Looking for a place to get quick walks in near my hotel? I noticed this space and checked it out. Now? Im ending my days here after work. Its a wonderful trail, very well kept. Moderately busy. Pets welcome. I really appreciate it for its easy access with plenty of parking.

Always a lovely little park to visit.

In the winter its very beautiful here, this is a great place to jog or walk, especially when there isnt snow on the ground. About once a week the city sends people out to clean up the park, and about twice a season they repair the trails to keep them from corroding.

Wow. Was not expecting that. I thought the path would be this simple easy little thing but there is so much there to explore. And its sooo peaceful. Dogs on leash are welcome. Bikes, scooters, skateboards. What a beautiful park and trail.

Boyson Park in Marion is great for a quick walk or jog. There is a smaller parking lot off of Boyson Road which has a port o Johnny, a station to repair bikes, and a book nook. Some of the paths are concrete but most consist of a clay like substance which is good unless it gets wet. Then it is a gooey nuisance. The walking path runs from Boyson road Thomas Park and beyond. Most of the trail is shrouded in trees with a few grassy knolls. There are deer, squirrels, and ducks. The trail is adjacent to a creek that runs parallel to the trail. Lots of joggers and casual walkers use this trail. Not too many bikes.

A wide variety of traditional Greek food items on the menu. If youre not familiar with Greek food its best to ask what some of the dishes are before purchasing. You go up to the counter and order off the menu like a fast food place.The food was good but not excellent; that said most of the other Greek restaurants I have been to were higher class and more expensive so thats to be expected.At the time I went the restaurant wasnt busy but the cashier seemed to be preoccupied with something else so I had to wait for a while before I got any service.They seemed to have a loyal regular customer base so others obviously have a higher opinion than I came away with what I did. While I will come back occasionally it wont be frequently.

Marion and Cedar Rapids has many parks and green spaces. Boyson Park is a great place for softball, flying kite, sledding in wintertime etc...
