They keep this place pretty clean. The men’s locker room sometime gets a bit smell due to inadequate ventilation. But it is cleaned daily. They have plenty of activity rooms upstairs. The weight room is fairly decent with basic equipment. They provide paper towel and sanitizer for you to clean the machine after you finish working out. The basketball court is a bit too crowded during evening and weekend morning. Lots of middle school and high school kids come here for their practice. Overall, a decent place to work out. The staff is usually friendly with the exception of a couple of people who don’t look like they want to work there.

Always greeted with a smile and encouraged to keep starting if you have not been in a while. Very helpful staff and clean. Shout out to our members of the importance of sharing the load on cleanliness.

Cannot get over the how the front desk is poorly managed, they seem to have zero training in customer service nor do some of them seem like they want to be there which is a huge problem for me. My husbands keys were recently damaged here and we had let it go, but the continuous lack of polite customer service is a deal breaker. I cannot totally blame the staff though, i can only assume the issue is with management. Please train them on customer service and handling members personal items.

@JJ McFly your review is disrespectful. Stick to discussing the bad service you received from the lady than tearing her down by talking about her physical appearance. All non white people in the world arent going to tiptoe around your sensitive caucasian feelings. Hope your aware of your own racist comments and correct them and others around you. If not you GO screw yourself or something or at least learn to be a decent human being that give a review without commenting on irrelevant topics.

Pretty good place to work out. Lots of space on the basketball courts. Lots of equipment that target tons of different muscle groups. When Ive visited its never been busy enough that Ive ever had to wait on any of the equipment. They even have a policy to not blast any music so it wont annoy anyone during their work outs.

Just signed up a few weeks ago due to the fitness center being closer to my home. The facility is fairly decent and well maintained. The staff overall is nice and friendly with one exception of this old, baldy looking African lady that works check-in desk on the weekend. She is rude and belligerent. Totally unhinged. She has this bad attitude and yells at paid member for just trying to check-in. Remember this is a city owned center which means as a taxpayer she works for me. She just needs additional training in customer service if she is to continue working front desk. Otherwise, go mop a floor somewhere.

Well managed establishment with kind staff! There is a very pleasant young man that brightens my day every time I come in. I believe his last name is Cook.

The jimnacio area is small but it is quite comfortable and is not visited by many people so you can realize your activities quite comfortable the facilities have other rooms to practice other exercises and I liked the place clear if you are not very Exijente you should visit this place is comfortable, pleasant, cozy in addition to having a trained and friendly staff

Great staff and environment to be in. A lot of fun. Also the work out gym is clean and well taken care of.

Great place to workout at your own pace. Friendly and helpful staff, great for young and old. Activities for all ages and all skill levels.

Its a great rec center for the community and has a variety of activities.

Its ok however the front desk has a hard time proving you live in Marietta and will charge you a non-resident fee even though you show them that you live in Marietta why I dont know seems like a scam when it comes to there fees
