Yes, they are still open during this covid 19 thing. Im thankful they are open. Masks are required when visiting here. We go there for the food. They have great food. I always get their Lobster and Steak fettuccine alfredo with the lobster sauce...oh my god...so delicious!!! My wife goes for the chicken alfredo, also YUMMY!!!!

Great place, tons of fun to do the different video games in the arcade, and clean for the most part as far as arcades go. 8/10 would visit again. 4/5 stars only because the the price.

Gaming area 5* and they were actively cleaning which was nice to see.Food....the burgers my wife and I had were not the best. Thats the reason for 2*. Will not go back for food no matter the games.

I would not eat here again first and last time. had reservations. then was told would be a half hour late . then sat us at a table that was ways to small for us. and my brother inlaw ordered the pork chops. and was told we no longer serve them. but yet they were on the menu

Great place and great food. Wife and I stopped for a date. We decided to go during the week and arrived right when they opened. We had the place to ourselves. Tons of arcade and video games to choose from. We ordered a burgers with fries and mozzarella sticks. The sticks was a nice portion for the price unlike other places. Presentation of the food was excellent. Great burger and fries. Rest room was clean and wheel chair accessible. They had a bar and tons of places to sit. We are stoping back with the rest of the family.

Our server Frank was very knowledgable and friendly. It was my first visit and I had some questions to get us started. He had answers! I wish the food wouldve been hotter when brought out, but the portion and flavor was very good. My steak was cooked perfectly to my request! Yummy! Other food orders were coming out, and it all looked really good!I will definitely be back again.

There last night, many people in the gaming area without masks on. Also people at the bar were not 6ft apart. I wont bring my kids back. I did try to talk to an employee there, and she said theres nothing they can do about it. Thats bull. Ive reported to MN dept of labor.

Dave and Busters is kind of my heaven. I live outside the USA so I do not get to go often. The food is decent- especially for the price. The drinks are great and always new creations. Like a rose wine slush! And of course everything the child in an adult could want.

Dave & Busters are always a fun place to bring the family no mater what location. I however, prefer to go to the Edina location in Minnesota! This location, the games seem closer together. There isnt much walking room or arm room. The place was packed. The wait for the restraunt/bar was very long. The wait to buy game credit was short and convenient.My husband favorite thing to do is play the large claw machine which was out of order. So, he was sad.My son loved this location because he won the jackpot twice on the fish reel game and once on another game. He has never won the jackpot ever at the other locations he has been.

For my wife and I Dave & Busters is fun date night. We enjoy the food, love playing the games and look forward seeing the surprise of someone when we donate them our tickets. We had great team at this location and food was awesome. A Dave & Busters is the first thing we look for when we are traveling.

They said they would be cleaning the games we was there for 5 hrs, I didnt see anyone clean, and it was so cold in the part were you eat I had steak I had to get it to go cause my hands were so cold.

Had a lot of fun here. Started at the bar area. Server cane over shortly after we sat down. Ordered and got drinks. Glass was never empty and food was surprising much tastier than I expected from a establishment like this. Got dessert and then we added on play ninety with our server. Had some fun on games and then left right before closing. The games did go of like 4 minutes before was slightly disappointed about that but I get it.

Fun place for kids and adults. Lots of games to play! It is loud with constant noise. The play cards can be expensive and if you dont already have a card, you pay $3 to load one, so your $20 play card actually costs $23. Food is decent, basic bar food. You earn tickets to turn in for silly prizes that you can buy elsewhere where way less! Its a fun place to visit but be prepared to spend a lot if you want to eat and play games for awhile.

Dave & Buster’s is an absolute blast anywhere you are. They have games for everyone and drinks that are tasty! We didn’t eat this time but I know from the past that their food is so good! Overall such a good place for birthdays, work parties, or really any event

Pretty cool place. Bring the kids for the games. Wife and I enjoy their happy hour specials on food and drink. Heard they are open 365 days a year which is great.I dont think they have pool tables here, thats my only gripe.

My experience at Dave &Busters in Maple Grove, Minnesota was fantastic. The servers,and the bartenders were super friendly and very efficient. The food was delicious and the atmosphere and energy were contagious.My grandchildren had so much fun,running from game to game. The ride home was full of chatter about the fun they had.Thank you Dave&Busters, my family and I had a wonderful time.

The only reason i gave it 3 is because DB is a good chain. I love them. But this one needs some help. Half the games dont work and the service was bad. Had 2 kids that were throwing balls around and the waiter refused to ask them to stop. One of them even threw the ball at the table next to us. Food itself was good but the service needs work.

I went here with some family and we had a great time playing some games. It was way more fun than we had anticipated. We had a couple appetizers, they were better than typical bar food. Overall this was a lot of fun.

Disappointed in the service when compared to how expensive it is. I ordered the chicken jalapeno popper tacos but with lettuce instead of taco shells they were ok but my chips stale and the queso was cold. I asked for more chips which were very good. My daughter had kids shrimp and sliders it was o.k. other kids had mac and cheese and burgers which they said was o.k. we asked our waitress to box up our food and when she never returned had to ask for it. She replied sorry I threw it away not a big deal but she said she could give us some mac and cheese (which my son didnt touch) well.... she failed to bring that I guess she forgot???? They do offer military discount so thats a plus. I wont be returning!!

This was my first time ever going to a Dave and Busters. The place is awesome. We did the unlimited 1 hr of play which did not include any games you get tickets out of, just shooting, racing and some other games of that sort. So I could not tell you how the value is for tickets for a reward are but, I can tell you to try the Jurassic world VR experience. It is $5 per person and it is a fun but kind of short experience. You put on a VR headset and hold a handle/wand (dont remember the actual name). The seat you sit in moves and there are fans blowing on you and you feel like you are roaming around with the dinos. We didnt eat there so I cannot comment on the food. But it is like i heard, a chuck e cheese for adults and kids.

This is one of my kids favorite places to go. The age range of the games keeps my six year old engaged, as well as my twelve year old and myself. The food is pretty good too, but we normally just stop in for the games.

Always a fun time at Dave and Busters. Food is very underrated since its known more as a games place. Had a Philly cheese steak which was very good. Only drawback is if you come for a specific game that is popular you will need to be patient to get your turn. Unique mix of children and adults playing games at the same time. Fast paced environment with a lot of noise so if you want to have a more relaxed time out this is probably not a place for you. But if you are a people person and like food, games and maybe a few drinks you will really enjoy stay!

The managers at this magnificent establishment were so respectful and courteous, they treated my friends and I extremely well. The staff were all exceptional as well, they brought our food out fast and hot. Props to every individual who works at this location.

Took a group of Catechism students when our other option filled up. We ordered 6 apps 8 drinks and it that, turned out to be less than the pizza we were planning to buy. Because pizza wasnt on the menu. Kids had a blast, and the parents that hung out with us did as well.

I went out with my Family and some friends. When we got our food half of it was the incorrect food. After finally getting the correct food my daughters food was ice cold. I tried my sliders and ribs and it tasted like McDonalds couldve done a better job with quality, taste and temperature! Very disappointed

Food is ALWAYS late and cooked wrong. We go here with the kids as many do as its got better food options than places like Chucky Cheese and Big Thrill Factory but I wish they could figure out how to run the restaurant side. Even when they arent busy food takes forever and something always gets sent back. Staff is usually nice and one of the managers did take care of my family very well during one visit.

We were seated quickly on a Sunday night but waited for our server for over 15 minutes and our drinks an extra long time as well. The service and quality of food needs to be improved for us to come back to eat. The grilled chicken and chicken fingers were rubbery. The chips were way too salty. The only good item was the fried fish.

We had our wedding reception here. It was a great choice! Adults of all ages had a blast, and we received MANY compliments about our choice of reception venue. The wait staff and manager were fantastic; everyone said they were impressed with the service and demeanor of the staff. We had some initial AV troubles, but the staff worked super hard to get it sorted out, and from then on out everything went smoothly. Strongly recommend to anyone else considering holding a reception/banquet/etc. here.

Games are ok but not enough for the load of players on a Saturday night. The service is horrible at least 20 minutes just to get drinks. All the tables in back room are crammed together nobody can walk past. Will not be back. Nachos were horrible. Fake cheese and beef. Stale chips. Cold. For 12.99 could get alot better.

I believe the only machine down at the time was one of the small virtual ride machines. Not a big deal the one right next to it was working just fine. And if you care about the condition of the place, Other than one of the projectors playing football being slightly off alignment from the screen... Place looks good. And the staff was friendly and helpful. I did not have any food so I cannot comment on the dinning experience

The machines are up to date and running efficiently. The staff has always been friendly for me. They had no issues swapping my Power Card from the Southdale location to the Maple Grove location so I would be able to use the same card to play games.

This place is great for both kids and adults. A sit down restaurant, a bar with big screen TVs, an arcade style play area and a rewards store to redeem the points youve earned playing games... this place has something for everyone. There is a huge selection of prizes and theyre not ridiculously priced like similar places. Ive been twice and absolutely loved it.

Our 1st time here and we had a great time.The price is great for a meal and points for the arcade games. I was not impressed at how small the portions of food were however the food was very scrumptious. Great place for Adults to spend time with their kids and still be able to have a drink or two while in the arcade. We will definitely be back soon. Oh and they are opened until Midnight! A lot of the games seem to always be out of order or need maintenance. I have been to this one and the one in Southdale mall and they both have many games you cannot play. The waiters and bar staff here are great!

Had a great time playing games until we won a prize and went to the bar. A guy right across the bar from us, (known by name by the bartenders) was served 4 drinks in front of us and when I asked for a 3rd, stating I wasn’t driving and had my designated driver as proof. All of the bartenders denied me of a drink, 45 minutes from close. I wasn’t intoxicated from the least and got denied with a sober cab next to me.One guy was tatted with a curly mustache and beard, the girl had tattoos on her chest and arms.. This was completely ridiculous and I demand to speak to a manager immediately.

Fun atmosphere for kids young and old. Went for half points Wednesday and it was well worth it over 3k points. Kids really enjoyed themselves. I am the proud spinner of this picture

If your considering having children this is a place without a quiet spot to contemplate. You can get a beer and play a game maybe even watch a lil football on Sunday but a quiet spot to contemplate you will not find. Instead youll find children of all sorts in all types of moods running everywhere screaming and crying many without proper supervision. This experience will be the most beneficial in forming your decision.

Food was ok and came out luke warm, it was very busy at this time so I understand it happens. I did think what you paid for what you received was not a bargain at all. For myself and two children I paid $100 for our lunch and 1/2 hour of video games. In my opinion this could be better. I was excited to go here since I had seen commercials on this place. After, I was left with a wow what did I just pay for experience. While I understand video games are a pay to play entertainment, it seems that some were overpriced per game based on other arcade venues.

Theyre starting their slow decline, unfortunately. It use to be a good place to go. But the food is getting bland, service is slowly starting to struggle.

This place was over and underwhelming all at the same time. The food was not that great: salty, cold, and very greasy. The service was terrible and when we went to the gaming section the poor guy at the prize counter was all by himself and nobody was coming to help him. We saw a couple of employees just walk past and watch him struggle as they stood there and watched other people play games. And this place was just so dirty, the bathrooms were gross, the dining area was filthy, and the gaming section was not much better.

Fun place if you like games, so many different kinds. Atmosphere is decent and food isnt horrible at all.

Its always busy, but the space in the game area seems to always give you enough room to get around. The game selection is fun and you rarely see a game out of order. The dining area is relaxed, service is typically very on point and kind. The food selection is plentiful, fun and delish. I love pasta and always leave happy afterwards!

Very fun place to bring the family

Originally this place was advertised as a place for adults to eat and play. Kids were kept out of the game area and it was fun. This business model must not of made them money. Today its kids galore. Noisy and no longer fun. The games are now replaced with kid oriented ones. The prizes used to be kewl and now nothing but kids toys also. The food is still ok but the adult atmosphere is gone and its no better then a chucky cheese to go to.

Had a blast hanging out with a friend. We wanted to do something different and fun. They had a lot of games and most of them were fun to play. The card machines are fast and easy to use. We also got a couple drinks at the bar. The bartender was friendly and made good drinks. My only complaint would be that some of the music on the games was a bit loud. We tried to play the guitar hero but couldnt hear the music over the other games around us. Otherwise we had a blast.

Wonderful waiter very sweet and helpful got us condiments and was very polite wish i could remember her name and then after went and played some games lost some credits on a game and a courteous gentleman was nice enough to give me the credits back and fix the machine, Nice Place you should plan a visit

Called ahead to see if they still had decent seating for vikings game. Told plenty of space. Got here and told no tables with view of game. Came for daughters 22nd birthday with friends. Had to stay. It was very loud for game. Wont be back. Apperantly its all about the money!
