Management are bullys. They make up the rules as they go! They are very rude to my daughter who is mentally disabled and doesnt know how to stick up for her self
Bumpy roads from roots. Narrow spaces & singlwide homes. Clean & quiet.
Some of the residents are trying really hard to make a difference. There are several units that look really nice but most others look like a ride through the ghetto.
At my end of the park: the roads are clean, the people friendly and helpful. The management does a good job of keeping both people and place orderly. The office staff has always been generous and helpful. Provided are both Turkey feast and Hot Dog Picnic. The bike path is close by, great for walking, viewing birds, biking. A serious down side is that the management is not gifted in social graces & can appear gruff and uncommunicative. I dont really think thats intentional for I know that they could be friendly and helpful and really want whats best & safe for place and tenants. My advice to management is to try to start conversations with a friendly greeting-take a moment, a little chit chat- and then calmly address issues. Over all that would make a huge difference in how sorely some have felt about confronted concerns.
Nice place. I know the owners, very good folks
Management at Royal Oaks are awesome caring people
The managers at Royal Oaks are ill-tempered, mean-spirited, obnoxious bullies. Dont come here to spend your last days in quiet enjoyment of lifes blessings. Mike and Robin will make you want to move, as many already have.
