Love the nature

I love this trail. Its easy to walk despite being gravel, has porta-potties at one of the entrances, and will take you through several towns (like Frankfort and Matteson) and near various businesses outside of the town proper (such as the Speedway on Harlem).Everyone you meet going along it is friendly and careful. I was walking - strolling, really - but didnt have to worry about me or my Chihuahua mix getting run down by an inattentive rider. (The trail is of course pet friendly - several people stopped to pet her or scratch her ears, which she always appreciates.l
