This one is ghetto. None of the self service kiosks work. The workers seem confused on job duties and they talk to you slick crazy. My l.o. always has fun though...

I guess due to the virus no one was working and most of the dates were sit down. The party want set up at the right time and we had to get our own drinks, plates, and napkins from up front and we ordered a exclusive party package and we didnt find it chucke want there until we showed up

The pizzas actually pretty good, as is *some* of the staff. The games are a lot of fun. The cleanliness leaves something to be desired, though. A lot to be desired, actually. That soda fountain haunts my dreams.As for Chuck E… Let me inside that mouse costume. Ill actually do something besides walk sadly in a circle around the game area, interact as little as possible with the kids, and then retreat back into… wherever it is he hides.

What happened to the winggggs? they use to be so good now they trash . I got the 5$ deal . The price is great right now but the wings don’t taste how they use to . & the girl on the phone was very friendly that was the good thing & the pizza needs more meat but the pizza was nice .

This location is well kept and clean. On weekdays its not as crowded so the kids can really enjoy themselves with more options. The plus side, with their new unlimited games program, the kids are exhausted and have had a blast by the time we leave.

The pizza is actually better than some if the lager chains.

Smells like all get out.. just funky I couldnt get that smell out my nose. the food was back there for about ten minutes.... we saw it was ready through the window and there was nobody to be found to serve my sister... other than that my nephew had fun...

I love that its a fun and safe family friendly environment. This location is clean, staff was helpful and engaging. The salad bar was well stocked and they were serving up those pizzas hot and fresh. Chuck E. Cheese looked like he was really loving partying with the kids.

I was taking my young son there to have fun with games. I have to leave cause dont have him change of pullup. He was so angry at me but i take him back someday soon.

I went in early before the kids get off school. It was great! No kids bothering my son trying to take his tickets or card away from him. Only reason Im not giving them 5 stars is because it was not busy at all yet there were dirty tables and not clean as it ahould be when starting the day.

Ok we all know that Chuck E Cheese is where kids should be able to play and enjoy theirselves. But with so many not so well mannered adults it kinda suck.

The staff always have a nasty attitude because they are overworked the floors and restrooms were filthy some of the games were out of service.. if you are ordering food you need to order it as soon as you arrive because it will take over 2 hours for 1 Pizza to come to your table. Chuck E the rat didnt come out not one time to interact with the kids. The prize/toys are overpriced.

It was ABSOLUTELY horrible.. Very unorganized, manager was all over the place, the girl who gives out the toys was texting on her phone the entire time I talk to her about the tickets & toys. She was very rude and unprofessional.My pizza was hard as a brick & Oh yeah..the police was there dealing with a situation on my way in.. Huge red flag not to go in.. Its definitely not a safe environment for kids..NEVER AGAIN IN LIFE!!!

Great place for the kids and good food.

It was a pretty cool place to take your kids or grand kids and the food was good also. Everyone had a great time. Id recommend it to people.

Needs more staff n better drink and game machines

We had a fun experience even though many of the games were out of order or not giving out tickets. It was clean, the staff were friendly and the kids enjoyed it.

Most machines were not working, we stood at the door waiting to be stamped and let in for over 15 mins, and the employees were not friendly whatsoever... Will not be visiting this location again!

I went to Chuck E Cheese with my granddaughter. She wanted to go and Im glad. We had fun we played games ate pizza. She rode the childrens ride and lift with a prize. The staff was friendly helpful and hands on if you needed help with anything. My granddaughter and I had lots of fun. It wasnt planned she said Grandma I want to go to Chuck E Cheese Thank you Chuck E Cheese!!!

For a kid environment and feeling safe enough to let them go crazy it a great place. Our experience was ok, dont get me wrong, its just that they think everyone knows how it works, when the shows are and what to expect. The web site does a great job for taking care of the kids needs but lacks any information, schedule as to when Chuck-E-Cheese will appear in person etc. Our hostess was basically next to non-existant, she welcomed us, sat us and chased the cards for the kids, and actually had our birthday girl in tears within the first 5 minutes of arriving, she gave all the other kids their cards but not her because she had no loaded the extra points on it, and of course neglected to tell us about it, but simply walked off leaving us a little upset. The site does not tell you that absolutely nothing is provided for the adults, no pizza, no drinks, nothin, zip, nada. And of course unless you ask no one seems to know that you dont know, they simply assume.Other servers waited on the tables every need, made sure the child was there when the live show started, around for the birthday song and such, ours was M.I.A.; we had to ask other servers to find out what, where, when and how.So, my question is; just exactly does the party money pay for, lets see; in our case; four paper plates, four paper cups, a covered table, three balloons, and wrist bands for the kids. All that and it cost just $60 bucks, lets see was it a deal, plates and cups at dollar tree $2.00 (more than four each); table cloth again $2.00, napkins - $1.00 (again more than four), picture of lemonade - $2.00 litre bottle at Kroger); wrist bands and cards $30 dollars for 3 kids ( thats a wash cause either way you have to pay it), total individual cost $38.00 vs. $60.00. Oh, I forgot the thin crust pepperoni pizza (small) that cost the other $22.00End result, dont mind paying for my kid to have a great time, but as for the rest its a total rip off, now if the hostess would have been a hostess and not a fly by night individual my feelings might be different; but this was a once in a life time chance for me to see how they did. My final analysis is - go some place a little more open and friendly and know what customer service is about, they seem to sell it but they dont even come close to applying it.

Attended a birthday party there and I will not be returning to this location.... Restrooms were not clean, fountain drink area was a mess. The straw dispenser was broken so any and everyone was touching the straw (so unsanitary). The floors extremely sticky and nasty in the area. Most of machines in the building either broken, malfunctioning or out of service... Most of the staff unconcerned, unprofessional and childish to say the least. This location is a popular location that receives a lot busy and shouldnt be in the condition that it is in. Management needs to type pride in their position and store and perform Chuck E Cheese makeover. DISINFECT AND CLEAN IT UP!!!!! FIX WHAT IS BROKEN.... It doesnt make sense...

We booked a birthday party online. We showed up early to make sure everything went smooth and we were prepared for guests. The online website had an offer to book online to get 100 bonus tokens. Most of the machines did not work and after telling the manager that the machines did not work, she did not offer to refund the tokens we used in the machine and the machines took several of them. The ticket munchers were broken, except for one or two of them and they were under-staffed. I will def not be going back to this particular chuck e cheese. I was disappointed in their service, their lack of professionalism, the over-all cleanliness of the facilitates, and the price was over-rated for the quality of the place. I will say, the birthday girl, got 1,000 tickets for us booking the party online and that was a nice bonus. I would say they were just busy but even when we first got there, the staff didnt attend to the arising issues when we informed them of the machines nor did they offer to refund the tokens the machine took.

Lunch buffet on Monday with the kids, was not bad. It was not the normal Club ChuckE like it is on Saturdays!

Got in just before it got crowded. Salad bar sucks. Lettuce is all the salad bar had on it vegetable wise. This is the worst salad bar ever.

I had to wait a long time just to purchase my game cards on top of the wait i didnt even get greeted nor did they say someone will be with me shortly nothing but other employees was just walking around doing nothing starring and looking some of the machines were out so i went back up to the cashier once agian same thing waiting no-one talking nothing but a Mexican couple walked up and this white guy that had a different shirt from the other employees instantly made hisself useful to them of course while i still waited and the next in line i will never bring my child to that ghetto place ever agian Ill take her to incredible pizze or the main event regardless of the money Ill have a better time like i always do at both places

Well, not really sure were to begin with this establishment!? The uncleanliness inside was noticeable immediately after walking inside, the bathroom was flooded, neither drink machines had ice, and to top it off the pizza took almost an hour... Go to Main Event, this place sucks!!!

Attended a 2yr old little girls bday party and the manager that was suppose to host the party wasnt available so we waited on someone for about 15-20 minutes to come and host, The host looked lost like it was her first time, we wanted to add a platter that included wings, fries, celery and breadsticks, she came back to tell us they were out of the platter, and that we could order the wings???? We said ok just give of the wings, she came back to tell us we can only have the boneless, which dont make since, but we said ok jus give us boneless. When Chuckecheese came out kids from everywhere ran in our section, which suppose to have been a private party.End up having to crop a lot of children out of the bday pics. At the end the host rushed us ti move to another table sayn our time was up, but what about the 15-20 mins they held up trying to find a host. This place is a rip off and is very unorganized!!!!

Walking in we had to wait until someone came to Stamp our wrist to let us n, my niece had fun playing with the games. Tokens are 3 tokens to a dollar not 4 tokens to a dollar anymore, leaving out we had to wait until someone came to check our stamp,about 5 to 7 minutes too long of a wait
