Nice 55+ adult park. Clean and well kept. It is an older park and most of the landscaping is very mature. The mngr keeps it looking good. Friendly staff.
We have live in this park for 28 years.we love it every one is so nice. Come by.and see park.
Its a nice 55+ mobile home park.
Friendly.. I guess the rules are a little funny. Ive witnessed seniors being told thier families / grandkids are not able to visit. Which seems awfully messed up to do to an elderly person, when all they have left is thier kids and grandkids. Especially seeing The kids are upstanding citizens And thier children seemed to have been well behaved. So. Yes its nice and clean, neighbors seem to watch out for eachother, Management could use some help in the hospitality department. Thats all
Well, actually I stumbled across this review site while looking for a place for my 30 year old son to live. I live in Aspens (for seniors) so, as opposed to the negative reviews Ive seen, gives me more validity as regards a review. At any rate, I find this community to be not only aesthetically pleasurable visually but accommodating and friendly. I have heard of people traveling and moving many miles to get into this park. The website is factual and if you look there you will see what a beautiful site this is.
This is a 55+ Trailer Park it was named idle Wheels before they change their name to Aspens on the creek. I dont know off any creek, but I know that they back up along the Green way where the homeless population is thriving and is known to be very high there. You are advised to not enter that area for any reason for your own safety. The trailer park I will say is well maintained and pretty on the outside. Although The folks that I have encountered seem nice enough, are rather noise and proud of it. Management is Very strict about the everything. quite hours, parking, guests information and no pets. Its bit overbearing, unwelcoming, and ostentatious. Just imagine, When all your grandkids Cant come over because The management (Cheryl) doesnt like the parking area full. Thanks for making family feel unwelcome. Last, its on table Rock Rd traffic is TERRIBLE and will only be getting worse. Because of Costco and New construction.
They dont like kids in Park even grandkids. 55 and over park and full of people who try and tell you how to live and who can visit you and for how long. Ill never live in a place like that..
The place is real quiet. Everyone is real sweet. Not much to look at, though.
Very nice mobile home park clean very nice
They should have a map of the park near the entrance so you could find your way through that maze many of the homes dont have numbers and its hard to find where youre going without a map
#16 has an extremely beautiful yard,i found the designer,he does work for less than most other yard designers, and has excellent ideas if you have trouble coming up with you own design
Nice little trailer park for the elderly
Lovely mobile home park for 55+years and older residents
Very nice and friendly community. Peaceful and quiet.
Thanks for the people who honestly rated this Park. I am looking for a mobile home but would like it to be in a park that is well managed and has electrical wires updated (old wiring could mean DANGER), and I will not consider this park now. Thanks much. Sonia 03/15/13
My cousins and my Aunt has lived here for many years!
Nice clean and quiet park.
