I have lived her three years. Over these three years not quite as well taken care of. Never anyone at office. Closed more than open. Grass in common areas is cut but never trimmedThe folks who live here take pride in there yards and homes. The people who run it could benefit from them.I enjoy my community. It could be so much better if owners were more involved and present.

I have 3 friends who live at the mobile home park. One of them is sick and not getting out much so I baked a Quiche and Date bread to bring over for them because thats what friends do. I will bake and bring more comfort food tomorrowGerri

One of the top parks we looked at. Very clean and quite. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Near the river and all kinds of shopping. Its beautiful and we love it here.

Clean and neat park. People keep their places up; not junky like alot of trailer parks. Would recommend to others.

The management of this park refuses to do anything about the known drug dealers in the park. They are currently putting all residents at risk due to their negligence. THIS IS AN EXTREME SAFETY ISSUE for all members of the park and for community members.

Went there for an estate sale. Mobile Park seemed like nice older park.

The people were wonderful and took us to a very good restaurant in town where the food was very good and big servings.

Went to visit my Cousin there. Nice town.

Quite, clean, comfortable community with well kept homes and yards. Nothing trailer park about THIS trailer park

Owners are far from friendly and staff their community with employees lacking in training and knowledge. Anything happens and their first words are we will throw you out of here. Jim the maintenance supervisor is however a great guy and goes out of his way to help.

Quiet, quaint. Wonderful for those who are nearing or acquainted with their wisdom years. Considering there is no sidewalk on Ravenswood, we often take walks or short bike rides throughout the Villa. This area is very well kept and has really seen improvements in the last 1 1/2 - 2 years as the new owners seem to put money into their investment (roads, trailers, landscaping, overall maintenance)

55+ very quiet

This is one of the nicer mobile home parks around. There is a majority of home owners who are over 50 and few younger couples. The homeowners keep their places well maintained and up to date. The management company does a good job of keeping out those who might make the park less appealing

My friend lives there. I swooped in from Kentucky an went out for coffee.

It’s a Senior living modular home park (trailer park) in the back is younger people...it’s ok the park could be kept up a lot nicer...needs a good landscaper...boring here for younger people

Its a Trailer Park. It looks nice and its an okay neighborhood. 55+ Community!!!!
