I love all the inspiration this place holds but yikes some of the prices doesnt make it very affordable. But wonderful selection of a little bit of everything despite its smallish sized store. Definitely can find things here that you cant find elsewhere and friendly staff!

I have shop this store for many years . Since before Michael’s came in the valley. I am disappointed, it’s been a while, but I have always been inspired in times past . I would come in the store to find ideas and items to decorate my home. Well today was not to be . I felt like I walked into a china cheap dollar store. You are blasted with items that is a china toy store. The floral was sorely disappointing . Everywhere you went, you saw items packed like a cheap dollar store. I walked away thinking what happen the level of care and creativity that it use to inspire. This is one shopper who will not be returning. So dissatisfied and saddened by the decline.

While I was shopping here I received a call from a client. I was trying to relay specific information and had to remove my face cover for less than 1 minute. At which point an employee literally started YELLING at me from halfway across the store (and loud enough my client could hear). Telling me I had to put on my mask immediately and if asked again I would be escorted out.Well... no need. I went to get wedding supplies from Hobby Lobby and Michaels (spending well over $400 that day).Good customer service wouldnt be shaming, embarrassing or yelling at patrons.Youve lost my business.

I found just what I needed for my dollhouse.

So.much to choose from. The staff has gone above and beyond to make the shopping experience safe and easy. They ask you sanitize hands before entry and it makes it safer for everyone

I was looking for a mustache iron on decal. No place in town had anything close. Craft Warehouse went above & beyond their regular duties...they made one for me. But they did not just make me 1, they made me 4! And all were different to give me a variety to choose from.

It always or 98% has everything Im looking for. The staff is notable and very helpful. Craft Warehouse is one of my favorite places.

Ever wanted forty thousand varieties of blank canvases to paint, bedazzle, or glitter-ify? These people have your back.

Has alot of unusual products. They have a hand sanitizer, before entering store. A big note like many other stores, no cash, checks accepted, only debit and credit cards. Make, sure you like what your buying, no returns accepted!!

Only craft store in 2 cities I found what I was looking for in stock. Very nice sales people.

Soooooooo much inventory, in whatever youre interested in. I came across this place unintentionally. I really needed the restroom so I went in here. Ended up staying for about an hour just browsing around. I eventually bought some embroidery floss (which, by the way, they are VERY well stocked with tons of dif colors/shades/types/brands) for a project Im working on. I will definitely be coming here from now on for all future crafting needs.

Everytime I go to the Craft Warehouse in Medford the staff are rude and not very helpful. I try to keep business in my area and have been better assisted at Hobby Lobby and Michaels which is sad because I what is provided at Craft Warehouse. Their selection of art materials is top notch and but I refuse to spend my money there.

Same as always loss of stuff also cool gift for around twenty dollars.

I was helped when I entered, and taken to the items I was looking for. the young lady was knowledgeable about the products and patient in explaining the differences.Highly recommend and I will be coming back.

They had what I needed, awesomeBut, I was waiting in a line of 8 people and 1 cashier. She was do engrossed with her customer, she didnt see the line of people. Being on a bit of a fine crunch, I made a call to thr store along for a backup cashier. Which she did immediately once she saw the line. I paid and left. But I forgot something and had to go back and get another item. When heading back to the front over heard the cashier talking to another cashier about the guy who called if she had know, she would have made me wait longer for my second purchase. Wasnt very happy with her at that time. Still a nice store to shop in.

These folks have really stepped up their game lately, probably due to the introduction of Hobby lobby to the valley. The store is smaller, but there is so much! As always, customer service is amazing here.

Love this place. Great selection of beading supplies. Some of the other craft stores dont carry Fireline thread or Miyuki 11/0 seed beads. Very happy that I dont have to purchase those premium seed beads online or at an out-of-area location. They also have a good clearance section in the beading department. Happy customer!

This is an artists and crafters dream place. So many cute and wonderful items, especially home decor type stuff. Their stuff is a little spendy, but overall, a great place to get some art and craft supplies.

Prices seemed high. When I checked out my bill seemed higher too, so checked my receipt before walking away. She had scanned an item twice. When I brought this up to cashier she was irritated at me. Plus while shopping other employees where talking about other employees.
