Mostly Quiet and Decent Living - unfortunate that lot rent goes up EVERY year; they took away the basic cable with virtually no notice and still increased rent, play favorites when it comes to citations/violation notices. Could be worse but will not deny it could be much, much, better.

Timber ridge is a wonderful peaceful community I love living here

Terrible. Never and I mean never visit this anti American location. They are the worst kind of management.

Rude manager, dilapidated trailers, well water, no public transport, horrible place to live.

I was looking a places to live and was shocked at how dirty the grounds were. They take absolutely no pride in their property. The staff also did not seem to care about our comments when touring the grounds. The most shocking of all was their explicit rule of no American flags. They do allow flags... sports etc but the American is deemed offensive to the management. I’ve never heard of such a thing. Not recommended

Owners really think they can tell you what kind of flag you can fly in your yard. NOT whether you can fly a flag or not, but whether they agree with your flag will be what makes the decision on whether you get a warning on your front door or not.

This place has became the typical trailer park of America. The poor management has caused this community to be infested with crime and drugs. I couldnt move too soon! I dont miss my property being vandalized and car being broken into.

Its nice. They have a nice pool and its pretty quiet.

If they don’t like your thoughts they tell you how they want u to think and force you. Do not stay her!!!

Lot fees are a little too high. Also need to have more options and updating the mobile homes.

I live here and its alright. The people are nice, but the owners can be a bit rude sometimes. Other than that, its a good place to live.

Awesome community, great security and management. They actually care about you and your family. We had some requests that we thought would make the community safer from vehicles for the kids and withing record time from a single suggestion they installed them and I cant say Im shocked as thats just the type of people that run this place. They care, they listen and they keep their word. Great work and thank you from my family and myself!!!

Clean, Private, neighbor friendly,came from a house after a divorce,and its just the right size and environment and secure for me.. Also Security and no strangers aloud in,like my ex .I feel very safe here.It is my house..im not missing nothing except large house payment and property taxes.Timber Ridge is where my House is..
