They are adhering strictly to the Covid-19 precautions. We had Trouble with our cable TV and we call the front office and someone was there in less than two minutes to fix it. Convenient location close to Mashpee Commons and just several miles from the beach. It is much more enjoyable when the pools and jacuzzi are open. They also have ping pong, shuffleboard and miniature golf to occupy the kids.

We had an awesome time in the cape. We enjoyed our home away from home as it was spacious and comfortable.

Everything well maintained. Due to COVID, there were some limitations. I would definitely return.

We had no problems with the property or the maintenance. We were comfortable. I understand that most amenities had to be closed due to COVID-19 and we knew that when we booked; however, I think the management could have been more creative in making the experience better for visitors. For example, the tv channel guides were removed, but paper guides could have been given out. We had to make up our own. No information on local attractions. Again, I understand that one wouldnt want to put out booklets and flyers that everyone would rifle through, but perhaps they could have been given out by request or a couple pages of local activities or even websites compiled and given out. Ive seen that at other places. Luckily, we brought a tour book from AAA so at least had something to go by and then did online research from there. It was pleasant, and I was grateful to be able to travel there and stay there, but it could have been a better experience.

My first day me and my daughter went to look at it and check out the jacuzzi and swimming pool I like it the young lady at the desk very polite informative and helpful enjoy talking to her

Please let me start by saying we are owners at Sea Mist Resort.We were looking for a safe place for our vacation and where else but Sea Mist. They have taken the extra steps to make sure we were safe. We were disappointed that we had no pool to use but we understand why.Rooms were well cleaned and the staff as always is outstanding. The resort is close to a lot great restaurants and activities in Mashpee. It was just great to get away for a while from the stress of the world. Thanks

Got the place via the RCI time share exchange. Loved the place. Rooms were clean and pretty large, which we liked. The staff is very friendly and were willing to help with any issues we had (minor ones like replacing a light bulb). The barbeque area(s) were clean and looked after so that no charcoal were left from previous party. The charcoal and fire starters are provided and are in plain view next to the grill. There are two tennis courts and mini golf on the premises. The pool was closed due to the COVID thing. But who needs a pool if the ocean is around the corner huh :-)We loved the place and loved the town of Mashpee. Very lovely place. We are definitely coming back!EDIT: Oh, OK, thanks for correction on the charcoal and lighter fluid =)I thought it was provided since it was there for the duration of our stay =)We did not use it though, we brought our own fire wood. Dont like charcoal but that is just a preference.Thanks!

Good place to stay for a family trip to the Cape. Clean apartment-like set up with full kitchen and a separate bedroom with door. Nice indoor/outdoor pools and mini golf on site. Beds are firm! Not sure how often housekeeping comes...we were there for 3 nights and would have needed a freshen up by day 4 had we not have had to check out. Overall, a nice stay! It was also close to stores, grocery, eateries, beach. Would stay again.

Recently renovated accommodation. Very roomy and comfortable. Lots of amenities and close to shopping, restaurants and beaches. The only complaint is the sounds from the room above. Every footstep can be heard.

Units are nice, good location and the pool and hot tub are excellent. Our mattress was horribly uncomfortable (well past it’s lifespan) and a queen bed for an enormous bedroom...why not a king? Disappointed there was no travel shampoo available (not even at the front desk).

Great location for shopping, or going to the beach. Staff were wonderful & knew the area really well. Facility was spotless! Loved the serenity & enjoyed our 3 day escape. We look forward to visiting again. Great place to being the family or to escape from them. Highly recommended.

Loved that our unit had 2 bathrooms & a very private patio to enjoy. Also liked that it was so close to Mashpee Commons with so many shops & restaurants. The staff were very friendly & helpful. It’s a lovely & welcoming place & would stay there again.

Having to hang a banner from the rear view mirror every time you park was a nuisance. Assigned parking would be better. Otherwise no complaints at all. Would stay there again.

Ive been an owner at Sea Mist for the past 35 years! The entire place has been redone inside and out. Two pools (inside and outdoor), miniature golf, and within walking distance to Mashpee Commons and two grocery stores, a movie theater, and several restaurants. 5 miles from South Cape Beach - fabulous location!!!

Very fond of this place. I have been coming to Sea Mist for 30+ years. My daughter loves the pool. They have redone the mini golf course. This place is not fancy but neither am I the amenities have always been perfect for us, the location is great close to so much but also still quiet so you feel like you are getting away from the rush of life.

Stay was OKThis place was built around 1984The furniture looks Original if you get my drift. Kitchen was extremely disappointing.Ancient toaster, cheap silverware and low quality Stainless Steel pots & pans.Nice grounds. Very pleasent. Lots of trees and pet turkeys roaming the property.Great indoor swimming pool & hot tube.Outdoor tennis courts and small putting miniature golf course.

Beautiful setting with easy access to shops and groceries. Friendly front desk staff (Isreal was friendly and inviting during our check-in!). The pool and game area is a wonderful spot as well to enjoy some down time on property.

The condo was on the small side, but perfect for me. Very neat and tidy and obviously well kept. My limited interaction with front desk staff was very positive and friendly. Id definitely recommend staying here.

What a very nice resort! Very clean, staff was very helpful and parking was right near the door making bringing luggage, groceries, etc so easy. Master BR and 2nd BR with twin beds each have their own bathroom which was great, lots of closet space too! Large full size kitchen with all the appliances youll need and dining area also next to large LR with plenty of seating to watch TV. Free WiFi and BR lamps have USB ports built in to charge your devices too! They thought of everything. Ill definitely return...

I like Seamist Resort

Nice condominium. We had all the dishware we would need. Clean place inside and out. Friendly staff they were very helpful on me and my fathers trip. only issue we had was the coffee pot leaked water and only brewed about 1/3 of pot.

Very clean, easy parking, well supplied in the kitchen. Laundry in another building, not in unit. Bedroom upstairs but pull out sofa in living area.

I was amazed by the amount of space I had in the room for that price. Everything was clean and in good working order. I would stay there again, and this time with my whole family!

Clean, friendly, nice location

The location was great. I loved the area. The amenities were great. The staff was friendly. The rooms were clean and the fact that there were two bathrooms was excellent. However, the thermostat didnt go lower than 68 degrees. Small complaint. Also, none of the air vents really cooled down the bedroom much. The bedroom was always maybe 5 degrees warmer than the rest of the unit unfortunately.

Lifeguard on her cell phone the whole time didn’t even look up. Children are in pool. Unbelievable

We stayed in Unit 1-2. A quaint 1 bedroom condo. Front of the unit was a private bedroom with a full bathroom, middle of unit was small full kitchen (full size fridge and oven) and another full bathroom, back of unit is a living room and small dining room. Sliding glass doors open up to a small patio. The unit was very clean. The service at the front desk was amicable and super helpful. We would absolutely stay here again.

My husband and I enjoyed are stay at the SeaMist Resort. We thought it was a great deal. It was clean; however, the walls needed to be wiped down (big brownish smudge above the bed, reddish brown spot the living room light switches) The bed was comfy and we really enjoyed all the room we had. We would stay again.

My husband I booked the Sea Mist for a few days over Memorial Day Weekend. We had a function to attend in New Seabury/Popponesett and we wanted to be as close as possible to our function. There were not a lot of options but ultimately we settled for the Sea Mist. Initial impressions are that it is a bit of a throwback type of resort and very family friendly. There are daily functions for guests to enjoy, mini golf on site, and a indoor and outdoor pool. It appeared that there were BBQ grills that guests could use. There seemed to be 8 guest buildings surrounding a wooded area where the mini golf was located. Turkeys (yes, turkeys!) were walking around one day when we were there.Check-in went smoothly and we were sent to Building #1. We were pleasantly surprised at the condition of our suite. It was very spacious, very clean, and very newly renovated. I would not be surprised to learn that we were the first guests in this suite, thats how clean and new it appeared. We had a one bedroom accommodation with a separate living room that had a pull out sofa. The combined living room and dining room opened up onto a deck which had a table and 4 chairs. The full kitchen was spacious and well appointed. Appliances, countertops, floors, everything seemed brand new. We had 2 full bathrooms, one attached to the bedroom and one off the kitchen. Bathrooms were brand new as well. The white tub surround and the white shower curtain were spotless. We would stay again.

This place was so perfect!! You could go any time if year to the Cape and have a fun vacay by staying at this lovely resort. First the accommodation, the rooms are spacious with full kitchen which helps when travelling with kids!! They have an indoor heated pool, a sauna, a large jacuzzi, pool tables, ping pong table, and gym all indoor. Outside they have a pool, mini golf, tennis courts, and other activities, they plan activities every day, are right on a bike path are are an easy ride to the shining sea bikeways (our favorite ) Mashed had allot to offer including a cool bowling and restaurant and movie theater, ( Incase the weather takes a then ) And Falmouth (our fave town ) is 15 mins. So if youre going to the Cape this place is perfect.

This place is solid. Close to the beach. Well appointed. Paint and exterior is a little tired. Two pools, volleyball court, tennis courts, mini golf. More room than you need.

Room was outdated, bedspreads need to be washed, walls are paper thin could hear people upstairs walking to and from bathroom, flushing of toilet was extremely loud, mattress was creaky and old.

My family has come here for the past three years. The WiFi doesnt work anywhere but by the pool and in the lobby, even if you pay for it. Theyve recently remodeled the mini golf course thats on premises, but in doing so took away the small swing set. Its wonder ful that they have both an indoor and outdoor pool, which is one of the main reason we keep returning. But, there is NO WHERE to hang anything to dry in the rooms! Over the shower curtain, and that real estate fills up quickly with four adults and two kids.

It located central to everything Mashpee. It is quiet and spacious. Townhouse for rent, with plenty of room for the whole family. Full kitchen and great back patio. Indoor and outdoor pool, with a sauna and whirlpool. You can grill outside just bring your own charcoal. Mashpee commons, Roche Bros. And Stop and Shop less then 5 minutes drive. Will stay here again with the family.

Its close to a lot of nearby points of interest, the rooms are nice.

The staff is great, the location is convenient, and the apartments have most of the amenities you need. BUT the beds & the pull out beds are UNBEARABLY UNCOMFORTABLE!! Time to invest in new beds Seamist!!!

Very nice resort in a great location. The one bedroom unit was very clean and up to date, the only negative was the bed, very uncomfortable.

My experience was only with the pool area. Hot tub was amazing hot. Pool was the perfect temperature. Very clean, good amount of seating. Only downside was having to provide our own towels.

Ok place. lots of issues like no hot water, dishwasher does not work, dusty environment. i got another unit but it was dusty..

Went on a timeshare tour. Thus is not on the water but dies have an indoor and outdoor pool.

The place was recently remodeled and it was desperately needed. The places came out real nice. I would stay there.

Recently upgraded, big improvements. Still need to change the beds from queen to kings and invest in better quality bedding. Otherwise, an ok place, just not upscale in any way.

The rooms are a bit outdated but a nice area for a family getaway! People are friendly. There is an indoor and outdoor pool. Grills for the guests to BBQ. A tennis court. And close to nice beaches and shopping/Dinning plaza!

Not great, not bad.I go here for the pool, sauna and hot tub mostly.The outdoor pool is really nice but only usable a couple months out of the year.The air quality in the indoor pool area isnt great.The rooms have an out-dated style to them and the pipes froze last time we stayed.

Gear location in Mashpee just minutes from the beach and Mashpee Commons. In between Falmouth and Hyannis, its a great base to explore the Cape. My kids loved the pool and other activities. Looking forward to go back next summer.

It was a delightful place to stay. The accommodations, location, and staff were wonderful. I am going to be back I am sure.

Room was clean and very quiet. Perfect for 2 adults and a child. Only problem was the expectations on a one night visit - you are instructed to strip the bedding and take out the trash. Not sure what housekeeping does but felt like we should have been tipped.

Loved this place... First time in cape cod, very Central location for all the sightseeing that we did the route cape cod.

My stay at Sea Mist Inn was very nice. I would recommend!Hotels.com was super! They sent me reminders when my date was coming up, That was terrific, they are the best!

Units are updated and comfortable, equipped with nice kitchens, dining area and little outside deck. Not luxurious but pleasant with all the basics. Staff very pleasant. Lots to do in area, even in walking distance. Restaurants, shopping, etc. They have only basic internet though and charge more for better level of service which isnt good and television line-up is very bc basic, plan on paying for internet to stream on personal devices or rent movies. Great location for venturing off on day trips around the Cape. Enjoyed my stay.

Would give 5 stars but as my family and I (Hispanic) were entering the pool area at the same time as 3 other families entered (non-hispanic) my family was stopped at the door and we had to show them proof that we were staying there while the other families just walked right in! That was kind of discomforting because now my family is standing on the lobby while I ran back to my room to show them proof! Besides that everything was great! The room service was great, rooms clean!

Never actually stayed there, but have mowed the grounds there for years, nice quiet setting in summer with plenty of shade, staff is pleasant and guests seem to largely be well behaved working class family-oriented type Folk, never have any issues with staff or guests there and just get the sense that its a nice, clean smoothly run operation

Great location near Mashpee Commons and South Cape Beach. There is an indoor and outdoor pool as well as volleyball and tennis courts, a basketball hoop, mini golf, shuffle board, ping pong picnic tables and a grilling area. There is also plenty of parking.

Beautiful location. Short drive to catch the ferry to Marthas Vineyard, go to the beach, nice restaurants and shopping. The grounds of the resort are also very nice. Thats where it stops...the unit we had was absolutely the worst. Had not been updated since the 80s. Really?!? Wallpaper falling off the walls, kitchen cabinets were awful, furniture was very worn, outdated and ridiculous. The bed was absolutely one of the worse mattresses I have every slept on. Beyond terrible. I had major back problem from it for 2 weeks. I have read where some of the units have been refurbished. My sister and I were there the last week of Sept. 2016. Hardly a sole around...and you still gave us what was obviously one of your worst units? I needed to fax some paperwork while I was there. The cost was $1.00 a page. A small box of laundry detergent (2 T.) was a $1.00. Im far from cheap and this place is not cheap. Just seemed they REALLY needed the money and were not willing to put anything into making the units nice. No repeat visit from this person.

We were disappointed in our two night stay at Sea Mist. The amenities and the room furniture were outdated. The air conditioning did not reach the bedroom on the second floor except when we put the thermostat at 60 on the first floor which was not only uncomfortable but also energy inefficient. The promised free internet was inadequate; it disconnected our laptops regularly and was too slow.
