A fabulous family oriented club with a great golf course and excellent food and service

Course is in good shape and had a fun time playing.

My husband I just had our wedding reception here 12/31/2019. We were extremely satisfied with this venue from start to finish. They were very accommodating throughout each step of the process.I will give a list of reasons why we chose this venue and then why we feel that they deserve 5 stars.1. They allowed us to have as much time as needed to set up the reception (with that being said they only give you the time between the prior event and your wedding to set up which typically would be a week but in our case was 2 weeks due to the holidays). This helped tremendously with our set up being low stress.2. They allowed us to bring an outside appetizer that they were unable to make for cocktail hour which is something that other venues were not willing to do. This was important for us.3. The food and beverage prices were excellent compared to other places that we looked and we were satisfied all night. The appetizers were replenished plenty of times during cocktail hour so no one was hungry or forced to limit themselves. Our prime rib was cooked perfectly and the drinks were excellent. I only tried 1-2 because of being the bride but people genuinely enjoyed them.4. Rob and Brad (wedding manager/day of coordinator and Owner) were extremely easy to work with and made planning smooth. They did not overstep in any way but guided us in a way to make our day very smooth. They even allowed us to clean up the venue a few days after the reception due to extenuating circumstances and were available to help in any way needed. We had a small issue occur (of no fault of the Medina Country Club) and they quickly were willing to help us resolve it.5. This place has a kids room where the small kids in our family were able to get a break from the loud music which was super convenient.6. They have beautiful decorations and had ample parking available. Additionally a nice coat room and elevator. Nice grand entryway.The only thing that could have been improved on our night was that the entirety of the cake was not served. This was a very small issue and overall this was an extremely good venue for us. We would recommend this to all of our friends and family. Thanks Brad and Rob!

A Fabulous Wedding Venue with a beautiful double staircase. Staff is A1, highly recommended.

The food we had for a baby shower was great. It has an upper ballroom that we were in. Great view of the golf course.

We had dinner there tonight for my parents 50th anniversary and we were so touched and impressed, Stephanie and her team were warm, kind, and amazing at making a really memorable experience for us, thank you so much!!!!!

Our family attended Breakfast with Santa. Tables were festively set along with a place card with our name. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this event. Wasnt overcrowded and the food was excellent. Santa was a big hit with the grandchildren. We would definitely attend next year! Thanks to your team of smiling, courteous staff.

Networking WOW, a business networking event with the Greater Medina Chamber of Commerce went off without a hitch. Plenty of good coffee & breakfast refreshments were provided.Our meeting room worked out great. Thanks for your hospitality Medina Country Club.

Attended a Medina Chamber of Commerce luncheon here. Meeting area was spacious and our table was roomy. Was surprised to be served the lunch instead of having a buffet like meetings always were Weymouth CC. Would have preferred a buffet so I could have just had a big salad, but the food was good. Breaded chicken breast, rice and steamed veggies. Staff was excellent and very helpful.

What can I say, Classy great food

Wow, where do I even begin....Initially we were very impressed with this venue, costs and the service provided only to end being disappointed by the lack of customer appreciation and poor communication as well as the following:1. The dinner menu was not what we had agreed upon. When discussed, their response was that they gave us the correct food and there is nothing they can do about it. Basically, oh well.2. The wedding coordinator had specific instructions on how to lay out our cakes. There were two cakes designed to sit next to each other, not on top of each other. Someone at the venue took it upon themselves to put the small cake on top of the other creating the most ugly and awful looking cake you have ever seen. Their response, Sorry, we dont deal with cakes! They had zero remorse for the mistake they made.3. The wedding coordinator treated our guests like they were peasants. He was very rude and disrespectful on many occasions and for no good reason.4. The owner threatened to take us to court, sent us legal paperwork for a lawsuit because they didnt like a post made by the bride. They then held our security deposit and made us pay for the lawyer charges because they hired an attorney for a gag clause, which is illegal.5. They tried to intimidate us into not posting negative reviews but forgot that Congress passed a law saying you CANT TELL SOMEONE WHAT TO POST.6. They screwed us on a bar tab to benefit for themselves. They went completely out of line and then made a deal with us only to take back everything they said and screw us over. The memories from our wedding have been ruined by these terrible people.Bottom line- STAY AWAY AND TAKE YOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE. YOU WILL BE EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED !!!!

Highly recommend golf lessons from Greg Jones at Medina Country Club!

Was a videographer at the Medina Country Club last night for a wedding and reception and I had a wonderful experience! Kudos to both Patrick for ALL his help and kindness and also to the chef who prepared a wonderful meal! HIGHLY recommended!!!

Pretty venue. Small for a large gathering of more than 200. If you reserve the upstairs, the bathrooms are downstairs and only 2 stalls.
