Had an excellent experience here with my significant other. We had no problems finding everything we were looking for plus more!They have a great selection of products at a great price. We’ve previously visited other adult shops and didn’t feel as comfortable there as we did here.They also have lubricants that are $1-$3 cheaper than ANY other stores.We were asked for identification after several minutes of browsing which was not a problem as their entrance CLEARLY states must be 21+ to enter.The tall short haired employee was very polite and provided excellent recommendations on product we didn’t come in looking for but left buying!We have found our adult shop of choice and will certainly be returning!We both thank you for the excellent customer service, great product recommendations, and the welcoming vibes!

The employees at this location will go above and beyond to help their customers! Specifically Jose, he was a literal God send when I needed help and did all he could to answer my questions as well as make sure I was able to make the most of my purchase. I lost the instructions to my clone-a-willy and he was willing to sit there and read them to me!!Seriously, so impressed with his customer service and I will be going to this location for any future purchases!!

I went here today, October 9, 2017 around 4:00 with my boyfriend. We were having a good time looking around until he asked the woman (a tall woman with short black hair I did not get her name) for help. We didn’t know how a toy worked. He asked a question and then I elaborated on the question. This woman was aggressively rude to me. Not just a little rude she raised her voice and never elaborated just said what my boyfriend said was right. She was so rude and disrespectful to me my boyfriend put the $200 worth of merchandise down and left the store. What I did to this lady I don’t know, but she made the store loose money and loyal customers. We will never be going back there. I recommend you teach your employees not just customer service skills but basic human interaction skills. What a shame.

Terrible experience. Zero customer service. Its as if the employees dont ever care about their job. The lady who works Sunday nights has a terrible attitude, they dont even bother to help with anything. I had a few questions, but the lady obviously didnt care to take me seriously. There are better sex shops in Cambridge and Everett.

Unfortunately, I trusted the guy behind the counter. He took preorder payments for some glass pipes he was ordering for me, When I went back I was informed he had been fired, I prepaid $200 for glass that I never received. I have gone in and talked to many people, claiming to be managers. Saying that someone would call me. Ive given up now 8 months later. I was robbed of legitimate money I earned. There is no contact info for anyone thats actually in charge. Too bad, its not more. Id love to haul these people into court.
