Wonderful adventure for our family. They were able to see turtles and fish. Plus the kinetic sand exhibit was amazing. They are still talking about that sand table months later.

Ive been to this place many times through the years in all seasons. Ive gone as a school bus driver and with my family. The staff is helpful and knowledgeable. They really shine when working with the kids, too. Events are always happening.

I go now about every other day with my energetic pup Maggie 12.5 weeks, love the trails as does she does, many times no others there and I love looking at tracks, enjoy the beauty of the woods and its sounds. So peaceful.

Very friendly and welcoming staff who are happy to answer questions and/or show you the animals and fish. We got to take a stroll with a turtle on his daily walk. Well marked and maintained nature trails of varying lengths. Guided tours are available. The whole facility is spotless and well maintained.

This is an amazing place!! No matter what the weather is like, you can come and visit this place and learn about all kinds of nature. Either that or enjoy the nature trails when it starts to warm up! Massena may be a small community not really known by much, but their nature center in Robert Moses is a great place to be!! If you enjoy nature and animals, give this place a visit.

What a great educational nature center! Wonderful staff! My children love the one of a kind programs for kids and families. All of the programs are free, which is great for low income families looking to get out and do something. Lots of educational exhibits to keep both kids and adults entertained!

Was here for the Raptors Live Program. Informative & entertaining, particularly for young people. The staff are nice & helpful.

Free crosscountry skiing and snow shoeing on certain days. Call them to make sure. Nice cute building.

Im not super impressed, I thought it was bigger than I saw. What I saw was pretty cool though and the ppl were super friendly!

Great place for a quick visit. Nice new facility. Say 30 min to look through the inside. Nice trails and walking paths. Nice place for a pic knick lunch. We visited with our 9 children and spent 2 hours here. They had outside activities for the kids as well.

Amazing location! It was clean and all of the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. I 100% recommend this location to go skiing snowshoeing or to spend your time inside learning about the amazing environment in our area!

Nice nature center. Small but plenty of things to do.The fossils in the sidewalks are a nice touch, great little picnic area. Hiking trails for the more adventurous folks. Kids had a great time looking and touching everything.

Our family loves this local attraction; as its run by the state, it is completely FREE to visit and take part in all the amazing activities the staff plan! The centre itself is beautiful, bright and clean; they have a small collection of live animals to view and interact with, and many more preserved (taxidermy) animals in realistic habitat displays. The building is not very large, but they have dedicated spaces for exhibits, special programs/birthdays, and the lobby/outdoor seating is also adequate for groups. They have a full closet of winter skis and snowshoe to use for free, and guided tours along the trails outside. You can easily spend a day here if you take advantage of the programs and outdoor trails!

You can happily spend a lot of time at this nature center. Pack a picnic and plan to feel at home. They have picnic tables and lawn games. Lots of indoor seating and board games. I havent even started with the beautiful nature exhibits. I promise, this place is NOT boring. Also they have wifi .

This place was superb. Went snowshoeing here, the trails are groomed and very well marked. The nature center part is a lot more than you would expect for free. The snowshoe and ski rental is free and the equipment looked rather nice (I brought my own so cant say how yheirs does in the snow) theres a nice indoor lobby to warm up in, very friendly staff.

All the workers here are knowledgeable and friendly. There is a decent amount of stuff to do and it is very kid friendly and hands on. They frequently have free or very cheap community events here and their trails are always beautiful. Its a good place to spend an afternoon with your kids.

It was a great hike, we went after hours so I cant tell what they had inside the building itself for more information about the surrounding area. The trails were pretty long and along the trails they had signs that gave you detailed information about the trees and plants. Which was pretty neat, told you what they would use the plants for if they were harvested. Told you how big the trees would grow and how big they got. Also how swamps would form.Took us 2 hours to do all of the trails, it was quite fun, we wish we got inside the building to see what else they had to offer.

Beautiful! Displays and exhibits inside are interesting and relevant to the area. Employees and volunteers are very welcoming. Walking trails turn to snowshoe or cross-country skiing trails when the snow arrives. If you are in the area its a must visit.

Kids always have a good time learning new things about different animals and the environment

Fabulous my 17 yr old grandson and I found it very informative when speaking with a guide, he gave us more information on certain animals. Then told of upcoming eventsPeople were very pleasant.

A nice quiet start to getting back to nature.

Very impressed with the new building. Its not a gigantic place inside but there is plenty to look at and enjoy. A classroom, tons of walking trails into the woods, live bees, furs to touch, fish, you name it. They even have snowshoes available in the winter months for free to check out and hike the trails with. Worth the stop!

Just had my sons birthday... great time. They brought out some turtles for whoever was there at the beginning had them running around and everyone laughing. So much fun.

Its a very nice place to take your children, you can go for walks in the forest, feed the fishes, watch the turtles racing and lots of other activities, I love it, the children love it there.

This new building is beautiful! The paved trail was excellent for our students, and the activities and staff were super as well! I highly recommend for schools or foe a trio for a family!
