Service was wonderful, the place is clean, the games were good, and the food was beyond delicious. I recommend the bar if you enjoy a drink. The tenders were all courteous, mixed good drinks, and took good care of us.

Had a great time for my sons birthday. It wasnt crowded they took all the covid-19 precautions.

Overall great experience. Great food and great atmosphere. But whats the point in a mask if everyone is touching the game surfaces. Kinda an oxymoron .

We waited an hour and a half for a table and what was so bad about waiting is that they had a whole section that was empty. We then waited another hour and then some for our food. Great server however, about 4 of the orders were late which he offered for free. Then my order was not complete. There were a lot of people who worked there walking around but most looked like they were busy helping others. One server/worker walked around and ate his pot pie. The security guard drank all night although walking and observing the area. No one greeted us at the door nor said Thank you for coming when we left. The most important and tasty thing to eat was the Rose mixed drink and the fries. Wont be back. This is a place for some that have a lot of time on their hands on a Saturday evening. We got there at 730 and left around 11. This is how long it took us to be seated and get our food.

This was my first time at Dave and Busters and I guess I expected things to be handled differently. They closed at 10, which no big deal, but we did not give ourselves enough time to enjoy it I guess. Last call for food was 8:45PM. We had been in Louisiana doing storm work for hurricane Laura and this seemed like a good spot to stop since everywhere else was closed but we saw 10PM so we were hopeful. The girl at the front desk said open seating, so we sat where we wanted. No one told us not to sit where we did or where not to sit because....open seating. We chose the wrong spot. After a certain time I guess only the bar tables get service but we were never told that until we asked someone. They held the kitchen since they didnt see us in the other section because it was definitely after 8:45. We order food, it was ok but all the steaks were cooked wrong but we were already beyond food time so we dealt with it. A couple minutes after we got our food, we were served with the next last call....for alcohol. Last call was 9:15. We had barely got our food so we naturally order another round. We were done eating and paying our tab at about 9:35 and decided to spend the $15 for a game card to play games for 25 minutes. Another fun fact...the games close before 10. I think it was about 9:52 when they were deactivated. So now I have a game card with no Dave and Busters to use it at in my area. Only reason I gave four stars is because the wait staff was nice and the place in general is awesome, but they are ridiculous with their timing. There were a lot of people in there and then they just shut the games down. I guess if you charge people up front you dont really care how late they are there. Cool spot but I hate how they operate. This was probably closer to a 3 star rating.

I always enjoy my visits to D&B, but I was disappointed on this occasion because the AEW wrestling pay-per-view was not shown. Rumor has it that D&B is not contracted to carry AEW shows anymore. Get it together D&B. Youre disappointing a great number of your customers.

The lady at the front counter never said she would be right with us nor acknowledged we entered the facility. She took over 10 minutes assisting one family. To add there was another family waiting before us. So we anticipated over a 15 minute wait just to secure admission. So we left.

Food was GREAT, but our server sucked. He disappeared on us quite often. We had to recruit neighboring servers to refill our drinks, replace the missing condiments, and get our ticket.The games were fun! Wish there were more games for the toddlers, but even they had fun just pressing buttons.There was a little boy who couldnt find his mother. If youre going with your kids that are younger than 7, PLEASE make certain they know your name. This baby didnt know how old he was or his mothers name. My mother and I turned him in to the manager. When he was returned to his mother, she still had him walking behind her and he was about to drift away again. Just watch out for your kiddos while here because its huge and easy to get lost.

Whats not to like about dave and busters. Good food and fun. This is a go to spot for kids and adults. It all works. Dave and busters is just good stuff. I enjoy myself with every visit. The staff is good and always trying to please.

Chain that has pretty good food and reasonable prices. Games are as expected and plenty of space to not be waiting to play. Not a place you would go if you are looking for a deal during the weekend but provided a good amount of fun and entertainment for around $20 an hour with food or drinks.Came with a few friends and plenty of games that had multiple spaces to play with friends. Bathrooms were pretty clean for the amount of people that visit this place.

Actually two weeks ago when we were here it was just a chance Im getting out which is not what I would recommend for anyone for the safety of your family and loved ones and especially the newborn babies however sometimes you just got to break down and do it really enjoy Dave and Busters lunch menu and steak sliders were awesome play a few games of pool good conversation and out the door in on the way we go Germantown is a pleasant place to be and a short distance from home

Then, if you so choose you can go their on Wednesdays for half-price games, making your $20 worth $80. Youre welcome.Im pleased with their response to Covid-19. They have multiple stations with hand sanitizer and even gloves if you want them. Worried about the virus? Keep your mask on, use the sanitizer, wash and sanitize before you eat. Dunno about you but for me, problem solved.

The place is put together really well with lots of space and a lot of thought into it. Each area supports a different style of entertainment. The service was good and the food wasn’t that bad. I will say it was so loud it was a little unnerving. I understand that it’s an entertainment place and it’s going to be lively but the video games are practically deafening when they’re all going at the same time. In my opinion this is a great place for a party and to go with Friends but not what I would do to hang out and have a beer

We came to spend the day at the location in Cordova. We had a great time playing games, there were 7 of us total. They were not busy at all, open tables could be found all over the restaurant area. We decided to have lunch and were told the wait was 30 minutes unless we wanted to crowd into a booth. Mind you, there were multiple booths available, but no tables. We located at least 8-10 tables that were empty and asked to be seated at one of them. The manager informed us that they only had one server for that entire area and that we would need to wait 30 minutes for a table. I have worked in the restaurant business and I know how it “should” work as far as tables, servers, assigned sections etc. My suggestion to the manager was that they should probably staff up a little better on the weekends. His reply was that they were staffed up already...after telling me he didn’t have severe to wait on the 8-10 open tables. After spending $350 on entertainment, we were completely let down by the restaurant portion of Dave and Busters. We left and went somewhere else to eat, where we could be accommodated. The manager on duty was George, last name possibly Dye. He was not helpful and certainly did not seem bothered by my concerns.

Always have fun while here. Manager was very helpful getting our game play sorted out.

Well. All in all we had a fun time tonight, but our experience wasnt worth 5 stars. As a matter of fact, I gave 3 stars because game play was a lot of fun and I look forward to playing again. I really like the variety of games offered and that tonight they were half off! There really are games here for everyone! You can easily lose half a day playing these games.My issues were with foodservice. We told the gentleman at the front desk we wanted to eat he told us to go sit anywhere we liked, so we did. We sat and sat for almost 20 minutes while we watched him sit another family who were promptly given menus and then waited on, in addition to noticing several D&B staff milling around, some of whom noticed us, but did not come to our table. I dont know if they were general staff or food staff, but either way, no one seemed to care that we were just sitting there looking around. Finally one girl did great us, told us she would grab us menus and take our drink order, and never returned. A second girl, Makenzee, came to us and ended up taking care of us. We had some bumps and minor issues, but quickly forgave them when we learned she isnt even a server (one issue was that she didnt know the menu and our burgers were ordered wrong, as was our appetizer) but instead a member of front desk staff. She was moved to table serving because they were understaffed tonight. They must have been severely understaffed, and we were very unimpressed. If they are that understaffed they need to close one of the seating sections so people dont get so blatantly ignored. Makenzee, for not being a server, took excellent care of us, and we made sure she knew it.That being said, the food was delicious and pretty warm when it arrived.This was the first time I played games here, and it was a lot of fun. I look forward to going back to play, but our food service makes me hesitate to eat there anymore.Oh, and the womens bathroom was disgusting and clearly had not been tended in quite a while. Maybe its not fair to mention since I didnt tell anyone, but by that point in our visit I was just ready to leave.

Had a blast. Wings were great. Mini sliders were very tasty. Fries were got. Service was good and our waitress made sure we had everything we needed. Was greeted at the door and they explained how everything works. My daughter loved the games and there was plenty to do.

I can say so many great things about this place- from the food, wait staff, ambience, and the huge variety of games to choose from. The food each time has always been great for my family, no complaints ever! There are so many games to play that it will instantly take you back to your childhood with a gigantic Galaga machine, the cup game from the infamous, Bozo tv game show, and also carnival games. The competitions are endless with racing car games, motorcycle games and basketball. This place is great for dates, group outings, family fun and also solo play. You also have countless areas to dine in i.e., bar, pub style tables, booths, and a huge secluded area to throw parties.

I had my babys 15th bday party today amd everthing was so fantastic. I had a crappy day b4 coming but I PROMISE all is well now. The food amount was perfect for my party, the shared space was no hassle, the chef gave us a complimetary tray of fresh cookies and everyone was super helpful. The event specialist was super professional and the gameplay was off the chain!!! Im still on a high. I certainly hope this level of service is maintained forever. I feel like a kid again!!

I came here at 4 was told that it would be a 45 minute wait. A hour and 15 minutes later still havent been seated. Im only give it 2 stars because my 12 year old enjoyed playing the games.

Entertaining games for everyone! Multiple screens showing a variety of sports so you can view the nights football and basketball games simultaneously. The food was great and people were nice and quick with orders.

Darius took good care of us with getting us seated where we wanted and Robbie was our server and he was great! They turned the Ohio game on with sounds even though we only asked for the game. We definitely enjoyed it.

Love the place itself but the front desk person that helped us was rude. My mom brought 6 of us here and we were told we could use a military discount on top if their eat play combo at the front. Once the bill arrived, that was a different story. The manager told us he could not apply this and offered to take off our sodas. It was a $200 bill and all he could do was take off sodas. The manager was also very quick and short with us as if our situation was bothering him. Get your employees in the same page. We were lied to and it ruined our experience here. Get better front desk people. Our waitress, Tabitha, was awesome though. She did her best with the situation presented.

Visited this place Thursday and Friday. I visited this place Thursday with my family and we had a great time. The games are affordable, but the service for the food was slow. The food is average, I wouldn’t eat here again but I would come back for the games. I visit this place Friday with my friend for her birthday and we enjoyed the games. I would visit again.

But the manager came to me, apologized, and prepared a BRAND NEW order without any hassle, took a little off the price for the error. Not did it come back right, but it was absolutely delicious! Good Food Fun Games

I love this place! They have everything and Id definitely come back here again. If they added laser tag, race cars, bowling... you would never leave. The video games were so fun and unique. They have this huge one that takes up to 6 people and about an hour to play that you gotta go to. The wings and fries were on point, and next time Ill have to test their bar.

Usually I would go all the way and give this place a 5 star review! The only thing that held me back this time was a new bar tender that seemed to have a bad attitude. The other bar tenders are great, but even after complaining that my drink was weak and very sour she basically said thats how it is. I should have returned it but I really have a great time at you guys establishment so I wont complain! I love Dave and Buster!

Me and my family love going to Dave and Buster’s every time we were out of town. When we heard they were building one here I. Memphis we was excited. But unfortunately this location has the worst customer service. From the time we came in no one at the desk greeted us only looked at us and started back talking to each other that lasted for twelve minutes . Then we where put on a waiting list for fifteen to thirty minutes which we thought was cool. We went and played some games and when I realized it had been an hour and fifteen minutes done went by. My wife went to the station to ask about I reservation no one assisted her till ten minutes had went by. Still there were no welcome feeling to this establishment. To make things even worse is it wasn’t a busy night Sunday. When we finally got our food was cold, rice hard and wasn’t fully cooked.

I have always loved Dave and Buster’s and I am so elated that it’s open here in Memphis. As you can see the food looks delicious but guess what it was mind blowing. I had the loaded nacho fries with a Banana Foster Pie. Everything was soooo good!!! My family and I also had a great time playing games and redeeming our prizes! Service was very courteous and attentive. There was a lot of people there but you didn’t feel smothered just the right amount of room for everyone! We will be visiting again soon!

The only reason I gave this review two stars is because me and I girlfriend got there and the service was great but when we got to enjoying ourselves they said they was closing in 10 minutes we was only there for 30 minutes and are food wasnt good thats probably because theyre getting ready to close but the drinks we had was fire tho lol but we spent almost $100 for some eat an play combo

Amazing customer service! The food and drinks were reasonably priced Our server was very attentive and the games were actually enjoyable and entertaining! Ill definitely be returning!
