It was a perfect facility for our technology workshop open to all local Keller Williams agents and guests.

Excellent community space. Needs a little sprucing up, but fully functional. No wing space on the stage, but a nice size stage. Dressing rooms?

Good place for events owned by the township with great people helping you

The building has been around forever, though underappreciated and often forgotten. Growing up it was a steady if unglamorous event hall that fell into neglect and disrepair. I actually did my Eagle Scout project here, fixing it up many years ago but it wasnt maintained and the town thought to tear it down. Its making a comeback, with slow but steady remodeling and code upgrades. Once a month the Charity Rent Party has rock concerts to raise funds for local soup kitchens and food insecurity. Check them out!

We attended a Summer Camp Fair at the Woodland. It was a little cold inside (February). Parking was available. I would go there again.

Great place to rent this former chuch for an event in Maplewood. Ive been to numerous events here over the years. Its air conditioned, has bathroom facilities and highly recommend parking at the nearby Bank of America lot which is close by.

Kinda outdated but can hold meeting for around 100+.

I attended an event here and the space speaks to my love for 1800s architecture. The arches are spectacular and pocket doors in the archway add to its historical beauty.

The Woodland is a historic building and arts center used for community events and with multiple areas available for rental use. Their are community events held here throughout the year. The building is gorgeous inside and the perfect place for events of all kinds. Parking gets full fast at times. Handicap spaces near the side entrance.

This is a great space (two, actually) for a hosted event. There is a ballroom with a stage downstairs, and a hall upstairs which is slightly smaller. All interactions my family have had in arranging for the space have been excellent. This space is a stand-by for the South Orange and Maplewood area, so you may want to consider reserving the space well in advance of your event.

Great community meeting and events location; discounted for Maplewood residents. I hosted my sisters baby shower last year in the upper ballroom. It was a beautiful event. Just be mindful that due to shape of the room, with large (8+) round tables plus several rectangular tables the space did seem crowded after the guests were seated. In general, excellent service while reserving the space and during the event.
