What a great time with the kids! The place was clean and the staff was friendly. There were a lot of workers if you needed help. There are plenty of places to sit and wait or eat from their concession. We will be back soon.

We had a small group, 3 adults, 3 kids. Good time was had by all. We will definitely come back again.

Fun place for the kiddos to run and play safely as possible well having some crazy fun bouncing off the walls.Most of the staff is younger people and a few people mentioned it being a issue because stuff was slow or what not. I still feel like they did a good job.The main issue is the cash register.It bugs me that they have to type in all the numbers and ask you for street address or zip and blah blah. No place to even leave people a tip. Its not convenient and stressful for all parties involved.Whats your zip ! As 40 kids scream behind you and music playing. Fix that issue and i would give it 5 stars for a fun hassle free day.

Brought the kids here for some play time and well worth the money!!! Get tickets online and its cheaper! The kids loved the sky ride, virtual reality, laser tag and the trampolines!

We celebrated my sons 6th Birthday last Saturday and let me just tell you Mike and his staff really go above and beyond, my son and his 4 friends had the best time and we will definitely be back!! Everything was super clean, the kids were able to enjoy themselves and not be restricted by having to wear a mask. I would def recommend this awesome place to everyone!!

Been here twice. First time was awesome. Second time this girl with long black hair working was awful. Wouldnt let kids do anything but jump. She was on them to strictly. I myself got spoke to by her for helping my 3 year old play basketball and lifting him to make the hoop.

The staff was great. Food was decent but every person we saw smiled (behind the masks) and was helpful. Management went out of their way to address any questions. Great job.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCEMike the general manager was vile. We had gotten ice cold chicken tenders not once but TWICE! He was lying and trying to tell us we only got chicken tenders once. But the girl with brown short hair with blonde bangs and the blonde boy were literally helping us. Which the girl was fine but the boy needed some more training or something.Terrible customer service.Just go to Sky Zone!

Amazing place. worth the drive from palm bay. not charging for the time was great to have fun for a flat price. even adults have lots to do. The wings were really good. Our new place to hang out.

The kids really enjoyed Urban Air. The price was very reasonable compared to Skyzone. You pay one price with no time restraints. That was definitely good. We left to run errands and came back and had no issues. They have a few massage chairs around, which is a great seller for us parents! They sell food and beer and wine. I only gave 4 stars because they are not completely functional. There were several stalls in the womens restroom that were out of order. They still had scissor lifts inside and the sky rider was not complete.Also I think the bowling prices were a bit much, $40 for a lane. I can go to a bowling alley for much cheaper. Overall, it was nice and the kids enjoyed themselves. We would go here over Andretti Palm Bay and skyzone as well!

Best way to spend time with the kids, specially in a raining day.

First time visiting. We arrived 30mins after they opened on a Sunday. Very busy already. After signing the electronic waiver we stood in line. There were 2 lines open and the 3rd was for monthly pass holders. I didnt mind the wait. I had a Groupon pass for my child. The employee was pleasant. My daughter loves the place. There were 2 large attractions closed. The reason for the 3 stars was based on cleanliness, cafe help and food quality. And lack of adequate cubbies for customers shoes. The floors and play area for children under 7 was filthy. One employee taking food orders on a busy Sunday was a disaster. Took me over 20mins just for a kids combo of chicken bites/fries. When I did get the order or was ice cold and over cooked. And for amt of customers having the take off their shoes, 4 small cubby shelves dont cut it. I was a little disappointed for fist time visit. In the eyes of my minor...it was a hit! For a me (moms view) nah. I just wont order food or drinks. I hope they beef up swift staff in Cafe and front registers and focus on cleanliness of the play area. Worth the money when all areas are working.

This place was amazing for the kids plus adults. This lady that works there was a joy. Her name is Shannon. Her energy was wonderful. She was amazing for the place !!!!! Very helpful & attentive whenever i needed help. First time bringing my son to urban air and she made the visit worthwhile . Will be back soon !

Visited the place yesterday and pretty impressed. The staff were very nice. Numerous attractions and kids had lots of fun. The manager ensured the place was maintained clean.

Had a very nice time! Even with a one year old! The area for 7 and under was perfect! And I enjoyed being able to accompany her on just the jumping squares.

I have visited a number of trampoline parks, but this one is exceptionally diverse. It has a number of activities to keep things interesting, and my 4 and 5 year olds like the variety. Usually they can only stay interested for an hour. At this place they were there two hours and wanted more.

Had a blast at the place. Kids had fun for over 3 hrs. Laser tag and VR is very cool. Have tons of attractions to burn calories and also have lots of fun.

I physically went there and spoke to a manager, Tim (at that time, who was new), was very helpful and accommodating. I did not get a call for the party so I follow up. Just to find out, the manager left the company and my daughter’s party was not held. I was so disappointed. The new Manager, Alex, was very professional and tried to assist but she does not know more info about parties so she recommended to talk to the owner. The owner was extremely, unprofessional. It was a horrible experience. If I did not give out my invitation, I would have NOT chosen this place. We can’t hear each other over the phone, (you would think they have a designated area for this). All he wanted was to get my credit card information. I prefer to do the annual membership that’s comes with the party (recommended to me by the managers) but because it takes 48 hours (which I was not told), it will not apply till next year (why would I want to do another party there next year). I was appalled by this experience.

We had a birthday party here for my son. They were short staffed so our party host was pulled in multiple directions. She was not able to help us. When our guests arrived it was unorganized and no one was checking people in the party room like they told us would happen. Our party host did not pass out food we had to. The areas were not being observed by personnel to maintain a safe environment. I would not recommend them for a party or even to just go have fun.

We visited Urban Air for the first time yesterday for a fun family outing. It was awesome! We went with the intentions of just killing a couple of hours, but ended up staying all day! The staff was amazing! Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to have a good time. Great for kids and adults! We live almost an hour away and would make the drive over and over again for more fun times at Urban Air!

Lots of fun things for all ages

Parents please be cautious when bringing your child here. It’s probably fine for the older kids but I have a two year old and while I was following him up and around the little obstacle course for the little guys, there was an opening probably 10-12 feet in the air that was taped off with a little handwritten sign that it was broken. My son can’t read, he wouldn’t even understand that the sign was something out of the ordinary. Plus it’s not exactly easy to move around for the adults trying to stay right with their kids up there. If I hadn’t been paying very close attention, it could’ve been a huge problem.

This place is amazing for kids! They have so much more than just trampolines, its great. Vin, the owner, is one of the nicest people Ive ever met, and he was so accommodating.

My kids love this place. i just have to keep coming back for them. As a parent, I appreciate the hospitality my family & I were greeted by at the front counter from Mike, Amanda & Tyler.As our day continued I was very surprised that two managers would clean around the park. One of the managers, Mike, even asked how our experience was as he was cleaning. Very good attentive staff! & as for the park, there’s so much to do, we can’t get enough!

Excellent. Awesome attractions, good price, smiling staff . One member actually helped my child to ensure she had a great time.Very reasonable priced and the best part, you are not kicked out after your time like skyzone or pay for the next hour. Before we realized we spent 3 hrs.Our new place to go and have my kid have fun with friends rather than on the tv at home.

Our kids love going here so we have gotten them a year long membership so they can go any time! Only issue we have is the website is an absolute pain to get through. Wouldve been easier to do in person, but they only do online.

Lots of fun and options for all ages. One price for unlimited time is very nice. Some recommendations are hand sanitizer stations, increase the shoe rack area, and check restrooms for supplies/cleaning.

After taking my three grandkids there and spending over $60 just to get in they said they had to stop because they didn’t have urban air socks on they had socks from a different jump park all they asked when they took our money was if we had socks nothing about having to use their will not be back and will pass the word around they had been jumping for over an hour and a half before they said the manager sent her around to check they just wanted to squeeze another $3 out for those socks

Love this place. Its perfect for the kids and adults. I especiallywanted to address a particular employee. Owen went above and beyond his duties. Took a special interest in making sure the kids were having fun and safe and made sure I had every question answered. A definite asset to your company. Thank you for making such a great place for the kids.

Great place to take the kids to let out some energy. What makes them different from other places: music isnt so loud that you have to shout to speak with another adult, plenty of nice seating in front of food stand, and better food selection (wings are good). Oh, and um, they serve beer and wine. I am hoping that sometime I think to come and do bowling with another set of parents while the kids play.

Son loves Urban Air. I enjoy taking him and watching him play while I relax. Great staff. Place has always been clean and never had any issues. We go 4-5+ times a month and have been during the weekday, evenings and on the weekends. Truly glad Urban Air is in Brevard county. We have an annual pass and feel it is worth every penny.

Seems like the night time staff are all high school students. Nothing wrong with hiring students to be apart of the team but the problem is when then are no mature staff on duty problems arise like the one tonight and being of immature nature the students are not mature enough to handle the situation appropriately. Tonight while picking up my children from Urban Air (2-14-20 9:45pm) there was a fight between Urban Air staff and a few boys who were leaving. While no punches were thrown, there was plenty of cursing and kids holding each other back. The staff eventually chased the boys all the way to Kohl’s. Not once did any adult staff intervene and attempt to break up the altercation. Makes me wonder what else transpired INSIDE the building if this is how they act in the parking lot. Biggest issue with all of this is that we as parents trust our kids safety to these staff members as they are pretending to be thugs while chase boys half way across the Avenues to Kohl’s.

So fun my first time going was the best. Good service and unlimited time to jump. Definitely come back soon

This company has the worst customer service. Let me explain my horrendous experience.I took my two daughters here on a Friday morning. As I looked at the pricing scheme it seemed to me like it would be cheaper to pay for a one month membership than to pay for a single day. All over the walls and pricing boards it says to ask the staff for more information about memberships. So I asked if it would be better to just pay for one month and then maybe come a few times during the month and was told by the staff member that yes this would be a good idea. I decided to return the next day on Saturday with my husband and two older (school aged kids) too and went online to make a membership for them and saw in the fine print that you have to pay for 12 months, not month to month. And if you dont want a 12 month membership then you have to pay a $150 cancellation fee. We went to the park on Saturday anyway (having promised our kids we were going) and the manager at the park apologized for the confusion and told us it was not clearly posted anywhere (she added the details in sharpie right then to one of the pricing charts) but told us she could do nothing about the bait and switch and we would have to deal with corporate online to cancel the membership and address complaints. (That Saturday we didnt even use the memberships we had but paid for everyone for individual day passes).Now dealing with corporate we find that we are not allowed to actually talk to a person but would only be able to communicate by email. I emailed and got only token copy and paste responses of their policy in response. NO real communication. My husband tried calling and was told there was a supervisor he could speak to but she was unavailable, they gave him the extension to call her back later. He tried 3 times and left messages with out a response. Called another day and asked to speak to said supervisor and was told she just stepped into a meeting but that they were calling our branch to get details and were addressing the problem but PROMISED him that he would get a call by the end of the day to address the problem for us. NO CALL came. He called back the very next day to speak to the supervisor and this time was told the supervisor was out of the office til the next week. He could call back then to speak to them. Never have I been given such a ridiculous run around. Im not sure if the supervisor even exists or if they were just lying. But every time the story changed and never were we allowed to speak to anyone or get our concerns and problems addressed. I will never return to a place that so blatantly pulls a bait and switch and then refuses to respond to customers who feel mislead!

My daughter and her friends had a wonderful time celebrating her 13th birthday. There is so much variety, something for everyone. I must give special thanks to our wonderful party host, Kiyah! Kiyah made sure the kids were well taken care of her. She has great customer service skills and patience! She was pulled in many directions that day, but always maintained a smile! You are fortunate to have such a great employee!

Mike who was attending the Virtual Reality Station did a phenomenal job with my Grandchildren! He was very entertaining to them while they waited their turn in line. Most importantly he explained the experience to them and made sure the equipment fitted them properly and safely!! He is a natural with kids! Staff was super friendly and helpful. Probably need more attendants though, especially in laser tag and virtual reality areas.

First visit and I had a great quiet & relaxing night while my kids jumped around having fun. They loved the competitions that Mike, the manager, conducted. The food was pretty good and the place overall looked awesome. I’ll definitely be back!

I normally don’t review locations, however, my experience felt so personalized that I just had to! Upon walking in with my children, Mike (the manager) greeted all of us individually. Throughout our time here he constantly checked up on us to see how we were doing, as well as the other parents. I had to return the hospitality with my thoughts on this great location. This is such an awesome and welcoming spot to relax and let the kids have fun! I’m coming back again and getting a membership so our adventures don’t stop!!

Absolutely wonderful place. Staff is outstanding, and they really do care about the kids safety. Some nice and helpful workers are Alicia, Michael, and Anna. However, the staff member who blew me out of the water was one named Kimmie. Kimmie was not only a blast to be around, but she made her way to every parent to make sure all guests questions were answered and all problems solved. Even though she had the job of watching 100 kids on trampolines, she made sure they all had fun. Amazing job Kimmie and Urban Air!! Youve just made a lifetime customer.

Had a great time at the birthday party at this place. Huge and lots of attractions, pizza was hot and made there and the wings are pretty good.Like to have my daughters birthday too here.

Mike at Urban Air is always a pleasure to deal with! He is courteous and professional. The establishment is always clean...even the bathrooms! My kids have a GREAT time EVERY TIME they come to Urban Air Adventure Park.

This place has lots of cool things to do, the problem, lack of staff supervision. It is apparent that many parents use this place as a babysitting service and with no staff on the floor to watch or control the kids, kids are running amuck! Parents with small children have to really watch out for the welfare of their kids as the older kids come into the small play area, it’s a shame that management does not do a better job of running the facility.

Super unprofessional staff. Went for three hours tonight and pay a lot of money for half the attractions to be closed or no staff to open it up for us. Certain staff was lazy and huff and puff being asked to do their simple tasks they get paid for. No help at all. I would recommend hiring someone above the age of 12

We were initially excited Urban Air came to Viera. Staff very immature, everyone must learn from experience, but all the staff we encountered were inexperienced. Even turning us away saying they were closed . Went back the next day, thank hey we’re open and said they didn’t know anything about it .buyer beware

Had our sons 7th birthday there at it was amazing. We upgraded to a package with access to the zip line and rooftop adventure and it was definitely worth it. We had our own party host who made sure we were completely satisfied the whole time. They serve wine and beer for the parents, if you want to have a drink while watching or you can get on a pair of socks and join them like I did. Great experience, good price. Highly recommend!

Had a great experience at Urban Air today! All of the staff were super friendly and helpful. I was extremely pleased by two of the staff, Tyler and Justin that were working at the sky rider attraction. My boy was excited to go on it but when it came to him having to jump he got scared and Justin and Tyler were there to comfort him and help not feel so nervous. They went above and beyond to help him and I truly appreciated their kindness. Keep up the great work Urban Air!!

We come here multiple times a month and love it. My kids love it and always beg to come back. A grey save environment. Highly recommended.

Very large, nice facilities. However, if you have younger kids I would AVOID this place on Friday nights and the weekends. Here was my experience taking my 10-yr-old on a Friday night.... It seemed like parents just dropped off groups of unruly, obnoxious, foul-mouthed teenagers for the evening unsupervised. There was very little staff supervision. When a staff member (most of whom look like teenagers themselves) would approach these teens, they would be totally disrespectful to the staff. They were jumping on the trampolines with their SHOES on, stepping on the kids smaller than them, and even going into the area that is for ages 7 and under. No staff member was even supervising that area to kick them out. And the language that was being used... I cant even repeat. I think Urban Air needs to hire a big mean-looking security guard who will walk around and threaten to remove some of these teens. Come on, Urban Air. Dont allow unsupervised, disrespectful teenagers to TRASH your place and ruin the experience for everyone else.

Went for the first time last weekend and must say, we wont return to Sky Zone (sorry SZ). The other place has what Urban Air has, but there is just lots more to do at Urban Air! And less age/height restrictions because the most of the obstacles and activity areas are designed for most any height, but still a blast for older kids and adults. The employees were very nice and helpful. It is pricey but you can find a good deal on groupon. We got the deluxe package that included a game of laser tag. We are considering buying the membership.

Understaffed and unsanitary. Most of the attractions were unavailable for use because they were all broken or there wasn’t enough staff to operate anything. When I ordered food there was two people working one at the cash register and one getting food but after awhile they started to switch and the lady was whom was serving food handled cash and went back to prepare the food. One wasn’t wearing gloves and serving food. The bathrooms were another issue. I went to wash my hands in the bathroom and only found that there was no soap in the bathroom. Someone’s nose was bleeding in the ball pit and to clean it they took only the balls covered in blood out, no wiping or removing more the a few balls.To be honest I’m really not sure how this place has 4 stars and isn’t shut down by a health inspection.

Came here recently with my family. fantastic job maintaining the courts as well as workers doing the attractions. Kimmie did an absolute amazing job of being nice, kind, and respectful to my family and giving us amazing recommendations on what to try out! will certainly be back soon

My kids favorite place to be !

My daughter attended a birthday party at Urban Air yesterday. She had an absolute blast. The staff was super helpful and Mason did an amazing job helping my daughter through the ropes course. She has always wanted to do it but felt frightened. He helped her out and stuck with her. She left there feeling so proud of herself. We will be back.

I really did love this place when it first opened. This place is not clean and severely understaffed. Absolutely regret signing up for their unlimited deal.

I have only been twice but I was always treated very kindly by all the staff. I was greeted by Keely at the front desk and she was super helpful in explaining all the attractions and what pass to get. As a fun place for kids its very important that a good first impression is made and talking to Keely at the front desk, she was energetic and friendly which really hyped up our mood. I highly recommend going so many fun attractions.

I dont usually write these but really good job Kyle and Aidan. They were nice to me and my friends when we came here. I did not like how the worker Owen used his whistle too much and was rude and inappropriate to my friends, and made my sister uncomfortable. Bathrooms were absolutely disgusting, but the highlight was being able to go laser tag and vr. Super cool! kinda wish bowling was included in the platinum tho.. Will be back again.

Fun but extremely dirty. Went twice 1st thing in the morning and both times it didnt look as though they ever clean. Food, dirt and used band aids all over.. Informed a manager but she didnt seem to care and just blew me off. We will not be returning.

Went on a. Field trip herw with three classes. I love the apace the concept the fun. I wosh exit entrance was a little more secure gate ect with one pwraon always at. There was only two people working. One of the stations was broken. There should. Have been a few more pwoplw working we had to waite a long time

My family and I have been coming here since it opened and have been loving it ever since. They have a wonderful team of staff, great managers, countless things to do, areas for parents to hang out, a full service cafe, and always treat us like family. Carston is our favorite worker we have ever ran into at an adventure park. He is amazing with every customer I have seen, our kids enjoy interacting with him, and we look forward to seeing him every time we go! Overall Urban Air is a blast and worth trying out with the whole family without a doubt.

I have never see kids pass on pizza and cake to just keep playing. We had a great time and Kelsey, our party attendant, made sure everything well. Right down to a private game of Lazer tag for my daughter and her friends. Best party yet!

Amazing staff, made my daughters birthday special. kids love the place. and the best part, they do not charge by the hour. they also have memberships that will let you visit as many times as you want, which is very inexpensive.

My granddaughter was hurt when she fell because the rubber mat broke loose because it was not anchor down. She slammed her head on the cement I need to take her to the hospital have her head check. What happened to the inspector is he sleeping on the job . There is a lot of safety problems.Nobody cares about safety . The place was trash all the garbage cans were full tables had trash on them. All kids running the place no adult supervision. When i get a lawyer to pay for the hospital bill maybe things will change.

Place was a mess! Took my kids here tonight for my daughters birthday. Very disappointed. Paid for the platinum pass. Was $160 for 4 kids. Including socks. Not too bad if all the attractions were actually in working order. The VR wasnt working, the laser tag wasnt working and the bowling wasnt working. Candy machine and claw machine werent working. There was trash laying literally everywhere. Drinks spilled all over the floors and an employee was literally welding the ramp handlebar while people were there. They also shut down the zipline and air obstacle course before 10:30. Needless to say we were very disappointed and will not be returning.

Devlin, who ran the laser tag and virtual gaming, was fantastic. He was kind and did his best to make sure he was assisting customers as fast as possible. We love Urban Air!

Hosted our daughters 4th birthday here and they did a fantastic job! Staff was friendly and helpful, play areas were monitored and both the party room and the play areas were incredibly clean.

This place is absolutely terrible. I would much rather take my money to sky zone. Several attractions closed. Little 2 year olds crowded the entire trampoline space. Dodgeball had two balls and they were both flat. Speaking of employees, I was spoken to very rudely by 2 employees when I requested a refund.

Went last night on a date with my man and let me tell you that it was SO FUN. KJ made my experience an amazing time by challenging us with races and having fun with us for lazer tag. Her and her daughter were both so kind and fun. 10/10 will definitley be back to try the rock climbing walls and indoor zipline activities! The lazer tag was high tech, super accurate and an all around great time for people of all ages. Thank you Urban Air and thank you KJ!

UPDATE: Our visit 9/13/19 was much better. We were invited to another children’s party. The manager Mike has definitely transformed the craziness into a much happier environment. THANK YOU !!8/23/19We Attended a party at Urban Air. The service, organization and knowledge was disappointing. After looking on the urban air site, the party didn’t compare or come close to the included items listed under, “platinum” and ”Vip bowling suite.” My friend and her husband was super disappointed. The decorations sucked... no table runner, no table cloth, no forks and three small balloons. The food was so disorganized, the chicken wings came on boats after everyone ate pizza, no one was there to offer drinks, only the kids received water at their tables. We got removed from our bowling lane because someone else paid for the spot. How could they double book lanes? Especially when VIP bowling was paid for. Virtual reality attraction was closed. THE LIST GOES ON.... The mother even had to go ask for the birthday child’s Urban air gifts; which listed in the package. Very, very disappointing.... and no managers were on site to address the issue. I’m so sorry this family and birthday child had such a horrible experience. I am definitely not holding any of my children’s birthday parties here.

Unfortunately, this place was a big let down! I brought my son who is 11years old and my daughter who is 4 years old. There was no one to assist us when we walked in except a woman on the phone behind a desk. They have some computers by the front so it’s pretty much self service and no customer service here! I started filling out the online stuff/waivers and still need some answers since it was our first time there. I waved the woman down and she apologized to the person on the phone and said how can I help you. She told me she was the manager. I asked a little about the passes since they have different tiers. So, I went back to the computers finished the purchase. The prices are very high and it’s not worth it! They have different tiers at this location. It’s over priced!I go back to the managers desk and she is on the phone still. I can’t get over how bad this manager was! This time she doesn’t speak to me till her phone call is complete. Took 10 minutes of us standing there. Finally, we were able to get our socks and there was no excitement in her voice, she didn’t say, “Have fun! Make sure you check out this area” it was just let me see your ticket, what size socks do you need and done! The manager was dull, lifeless and overall she has no customer service skills! Worthless managers make bad experiences and this needs to be addressed! Your bathrooms too are not clean! And there is erosion on your water fountains.

Do not. I repeat do not do a party at this place. Totally unorganized. They put up 3 balloons and call it decorations. Food service unorganized. Only teenagers working there who are dumber than a box of rocks. Pizza came out then appetizers and wings came out 20 minutes later. Teenage hostess kept apologizing but said there was nothing she could do. Paid for the high end package. Total ripoff.

It’s really fun there for people of all ages honestly. Would be 5 stars, but the staff are younger and they allow the kids in the ball pit course run to basically run amuck without consequences. I watched an older boy pelt a much young boy in the face with the balls(on purpose) and there was no parents or staff insight.
