Awesome facility to play volleyball at, especially during open volleyball night. Although it does get busy during the winter everything is handled efficiently and professionally. I have been going here for years and will continue to go as long as they are open!
There for a volleyball tournament weekend. Good courts, yummy smoothies at the concessions, can get doordash delivered. The remodel made the bathrooms bigger and they paved the back parking. It does get hot though out on the court for the girls.
Needs parking.and make up air system. But nice facility!
Comfortable, spent the entire day..concessions great...carribeau coffee perfect !!
Great place to watch volleyball! Would be great if they fixed the scoreboards with all the money that they take in!
Went to volleyball tournament over the weekend and the parking especially the handicap parking is non existent.. They have only two handicap spots available and 8 spots right in front one for the director and 7 for admin and event folks.. Sadly over the weekend all 8 of those spots were left empty leaving anyone that is handicapped without parking :-(
An extremely well run operation that makes for a great time.
Parking can be a nightmare. Other than that very nice facility.
Gross bathrooms, horrible parking, lack there of, and terrible seating. Not to mention all day tournaments being stuck there trying not to lose your parking spot thats within a mile you are stuck eating the equivalent of a vending machine but from their concessions. It Has tons of potential though. I just hope the upgrade a lot.
Bad parking and they dont want you to bring good in yet they dont sell anything but munchie food.
I have a lot of kids that play a lot of sports and this place is by far the worst one we are forced to go to.Cramped seating areas. Bathrooms are in Biffys outside. No warm concession food. And also a parking lot that can handle 20 vehicles. You are forced to park on the street and walk a quarter mile to get in here with no sidewalk. Not a big deal when the weather is nice, but thats not always the case in Minnesota.
Good place to go play some volleyball on Fridays night from 8pm to 1am and on Tuesdays but on fridays it does get very pack. Age is all range mostly high schoolers and adults. They have 8 courts total, about 3 courts of 4v4, 4 courts of coed and 1 court for king of court. Great way to be active on a Friday night.
Adult open gym (volleyball) on Friday nights. $5. Eight courts. Bring a volleyball
Parking is always difficult, so plan ahead. Facilities are being improved, always good volleyball. Can get crowded when 1st session is ending and second getting started.
Good place to watch a Vball game. Going through updates so should be real nice soon
Good place for playing in volleyball. I like it!
This facility is very smalland VERY run down. No public restrooms inside (OMG porta portys outside!!!). VB Courts are nice.Parking lot is way, way, to small to host club level sports.Just a joke! Stay far away if you pay for club level sports and can choose another venue.Been under construction to supposedly add bathrooms for the last couple years.VERY DISAPPOINTING!!!!A SERIOUS DUMP!!!!!
This is the volleyball mecca of the twin cities. It contains eight volleyball courts which could be converted to indoor soccer fields. It is prefect place to play in tournaments or open gym on Friday nights. It also has a full size gym and a cafe underway. The downside is that it only has two smaller restrooms and the parking lot is small. Fortunately, there is plenty of free street parking.
I go on Friday nights for volleyball, it starts from 7pm to 1am, it does get very pack. There are total of 8 courts. 3 courts for 4 vs 4, one king of the court and the rest co ed. It gets very pack, you play 2 games and out. Once you have a team, a person will come around and give u a tag to put up by the court that you want to play. For the past few fridays, for each court has been at less 4 games wait... I find it its too long of a wait
Nice, loved watching our grandkids playing vball
Nice facility. Stinky bathrooms, wet floors and terrible hand dryers
Excellent facility for volleyball. 8 courts, the 4 New ones are amazing to play on, while the 4 older are well maintained. Clean place. Lots of parking. Great staff
Crazy busy parking is not the greatest
One of the best volleyball venues in the Twin Cities. Great for spectators and players alike. Only complaint would be lack of anything to do between matches. High ceilings manage the noise well.
The gym was really nice, but the lady who works there was really rude. We told her it was our first time there and we didnt know we had to be 18 to play and she started saying all this stuff to us. She even said we played like girls. Which was rude. She told us we had to have 2 girls on our team otherwise we would get kicked out. We didnt see a lot of girls that we could ask to play with us, also other teams didnt have any girls. We came to have fun and enjoy our time but we didnt. We only spent 10-15 minutes there before we left.
Cant give zero stars. The least accommodating facility you will ever have the misfortune of visiting. Take an uber, bring a lawn chair, and ear plugs. Good luck.
No hot water, whatsoever. Asked for ice once and was instructed to collect snow outside (they would provide the bag), no concessions progress in weeks, t-shirt vendor is totally in the way of spectators. Get it together...
Last year we had a great experience. Good coached and staff. This year the staff is never around and 1/2 the coaches dont know what they are doing. My 5 year Olds group routinely starts 7 or more minutes late and last week they took 5 water breaks. For a one hour class that we paid for... not good. We arent coming back when this session is done.
I think it was amazing plenty space to play it is nice how there are 8 courts and the couches are great . For Ralia sports center you need $5 per adult no money for children this place is also wheel chair accessible
Great setup Dr Ians has ability to watch the game without getting hit in the face
Roomy facility. Was looking to purchase a sandwich. Not available. Eat before you go.
First impressions was that this was a really nice place to play volleyball, and after I played for the evening I didnt change my mind.
The facility is usually filled with hundreds of people when in use. There are no lockers, no locker rooms and only 2 extremely small restrooms!? There is not enough parking, not enough seating for spectators and the sports center is lacking good concessions.
Facility suits the needs of sports events. Good set up for volleyball. Lacks parking.
Not enough parking (walk for miles) not enough seating and metal benches are super small if you do find a spot. Loud and crowded in the best of circumstances. They just crammed too many courts into this building without regard for the number of people that would mean.
Amazing facility but inadequate parking.
Parking is not good, facility has no place other than the bleachers and no food sold other than snacks. Would be good for operator to contract with a food truck for large events for a share of profit.
No indoor bathrooms available due to renovation? Unacceptable if that is the case.
Excellent facility all around but too much space wasted on Volleyball (yawn). Add a soccer field, profit. Its that easy.
This place reeks of b.o. it’s disgusting.
Went to open gym on Friday night. The facility is large with 8 volleyball courts. Parking runs out in the parking lot. Open gym is very disorganized and if you dont win, good luck playing. Only 2 or 3 staff working. Let in way to many people and there was a lot of teams waiting to play. 5 dollars a person. Starts at 8pm, but get there early or you wont get parking.
Filthy bathrooms. In fact the whole place is pretty gross. The parking situation is a joke. For as much time and money as people spend on sports, fix this dump up. Just ick.
THE worst volleyball facility Ive ever been to. Parking is horrendous, the facility is dark and always overcrowded, seating is limited, its extremely loud, no real food - only snacks, bathrooms are disgusting...
There wasn’t any open gym, if so it was for 14 years and younger. I also had to wait on a waiting list for open gym.
You have park a mile away graffiti on the back of the building no food dirty little bathrooms this place is straight garbage
Terrible.....port a potties in the cold. No coffee at concessions. Not enough parking. Worst facility I have ever been at for a volley ball tournament.
Its was fun and amazing to spend that amazing time with family!
Gyms... could use more than 2 candy machines, but jimmy johns delivers there and pizza too from around there, and about a mile away are more options
Nice volleyball courts, could use more parking.
Please please please do something about your bathrooms when they are being used. You pay to get in but the bathroom is smelly, dirty and out of tp. Raise the prices if you need to earn more to supply a clean bathroom.
Its kinda cramped and the concessions werent that great but over all it was good
No parking. One of the parents had their car towed. No protection on the walls in case of collision.
Uncomfortable seating (and bringing own chair disallowed), poor food options.
The lack of decent parking, coupled with essentially no concessions on site, makes this a horrible place for a volleyball tournament. Im at one now, and the nearest parking spot is approximately a half mile away.
This place has gross dirty bathrooms, no towels, old hand dryers that work like crap. Most people dont even wash there hands becuase the hand dryers suck! The fountian pop taste like crap! The owners need to get a clue!
Very little room for parents with 4 teams on each court, parking lot is also extremely small so if youre not first there your walking a bit
Its ight.
Been under construction for way to long
No parking, dirty bathrooms
Such a fun place
Serious lack of parking options needs to be addressed for this multi-sport complex.
Competitive R4s Volleyball league on Wednesday night.
Its a toilet compared to other VB venues.
No actual food sold on premises. Bathrooms are disgusting. No hot water, they smell horrible and are cold.
Beautiful facility
Nice place
Great volleyball venue
Great facility, parking is limited
Love this place!!!!!
Parking stinks
Awesome
Very good facility
Lots of courts, but not much room for spectators.
Not impressed and they still charge you $6 to get in
Always fun going here
Had a great time
Just upgraded
Parking is an issue.
Ok venue. Not enough parking and not enough seating for spectators.
There is extremely limited parking and seating! Reconsider your food and concession choices, since the majority of your clientele are athletes who are looking for healthy choices and not junk food.
Parking, seating, concessions, protection against walls ... a few of the issues with the design. Did I say parking?
