in one of the big theaters, but it still had recliner seats in the front section. For me, they are to close to the screen and I prefer the stadium seating. The theatre was clean and well maintained. An enjoyable movie experience.

We were alone in the movie but I wore my face shield the whole time. Atlas will rent a whole theater to you. Check out their website!

Service was cool. The theater had some bugs flying around the whole time. The seating claimed to be “luxury seating with full recliners.” Yes, there were leather seating but nothing “luxury” about it! The seats didn’t go back and the feet didn’t pop up. Just comfortable seats. Very disappointed!

Always great here! They play the latest features and keep them a nice little while, snack bar is clean even if it is expensive but that is like all theaters. The staff is always nice and friendly. The seat are awesome and they keep it nice and clean. If the movie wasnt $15.00 for prime time I would go more often!

Clean, ample parking. They are starting to require ticket purchase at the concession stand rather than the entrance meaning you might miss your movie waiting for someone to buy popcorn and candy. (Sold out waiting in the concession stand for 20 minutes)

Great experience overall. Clean up crews were quick to jump in as the credits just started. Movie was a little loud. Overall clean bathrooms, and really clean theater with great reclining seats.

The prices are pretty high but the seats recline and its always clean.

Nice smaller theatre across from Mentor mall. Pricing better than the larger theatres in the Cleveland area. Big seats but they do not all recline. Only complaint... For as small as some of the rooms were, the volume was toooo loud! Many people watching same movie as I (Cats) had complained to Mgmt, they just apologized.

Went to see 3 from hell last night, my first time at Atlas. The experience wasn’t great. The movie was suppose to start at 7. People were walking into the theater from 6:35-7. During this time the movie clearly was being played on a laptop or something because when a bunch of us were in there the person operating it fast forward to movie and we started watching the middle of it. People weren’t happy. They started rewinding the movie back to the start and tried forwarding it again to the beginning. Once again people weren’t happy. Once they finally got it to the beginning the person operating it started playing the movie between 6:45-6:50 not 7pm like it was suppose to be played. People still arriving missed the beginning. I will never go back to Atlas, I’ll stick with Regal in Willoughby.

Recently watched a movie in theater 6 and the experience sucked. I sat 3 rows from the back and on the aisle, there was a light directly above me that was on and very bright for a movie. It made it hard to get into the movie when it was in my face the whole time.Problem#2 is the only reclining chairs are in the way front. The rest of the chairs rock so its impossible to relax.

Seats are nice. The average 300 billion dollar concessions stand for a movie. But besides that its comfortable, sounds great, and is a great place for a good time. Would recommend.

Situated across from Great Lakes mall, this is a great theater for your summer blockbusters. Always clean, friendly staff, the prices arent horrible for a movie theater. Dont expect to find any indie or art house films here. Make sure to get their rewards card so you can work your way towards a free movie pass with each popcorn purchase.

The theater was empty and the movie just came out a couple days ago. The seats were very comfortable and the recline! Avengers Endgame was amazing, super long movie though. Because the theater is in the mall, you can go downstairs and eat still the food court!

I love this movie theatre great family atmosphere all day long. The manager and employees are so pleasant. There popcorn is the bomb️

Everything is easy to navigate and the seats are comfortable. The film I was watching was not in a stadium seating setup, but it was super clean and the sound was great. The screen is a little one the smaller side, so dont expect anything IMAX related if youre coming.

Nice, clean, comfortable theater. However, in my past experience they pre-pop their popcorn due to the volume of customers and not being able to pop fast enough. Putting pre-popped popcorn in plastic bags for future use is terrible, especially at those prices. It pre-popping is no longer done, then I would raise my grade to 5 stars.

This is in response to the review by brook tummino.While I have not been a patron of this theater in many years due to now living in another state, I used to be a regular patron, who would visit regularly with a good friend who has multiple disabilities. This friend is both visually impaired, hearing impaired, and has numerous other physical disabilities that make going to public places difficult.When we used to go to this theater, this friend was treated with nothing but respect and always was treated like a valued customer. I know the management there has not changed since we were regulars, so I know that the experience of this one reviewer is not typical.One of the many businesses I miss frequenting in Northeast Ohio is this movie theater. Great atmosphere, and great service. Especially when visiting with my disabled friend.Keep up the great work!

Decent sized theatre with big rooms. This means lots of chairs. They also have those new padded recliners - I love them.The screens themselves are clean and big.The sound is spectacular too.Another important aspect I have noticed in my times going to this theatre is that they keep the floors clean.It is located on a big lot opposite of a large mall. The only thing is that the lot needs to be repaved in a BIG way.I recommend this theater.

Comfy seating however prices keep going up maybe people need to stop pirating movies and pay for them

Took my boy to see Zombieland II: DoubleTap!! We loved it! Large popcorn w butter in THE MIDDLE, candy, Woody and Murray.... bathrooms were clean. Smelled good. Staff was very friendly. Tbh, I have come here for every Star Wars pre opener so, I love this place!

Its a nice theater. The seats do recline which is nice. I think regal Cinema in Willoughby is a little better, but this atlas is really nice too.

We usually go here for all of our movie needs. It seems clean and the concession food is good if thats your thing. This last time I noticed that there were flying bugs in the back row. We moved closer to avoid them. Kind of gross but not bad enough to stop going here! Lol

Good value, especially with the advance pass. Need to be more clear about which movies do not accept passes. Should mention it first and in ALL CAPS & not last. Its easy to miss.

Staff is very friendly. Seats were nice. We were in theater #1 where a bright green exit sign lights up the dark from the lower right corner of the screen. I understand the requirement for the sign, but it was distracting. The sound in the theater was good. The projector output was very dark with highly diluted colors and overall hugely disappointing; I will most likely avoid this theater in the future as a result of the poor image quality.

Never had a problem here. Only issue is with a couple people using their cell phones during the movie I was seeing

This is a great theater. The new seating is so much fun. It all smells so new. The food prices are outrageous, but thats at all theaters, but the food is always fresh or they will fix it if it isnt.I dont like that we have to reserve seats now... Its dumb!

We all had a good time. The crew behind the counter is friendly and they help you out very quickly.

I overheard one of the Managers berating one of his young male employees in front of customers and then when I was in line for concessions I heard him talking with other young employees about the one he yelled at. You have got to be kidding me that some 40 something manager is going to yell at a teen right in the middle of everything. The kid seemed to be doing his job and the manager was just on his case. There are better ways to handle situations and then to go and talk to other employees about one of their co-workers how ridiculous Grow up already

Its fine, not the best or cleanest theater around. The front few rows in each theater have lounging recliners but the rest are standard leather chairs.

Its a nice theater. The seats are nice. Movies are loud. Food prices are high, obviously. Not much else to say.

Movie was great! Theatre was empty. Snack bar not so good. Popcorn and pretzel were very aged.

The seating has gotten better, more up to date. The price went up too, about 70 dollars for four people, popcorn and 2 drinks. Two of the tickets were kids tickets and it was 3d, glasses are way over priced, specially since you return them after its over. The seats had popcorn in them no biggie, but it was obviously they are not checking very well. The sound and screen was great, overall we enjoyed the movie

We went there on Saturday for a matinee to see The Lego Movie 2. The kids love Lego Movie. He was very comical and the kids loved it. One kid even started crying due to the fact that they star got stuck between the doors. And all the kids in the theater and I got excited when the hero hit the stage. I like the new seats they are very comfy also certain seats actually has a recliner look. I will be coming back again thank you

We went to see the new spiderman far from home it was really good I just wished there were more recliners up at the top and not so cold but I guess others would say its not cold enough but over all good kid of pricey but good

I really enjoyed the movie some guy was hassling me over some phone calls I received. One was my mom. So it could be important. They live in Virginia. But overall I always enjoy it there. I will go there again.

I’ve come to this movie theater multiple time and tonight January 10, 2020 I don’t know the man’s name but he was very rude to me and my kids especially when I went to buy tickets and he charged me for 3 adult tickets instead of 1 adult and 2 children. He was very disrespectful and I will not becoming to this theater anymore. He was the manager!! I asked one of the employees.

Love going to see movies at this local family owned movie theater. Everything is quality. The seating is comfortable with your choice of plush recliners or stadium rockers. Sight lines are great, and their presentation is bright and crisp. Their pop corn is tasty, and we always receive friendly service.

Saw Deadpool 2 here during a fairly busy time. The tickets were quite expensive for a mid afternoon show with no special features, and they did not support app-prepayment so we were forced to use the ticket counter. Concessions were somewhat fairly priced for a theatre, but that didnt matter relative to the cost of the tickets. Pretty nice seats with good recline, but not worth how much we paid for them.

Power recliners are only in the first couple rows, in the stadium seats they are still nice and coshy but they only rock. Still a nice theater though, no sticky floors or anything
