Very nice community. People are friendly there.

This is an excellent place. Quiet, friendly, pretty...I love it. The neighbors are friendly, the homeowners association fees are low, and theres always something going on at the social club.Its also very secure, which is very important to me as I enjoy walking my dogs in the evenings. And if my dog was to decide that we absolutely had to go for a potty break at 3am, I would have no issue going out for a quick walkies. (Only quick cos its 3am. Im a night owl, but there are limits!) I have done exactly that several times, in fact.

Gated community where people take pride in their lots. The large clubhouse is available for private parties and has all the amenities including a large clean kitchen. Friendly people, nice atmosphere, country living yet a short drive to all the shops. Terrific Community!

Its a beautiful Gated Mobile Home Community in Matteson Il., You have to be 54-55 to buy in that community. My sister and her husband lives there..Security, that works the gate is very nice and respectful, the area is super clean and the homes are beautiful..She recently gave a party at the community center, which was absolutely amazing..Not your everyday community center, comes equipped with a full service kitchen, two huge refrigerators to store your food ample bathrooms, space and everything, looks nice enough and big enough for a wedding. There is no charge to the residents to use..The surrounding neighborhoods are nice as well..If youre looking for mobile home living in that area, Maple Brook is it, if you or your loved one qualifys with the age..No I do not work for Maple Brook. Great community to live in. Not your typical Mobile home community. Each home is different. Most have at least 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a living room, dining room, kitchen with an island, laundry/mud room and family room. Some also have a 3-season room. Each has a 2-car garage and many have decks. There is a monthly lot fee, which includes your taxes, sidewalks, major plumbing, etc. You also have access to the clubhouse. The people here are nice. Fyi, someone in the home has to be at least 55 years of age, not necessarily the owner.

Maple brook is an awsome place to be and live. The residents and security, etc are very nice. My mom and deceased husband chose a beautiful place to live.

It is a gated retirement community for people over a certain age. Its very quiet, friendly, clean place perfect to spend some sunset years.
