Dad loves it here. They gotta pool but he doesnt use it. Very quiet and the neighborhood looks out each other

Quiet elderly mobile home park. Very clean, rules are in place and followed. Not overly crowded. Nice tenants and friendly employees

My folks have lived there for years now its a nice place and has treated them well

Wonderful retirement community! Nice small town community feel, neighbors look out for each other.Clubhouse has fun events and a pool.Management does a great job. The manager Gail is a wonderful person.

The Marysville expansion has brought many amenities closer to this once secluded community for seniors. still cozy feeling is bordered by agriculture and rural semi wild areas. for now.

I always love to go to pet smart. Everybody consistently is friendly.and ask if you need help finding something. I give five stars.

It is the best place to live with a lot of nice people. The cost to live here is low.
