This place is perfect 100% made for kids! The staff is very friendly. Memberships are affordable and even more fordable if you qualify for a scholarship. Mornings tend to be pretty busy but early afternoon there’s almost no one there. The art room has new projects every day. The art room has several different tables set up with different projects or sensory activities. There is an art teacher present who keeps the room in order and will help the children, although parent participation as expected. I cannot say enough good things about the art room. They are constant classes throughout the week. I’ve done music and movement and bilingual PE and my kids enjoyed both. For the amount of children who go through this place in a day it’s crazy that they’re able to keep it in such order. They do occasional remodels so the rooms don’t always stay the same. Each room is a different theme and they go all out. This is the perfect place for rainy days smoky days or days you just need to get the kids out of the house.
This is a great place to take the kids year round. Our 7 year old and toddler both equally enjoyed the activities they have available. Id recommend to any family looking for a great recess to give to your kids.
Did you know that if you are a Rogue Federal credit Union member and you go on Sundays between noon and 5:00 p.m. you get in for free. We have been taking our grandchildren last week was our one year anniversary of taking our granddaughter. The kids have so much fun and they get to be as creative as they want to be.
Lots of fun things to keep kids occupied. Great areas for imaginative play. The kids loved the big slide. Great with children who have special needs as well.
My son absolutely loves this place. The folks there are amazing. I think some of the parents need to learn a few things, but absolutely amazing place for kids.
It was my our first visit with our Son. He had such a blast. There is so much for every child to do. I was so shocked by all of the categories, different themed sections, activities and learning developments rooms. What a great place to go with your young one
One of the best kid activity places ever! My daughter absolutely loves it there everytime. Theres so many different things for the kiddos to play with and theres even an arts and crafts room!
Great safe place for kids to play! Kind employees and reasonably priced. Get a membership for the best value.
Such a fun museum! My 2.5 year old and even my 2 olders at 10 & 11 had a blast in all the different play areas. And the cost is very affordable which is a big plus!
Plenty of imaginary play for children. My grandchildren and I could have stayed for hours. Price is reasonable too.
This place is amazing! If you have small children I definitely recommend checking this place out. Lots of fun areas for kids to play and pretend. From a veterinary office to a grocery store. A jungle adventure with rock climbing wall to a fishing vessel and fresh sea food market. And lots, lots more. They also arts and crafts and infant and toddler play zones. I should mention that you must supervise your own children. Rates are reasonable. And they offer membership rates also.
I must admit when looking on the website and seeing a couple of negative reviews, I almost didnt take my 5 year old daughter. I am so glad I went. The themes that they have where all engaging and fun. I joined in the fun by being the checker, getting my teeth examined by multiple kids, etc. My daughter loved the dentist, supermarket, vet clinic and farm the best of all of them. She also spent about 30 min in art room. Altogether we were there for 6 hours. Disregard the neg reviews and take your kids. Well worth it!
My kids have fun here for sure! But its not clean, it feels like a Petri dish. I hope the new location will be cleaned better and more thoroughly.
Really, truly spectacular kid zone. So much fun and Conner is a favorite teacher according to my kids, who visit 3 times or more a week. Worth a membership or if visiting town, definitely a must do for kids. They have done an amazing job building this, and everything is well supplied and maintained. Art room changes what it provides all the time and everything feels fresh and new. We travel and have been to a lot of these, kid time is as good as any big city place, and better than many Love you kid time
Amazing place to take your children. Full of learning and fun! Due to the limited places offered for children to thrive this is among the best.
A great place to bring the kids on a rainy weekend, or any weekend.
Loads of fun! Well kept and clean. Plenty to do all the time the membership is well worth the price.
I had a wonderful experience at kid time with my grandson! I highly recommend it to all persons with little ones!!!
Great place. But....Lots of rude unsupervised children. Not a great environment for my 2 year old getting shoved down and ran over. Cool exhibits and nice when its slow.
I love the people who work there. They have such wonderful additudes towards the kiddos and the activities they provide for children of all ages .
My kiddos love this place. Never gets old
This place is a lot of fun for young children! It’s more of a play place than a museum. There’s a big slide, a few reading nooks, and then play pretend sections for a grocery store, a dentist office, an old timey kitchen, a pizza place. There’s a vacuum track that I was able to compare to Elon Musk’s hyperloop which I thought was pretty fun. It’s in a good location Downtown with some restaurants to choose from too.
My kids LOVE this place. The only time it gets stressful is when one of my kids needs to use a bathroom and the others dont want to follow. (Policy to keep your kids with you.) Sometimes we take a lunch and eat at the tables on the second floor. Very fun, reasonable price for a membership.
My 4year old and 5year old absolutely love it there. Lots of room to run and play. Tons of educational toys and all activities and activity stations are geared towards learning. Staff is all very polite and pleasant to be around. Always polite and respectful to the children. I highly recommend this weather youre a resident or just passing through as a good place to wear out the kiddos
This program is a total joke. They are setting kids up for failure. My child ended her year not knowing how to spell her name. She was able to count and do her ABCs strictly because we taught her those ourselves. They have this “yes” learning system where they don’t tell them no, don’t direct them into a learning direction. It’s basically glorified babysitting. The one saving grace is being that we are paying for another year of preschool out of pocket to actually get my child acclimated with how the world actually works and that you have to find ways to work through things you don’t want to do in this world. The best advice I can give you is to stay far away from this program and spend the money to enroll them in Santo or a comparable program. If I could give less stars than one, I would. Just because there are not a lot of quality programs for early learning in this area doesn’t mean you get to be cushioned and told what a great job you’re not doing. You know, like in the real world.
Theres a reason for this establishments name; its complete dedication to fun and interactive learning for kids of all ages!Personally, I thought the cost of admittance slightly high for adults, yet, I enjoy seeing my daughters eyes full of wonder and excitement enough to warrant the one time visit.Youll want to spend a bit of time here, so plan on a good half day and bring along a playmate to watch the pretending flair!
This place is so much fun. Sometimes there are way too many people there, which can be a blast, or be super annoying. I hear they are moving venues soon...
Good variety of stuff for my 2 kids to do. They spend sometimes up to 4 hours playing different stuff. Bring snacks.
Wonderful place for children of all ages to explore .
Place has so much areas set up to teach children how daily life is done, great staff
Hands down one of the best assets in our city!
Great for kids, prices should be lower for the adults though
It has a variety of childrens play areas so much so that my four year-old and two-year-old were busy two and a half hours and were never bored. In fact they didnt want to go home there was a lot more to see
I have been coming here with my grandchildren for years. This is a wonderful place for kids. Its clean, safe and kids love it!
Kid Time Childrens Museum offers some really great rates for a really fun and engaging experience for kids. The range of activities here varies greatly which is really helpful for kids that have different interests. We have really enjoyed the guided Lego master builder workshops. The kids really enjoy this and love having their creation displayed in the foyer.
Fun place for younger kids, lots of activities. My daughter is 8 and still enjoys it occasionally, but shes on the older side of the kids that go here. Id say 3-7 is the ideal age range for kids to enjoy it here.
This is the best indoor play space in the Rogue Valley. They have arts and crafts, a tumbling room, and amazing interactive play spaces. It keeps my children occupied for hours and never gets old.
Great, fun place for the kids to get unplugged. Many great sections for creativity and imagination to soar. Friendly staff and reasonable monthly/yearly memberships.
Absolutely amazing and fun. Great for all ages i went with my 4yr old daughter and 9 year old they both loves it and i had a blast playing with them :)
Kids have fun. Lots of activites and toys to play with.
Awesome place for kids. Tons of different ways for kids of all ages to engage. Theyre constantly changing the activities and classes that they offer. They work hard to keep it fresh. Definitely worth the membership
I have a grandparent membership and it’s so worth it! Kids 2-10 generally find plenty to keep their imaginations entertained. It’s safe fun play. Pack a snack water bottles or lunch! They won’t want to leave. Never too crowded. Staff are nice and attentive.
My son always has fun at this place
My grandson, 2, had a great 1st time, lots to do. I was disappointed with some of the parents lack of control. I never saw some of the parents supervizing at all, let alone in the same room, letting their kids do whatever they wanted, putting the youngest ones in jeopardy while they slid down slides with construction toys going down first, cutting in line of the younger ones, and other incidents. Why dont they watch their own kids?
This place has evolved so much. My kids really enjoy it.
Really cute place for kiddos. I wish it had a bit more items in each place. The bank is pretty barren, but I also understand things probably disappear and get destroyed from all the play. Either way, I really love the idea, my son and I love playing here!!
Always friendly staff and volunteers! The front desk people always welcome you with smile. The instructors who run the classes are incredible. Great with kids and lots of fun. Art room always has fun activities to explore and projects to create. There is a lot of things for the kids to do but I find my kids stick to the same 5 things and not top intrested in the rest. Would love to see a new exhibit soon! Drives me nuts that for a kids destination the restrooms are not that kid friendly. Tall toliet and tall sinks. Makes it very hard to use. Would love to see more adaptive and sensory things. You can tell the staff all take pride in what they do there. Its a great place with a warm environment. Does get loud at times. Mornings seem less crazy.
What a hidden treasure. I always knew it existed but never really knew how incredible it really is. My 3 year old can spend hours here and never get bored. Seems pretty clean. Not so busy during the weekdays. They have a different room for every kind of fun thing imaginable.
We joined Kid Time today...My 21 month old loved it and had a great time, the staff was friendly and helpful. BUT my son got very sick from being there. Its the only place weve been today. 12 hours later and my son has puked 5 times. We will NOT be back!
Educational and fun. Great for a variety of ages. I have been bringing my son since he turned 1 and at 2 1/2 he still loves it.Moderately affordable. Best recommendation is yearly. $100 a year membership is the most affordable and worth it if you go once or more at month.Great for the winter, when its too cold and wet for most parks and climbing structures.
Its a great place to work and visit
Such a nice place to bring the whole family! We bought a membership and come several times a week :)
Wonderful place they created to promote learning and imagination.
Great park alternative for kids. They change the venues pretty often so if you visit a couple times a year its usually semi new areas. We love to go here when its just to cold to play outside.
Bring hand sanitizer. But very fun.
Kids cant get enough. Weve been 3 times this week.
7yr and 4yr old boys enjoyed it. Nice variety. Parking no issue!
Everyone is so friendly! My kid loves it there
I must say Kid Time is genius!
Best place around for kids to be kids and burn off some energy
I was there to do daycare, but I liked what I saw. A fun place to bring young child.
Kids time is the go-to place for all children so many activities things to do crafts and art work a learning experience filled with fun! Kids of all ages enjoy this place. The cost is low and once you go your kids want to go back for sure!
Great place to take your children. There are no electronics just play sets for the kids to use their imagination. Also its free for Rogue Federal Credit union members on Sunday.
Such a lovely kids museum with so much for them to do!
My daughters and I visit kid time regularly and have enjoyed this place for years. When my oldest was a baby we first visited years ago. At that time the infant playground was on the first floor where the preschool is now located. Now my oldest attends the preschool 4 days a week, and she still asks on her days off if we can visit kid time. Family memberships are the best price for frequent visits and its wonderful to see new updates to the museum every year.
I love coming here and spending Sunday afternoon with my daughter. This place is truly a blessing! Safe and everything I ever dreamed of as a child coming to life in a realistic playground
My daughter goes to the learning loft which is a preschool at KidsTime. She loves the teachers, and always comes home happy and with songs or stories to tell. The museum is always improving, and has tons of place for kids to play make believe.
Hours and hours of fun interactive play and educational play. We love to spend a Saturday day here. Great for kids of all ages they even have specific play areas for 1 and under as well as 3 and under.
Great place to being the kids to play! So much to do, they dont get bored. The best part is that you can leave and come back. They also provide parking!
This is a wonderful place for kids. My son plays here regularly and has become great friends with all the staff. They gave a variety of activities and learning activities and is a great low cost activity for parents with small children.
Really great place for my 3 & 5 year old
A well attended kid-fest with enough variety to entertain children up to ten years old.
My daughter has so much fun
Great place! Brought my 8 year old, 4 year old and 2 year old. They ALL had fun.
The absolute greatest interactive childrens museums ive ever visited my kids had a blast!!! So many neat unique rooms its unlike anything Ive ever seen before
We stopped here on our way from Sacramento to Portland. It was a great in between stop and the kids absolutely loved it. There are so many great places for the kids to play and discover. We stayed 3 1/2 hours and they still didnt want to leave. The staff was also very helpful and friendly.
Oh wow, was this place a little gem! From the outside I did not expect as much to do and explore for my family, but I was very pleased with how we spent the day there. I would recommend making a day of it since it does cost. Very worth it, though!
Very friendly staff, very clean in the inside. And overall its a great place to take your kids. They will love it.
Great place to bring kids, great staff!
Imaginations run wild and so can the kids. A fully enclosed, safe place to let kids run and play. Themed areas, such as grocery store, vet office, construction and farm (just to name a few). Definitely worth the price of admission. Rainy winter? No problem! Get a membership and play all year.
Great place for kids
Fun, giant, indoor playground for kids. Dont expect fun science facts or what you would get at a Discovery museum. Just a giant playground made to look like a town.
Fun for inside play
I love bringing my kids here. Such an amazing place for kids to explore, learn, and play! Solid 5 stars!
Amazing fun for the kids! Highly recommend
Perfect for toddler through early grade school.
Fun place for kids of all ages. Really big place for indoor free play. Inexpensive overall. $12.-13 for kiddo and mom to go play for an afternoon. Wish theyd have more of them out in the world.
Had my first trip to kid time today and both my boys loved it. They have areas for my 4 year old to enjoy and my 10 month old. I cant wait to go again.
Great place for kids!
Fun place for kids. Especially when its too wet, cold, or smoky outside.
