Today was the last time this frequent customer steps foot in to a castle megastore building. Poor customer service, and then I had over heard one of the employees talking about how she just loved testing anything new out with her wife and her husband at home and then she said she would box it back up and put it back on the shelves to sell to customers! Whoever needs a used toy and an std, go to castle

Ive visited this store several times now and its been great every time. Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly - the kind of service you get in small town shops...but this store is huge!Only one tiny complaint - the smallest sizes are typically too large for me so my selection is limited. Im about a size 4-6 so maybe XS, which Castle do not carry. Plenty of other goodies there though! :-)

I had been a loyal customer for years until they revealed their HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I purchased tights for 19$ that had a hole in them they wouldnt take them back cause they were worn. Even though I never put them on. They told me they only accept returns they can resell. So theyll sell you defective goods that you cant return unless they can money. Rather buy off amazon better customer service.

A little high in price but the service is definitely worth the extra cost! Helpful insightful and no judgment! Perfect for a country girl thats coming out of her shell! Thank you everyone at Castles!!!

Great place, items were a tad bit pricey but the selection is amazing! Also the saleswoman were amazingly helpful and wasnt scared at all to walk up to you and offer help or give advice on the product you are interested in or looking at. I would definrly recommend this place to anyone wanting to buy exotic erotica.

The toys are a little higher in price but the selection is fantastic. The store employees were very helpful. Caution!!!(lol) The employee s are great saleswomen and as you may be going for one thing you might come out with more.
