Fun afternoon activity for kids and adults alike. I took my 4 year old niece here to decorate some pottery and she enjoyed it. Just grab what you want to paint off the shelf, pick your colors, and go to town. My only complaint is the staff should provide a little more direction when you first get there. Being my first time, I wasnt sure whether we paid first, had to clean up, how long it was to get our stuff back, etc.

Nice place to hang to do pottery, painting, fusing glass. They have birthday partirs and group adult parties. Fun!

Spectrum Academy, an Autism and Disability Classroom, went to Busy Bees Pottery in Mentor, OH. on Monday morning, 4/1/19. Ms. Bethany did AMAZING with our students! Ensuring their creative time was as precious as any other person there! She was quick with the changes that needed to be made and made our students and us feel very welcome! She had great suggestions to ensure smooth transitions for our kiddos! This is a great and amazing store for kiddos with special needs to attend!

Just painted my first piece of pottery at Busy Bees and had so much fun! There are so many projects to choose from and a lot of beautiful finished example projects to help get your creative juices flowing. This was a great way to spend time with my daughter and go away with a treasure to remember the. Beth, the owner, is super friendly and runs a spectacular studio! I definitely will come back again!

Spent time with my granddaughters, daughter in law and a family friend on Sunday, Dec 8th, at the Grinch event, we had a fun relaxing time. Thank you Busy Bees and your friendly staff! This is one of my granddaughter, Kaci, favorite places.

My daughter, granddaughters and I went to Busy Bee Pottery and Art Studio for a girls night out while the boys were camping. Everyone at Busy Bee was so friendly and helpful. We had a great time bonding, relaxing and creating. Can’t wait to go back and try the glass fusing and mosics. It is an amazing place full of fun things to create and memories to make. We loved it! Thanks to all the people there who helped make our experience perfect!

Regardless of how old you are its great fun to spend an afternoon working on peices, especially with friends. With a variety of price points to suit all preferences and a friendly staff, I totally recommend them. I came the Saturday before Thanksgiving with some friends and while they were busy with both a boatload of customers and a birthday party in the back the staff went above and beyond to accommodate our bunch of four, being kind in helping us find seating and get started. Our college age gaggle had a great time and felt warmly welcomed by the staff. Pick up text came promptly the next week to the date and our work turned out great! I cant wait till I can go back.

I wouldn’t even give this place a one star. I am absolutely irritated with the horrible service. I never received a notification to pick up my item. I spent 100 dollars on a tree that came back chipped. It had to be sent back. After I finally was able to pick it up, it didn’t have glue or enough lights to cover the entire tree ( didn’t even cover half). The girls are extremely rude on the phone. I am about to make a third trip to pick up their mistake. 7 days to get something back? Try 3 weeks and it still isn’t right. There has been no offer of compensation for the hassle and poor service. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!!! I will NEVER be back. Hopefully, they will realize their lack of customer service will eventually lead to them closing like every other store in the mall. Good riddance.ITS NOT COMPLIMENTARY WHEN IT WAS SUPPOSED TO COME WITH IT IN THE BEGINNING. What a joke.

We just had our daughter’s 8th birthday party at Busy Bees and it was amazing! Meredeth did an amazing job working and helping with the children. It was great for me as the Mom because they handled the party and I got to take pictures and actually enjoy the party! I would highly recommend Busy Bees!

Was very friendly and patient with my client. It was very perfect to get in paint and find what he wanted to make for a mothers day gift. Purchase it and received a text as expected right on time to pick up his finished product. Very satisfied with the finished product and he even received a $5 off coupon for his next visit! Very impressed!

Its a very nice place to kill an afternoon making ceramic projects. They have other art stations but i havent tried them yet. Its also very kid friendly. Good selection of things to paint. Priced a little high defiantly not for low income families. The staff is very knowledgable and friendly. Its one of my favorite places to hide from the world. Wish they would play a better variety of music. They play the same music over and over.

We love the experience here. Its always a fun way to spend a few hours.

What a great place to take anyone of any age. I brought my Mom, Grandma and Aunt. They had so much fun!!!!! I also love to bring my son to make gifts for Christmas and just to hang out. Love it here!!!!!

We booked a birthday party for our daughter there. She was really excited to make 1 particular piece and they never told us we could request a specific piece. Then when we got there they were entirely out of it and my daughter cried and they all just stood there. They acted like it was my fault for not requesting that one. We ended uo having to pay $16 extra so my daughter could do the only other piece she liked. No discount or even an apology. The invitations were super late being made and we got them 2 weeks before the party. Their flyer made it seem like cake was included, but its not. So we were shocked by that last minute. For over as mich money as it cost, I would have thought we would have had a bit more. They give you an hour and half but thats way too much time. The kids just sat there bored and the employee they gave us just stood there. We did 80% of the work, all she did was pour paint. She was very friendly but this pasty was not what you would call stress free. I still had to pay minute come up with ideas to entertain the kids while they were.sitting there doing nothing. The crafts were cute but youre not really saving any money and you dont get anything extra other than a juice box. I would avoid the birthday package all together and just show up to paint a piece like normal.

Great product,lots to choose from. Not very organized. Had to ask other customers what to do, couldnt get much help from employees,they seemed to not want or know how to assist. Could have a much better experience if more assistance and knowledge from staff.

WOW!!!! This place is fun, made glass dishes and they turned out amazing. Great place for adults and kids. They even have adult only night with your favorite cocktails!!!!
