Called 3 times and automatically hung up on, 4th time I got through and waited on hold for 10 minutes. Same day delivery so I don’t bring my kids out during pandemic. They didn’t give the delivery person my entire order so now I must go out to get the rest of my order which would be okay no big deal but I did pay for delivery so unhappy about that. I know things do happen but when I hang up and say thank you for your help and I get hung up on that is poor guest service I just spent $230 where I could have taken my money else where with friendlier people.

Much better than it used to be ! It went down hill for a while but the have rearranged, the shelves are stocked and the sales are good. Michaels is always a consistently good craft store. Friendly staff too !

Always find my crafting needs. Everyone is super helpful and great staff. I love that they are always cheerful.

Martha in framing is amazing and awesome. She helped me find ways to mat my artwork in ways I could afford. When I told her I didnt live in Medford, she graciously got all of my pieces matted the same day, in a short time. Thank you Martha!

Michaels is a great place to get lost! They have ado many options for artists to express their visions! Employees are sweet.

The guy at the counter wasnt helpful with my moms coupons and $5 reward at all! The lady behind us was extremely inpatient. I was at Michaels a month ago had the same problem. So both times have not been able to use our rewards or coupons. We wont be back.

Extensive stock on hand for just about any/every hobby one may have! I love going in to see whats new, or what they have for each holiday that is happening at the time.Fantastic crew, very helpful.If I had a complaint, it would be that, for me anyway, prices are a little high. But most items are of quality...not cheap, fall apart stuff.If I have spare time, I always stop here when in Medford.

As usual I found everything I needed right away and as a bonus it was all on sale!! Store was clean and organized

It is way to experience I was searching for a frame for an 8x10 picture i looked at both walmart and Michaels and the exact same frame I found at walmart for $3.95 was $14.95 at Michaels guess where I went

The gal who was working did not honor a single email coupon and had a line of 10 or more associates. As my email gets flooded non stop with coupons and advertisements it was slightly appalling. Im really considering unsubscribing to Michaels all together which is really sad.

I always go in there looking for one thing specifically. I always end up being drawn by their sales which are usually pretty amazing, and end up walking out with a thousand new projects. if you are like me and love working with your hands, you will love this place.

This is my first visit to Michaels. It wont be my last. The employees were polite and helpful. Especially the cashire

Christmas is a hard time to run a crafts store. People go through things worse than Walmart during the first week of Summer Break (or last!). But, this Michaels has staff on try and make things better. There were some items unmarked, and some misshomed but in all this is a good place to shop. If you are looking for art supplies, come on in!

Michaels is hit and miss on stock. The shelves feel sort of empty sometimes in certain departments. They do have great coupons though if you sign up for their emails.

Michael offers a huge selection of arts & crafts materials, frames and home decor and we take advantage of its coupon offers and sales for good deals.

The store is very clean, and the selection can be a bit overwhelming. Thankfully the staff is very willing to assist and quite knowledgeable. The framing department helped me find a custom piece that fit the project I was working on. The end result was even better than I had imagined.

I love Michaels people are nice and sense of humor is great they help they want to help you for such a small store they do pretty good

Great attention to customer service. The designers in the framing Department seem to do their best in crafting the best presentation to show off your artwork or other treasured items to be displayed. We were working to create a beautiful museum piece, and it came out excellent.

This is a really nice Michael’s store! It’s large and has a great selection of products, but it’s not cramped and overstuffed.The employees are helpful, knowledgeable, and engaged—so many stores like this have sullen and bored staff who treat customers with contempt. At at this Michael’s location, you’ll rarely encounter a buzzkill like that.Don’t fall for the sales on custom framing, however; even at 50% off, the prices are outrageous. They do a nice job, though, and staffers in that department are also helpful and knowledgeable.

I enjoy shopping at Machaels, I take my time looking through each isle to see the variety of arts & crafts they have to offer, plus their discounts they offer that helps the pocket book, and when I shop online, I see they have classes offered for those who would like to expand on learning something new.

Its an ok store it just doesnt have my type of craft items.

My family and I truly enjoy Michaels, however there wide range of variety and products are somewhat limited and I only ever had one incident where one of their employees gave me a but of an attitude when needing better and more of a professional assistance in trying to locate a product in which they moved from a previous spot...it was a little unnecessary, but other than that not too bad!

Crafty retail places are hard to rate. Almost all the same, half the items are priced at 1-2 times what you can find them for online, or from non-craft stores. For example, a tiny, couple ounce can of acrylic finisher here was priced higher than the gallon I bought next door at Lowes... But if you need popsicle sticks and plastic flowers they have all youd ever want!
