A nice area with many interconnecting trails allowing for endless day hiking possibilities. Generally well maintained, never overly crowded.

Love the Gnome Trail! Great hike for kids. Only took us an hour to do the whole thing. So many fun treasures to see.

Lots of paths, great for biking and hiking. Lots of tree covered paths, lots of small animals, very pretty, and although you may not see a lot of people they are generally nice out here.

Great place for cross-country mountain bike riding or just walking no jump or tech trails, but the trail system not even 3 min away has plenty of that (summit ridge/black diamond open space)

Fun hiking! Good time winding through the various trails and exploring.

All the trails in this area have fairy tale names :) there are edible berries everywhere!The trails can be up hill, downhill, steep and even flat. You can even find fields filled with wild flowers. Also if you can, go and check out the pond. If you try and circle the pond you may find fishies taking naps in small pools of water.

Great hiking trails! Took our two 4 year old and two 7 year olds hiking to the gnome tral. Looking for gnomes kept them going and entertained! Highly reccomend this hike!

Endless hiking close civilization. Trails can get narrow and thorny. Easy elevation and not too challenging for kids or beginners.

We loved visiting with our kids!! Beginner trails but I do recommend having your GPS handy if youre going to the Gnome Trail. Some trails get a tad narrow and there is some identifiable poison ivy around so dont let your kids venture off the path. Will definitely visit again.

This place is great! Lots of trails to ride or walk along.

Easy access to the Gnome Trail if you head down Stinger trail (easy to miss, look for the sign), then right on Derailer until you cross the bridge over the fallen tree. Easy to get turned around so stay right.

Really cool place for kid . Easy hike under 3miles round trip . Kids are having fun hunting for gnomes.

Fun trail to go with the kids we walked 4.74 miles but felt shorted because the kids were enjoying the Gnomes and telling stories about the little towns

Easily the most wonderful mountain biking experience for beginners and intermediate levels. The trail is marked by steep hills and descents. Overall a fun and exhausting day

Great place to walk dogs or go moutain biking. Close to Maple Valley and Black Diamond, but you feel like you are in the middle of no where.

This is a wonderful little hike and a great place to take children very simple and fun! If you look hard enough you will find special treasures in the trees!

Very scenic when you go Down and to the right youll find a pond BE CAREFULL THE EDGE IS SUPER DUPER SLIPPERY! But other than that it was a very beautiful place to hike and go mountain biking be CAREFULL some paths are narrow!

Last summer they sectioned off a lot of areas but I still saw people entering them

Lots of trails to wander through. Various terrain and different ecosystems on this forest make for a very enjoyable place to hike. They also support bicycles and horses. So, if youre on foot so make sure you keep your eyes up and aware of others on the trail.

Nice trails. I rode some beginner blue and greens. About 7 miles worth and I didnt kill myself...so theres that. Id recommend if youre a beginner or have kids getting into the sport.

Five stars. would cross amazing moss covered logs and discover a valley full of wild mint and cry about the intense beauty of my home state again. would recommend for all overly emotional nature dweebs who just need to get deep in the feelings pool while surrounded by lichens and berries

Really? No reviews? Just crossed a really cool log over the creek. Switchbacks with berms! Small rock jumps! The parking lot is now open. Can I park my trailer overnight? I dont want to leave.

Absolutely gorgeous area. Lots and lots of hiking and walking trails. Visit it on a nice day and you will be in love. Also to the southeast, theres large hills with overhead powerlines that make loud noise. :)
