Great place for kids to get their energy outbut it can fill up quickly!!!!So stay close to your kid!!!I recommend NOT going down to the parent areaBut rather stay close by your kid
We were here for a birthday party and everyone had a blast - kids and adults, too. Great service for our grandsons party!
My family and I planned a 10 year birthday party for my sister. The Sky Zone staff were more than helpful and created a positive environment. My sister had a blast with all her friends. The party room we reserved was a good space. We had approximately 40-50 people in there. I wouldn’t recommend anymore than 30 people so that everyone can be comfortable and sit. Overall, it was a fun time!
I will bring my son here for now on, the place is clean and Seems way bigger then a couple other ones, but also the staff actually does theyre jobs and doesnt just let kids play with the foam on the trampoline part of the foam pit and blocking others from jumping into the pit like blaines staff does...they should model themselves off of this skyzone!!!
Went with my 4 year old and we had a blast! I got a great work out bouncing around and my son was able to burn off some energy. Lots of different areas to check out and explore. One tip, register online before you go. They have you sign a bunch of waivers and it’s time consuming when you get there. Also it’s a little more expensive than I was anticipating for an hour of fun.
My godchildren, had a blast! 4&6. Both of them, would love to come back everyday, if we would let them. The staff, was so nice and friendly. Very knowledgeable about all of the questions that I had. Engaged, with the children, during our enrollment time. If only I was under 12 again. Thanks Sky Zone!
Cool place. They have a toddler time (under age 6) for a couple hours in thre morning on the weekend. Big kids arent allowed so you can take your little ones without worrying that theyll get trampled.
Fun for kids, BUT! a trampoline park with no water fountain? Well, they do offer a single 16 oz. Aquafina for $2.50. Jumpers-- bring your own water...
Fun place for all ages
Good price and keeps the kids busy for a while. Fun for adults to. At times gets a little crowded. Also older kids dont watch well for smaller kids. But great entertainment for a good price.
This is a good place, observers are very nice and kind. The place is very beautiful and cool. You can do it there either for children or adults, I especially like ordinary trampolines. There you can do somersaults
Advertised as Toddler Time (kids $10 and 1 parent per child free) on the website from 9am to 10am. Was told that the website was wrong by the staff. Was able to get the Toddler Time price for the kids but my wife and I could only observe. What was going to be a fun family time turned into the kids upset that we couldnt play with them. My recommendation would be to call for any advertised special. This was not worth it.
Weve been here about five times so far. Usually staff is pretty good about making sure kids follow the rules and are safe. Today was abhorrent in terms of supervision. Multiple kids on one obstacle course playing in the pit, kids flipping where they werent supposed to flip, and some climbing up to the obstacle course structure and moving from one course to another leaving them in the way of my child. There was one employee who seemed to follow me around and it felt incredibly uncomfortable. I tried to ignore it but then apparently at one point he was following directly behind me and signalling to someone else pointing at me. I addressed my concerns with a manager tonight. I am unsure how it was handled but he appeared to handle it immediately. I have photos and videos of kids making bad decisions. I told him I typically appreciate the employees who are comfortable with confrontation because I know how difficult it can be in such an environment. I will wait and see how our next visit goes. If things improve I will update this review. If they continue, I will update that as well. We have a year membership so well have lots of opportunities to play.
My son loves going to sky zone. He is four so we only go during their toddler time and its great. He usually jumps for a little bit but really likes the foam pit. He frequently asks to go back so thats a sign of a great place.
Response: He was not able to utilize the trampolines at all. Not a toddler friendly place. I have children of all ages that would be with us. There should he a designated area for toddlers. If not youre literally being charged to walk around with your toddler in your hands.Manager was very not helpful. Actually was rude. She insisted there was a place specifically for my toddler which was not but she said that she would block off a section for my son when she did not. Charged my sinful price just because he just learned to walk
I really like the worker Kenna. She was really nice and fun to hang around. I would definitely like more workers like her.
ONE thing. If you’re going to yell at every single kid every 5 minutes in the foam pit to get out if your not rock climbing or fighting on the balls. Maybe you should think about just having a foam pit for the kids to have fun and play in.
Absolutely LOVE Toddler Time - makes a three year old boy go wild! So much space to run + play!! Perfect for Minnesota’s cold temps.
My son had his 6th birthday party here and it will be one he will never forget for all the best reasons! The staff welcomed us at the door and coordinated getting all the gifts, shoes, coats etc from all kids and parents and put them on a rack to be wheeled into the party room when it was available since we were jumping first. They took the cake off our hands and basically let us go have fun with our kids while they took care of everything else. Management that was there was also phenomenal in making sure everything was adequately staffed and everyone was having a good time. When it was time to go to the room for pizza, drinks and cake, everything was set up perfectly for us! Joe was great in the party room as well!! He was extremely friendly and personable to the kids and the adults. He and another employee took care of serving the kids and the trash which was something we honestly didnt expect but was appreciated. When it was time to go, the kids were exhausted, full and happy! We will be lifers now on days off from school and weekend winter days where its just too dang cold to do anything outside. An hour of jump time followed by an hour in the party room were both perfect amounts of time! I highly recommend not just for birthday parties but for an overall good time. As a dad, I jumped with the kids and made me feel like a kid again even if just for an hour :-)
Very fun, can get a bit too busy
Good place to take your kids and big kids to burn off extra energy. Great for birthdays too. Came for a birthday and all the kids had fun. The staff were friendly. The place was decent. Havent gone to a skyzone in a year since another trampoline park opened close by my house. I prefer the one by my home, it has a little more variety and seating throughout. Wish skyzones seating area was bigger and wish they had benches around the trampoline park so parents can sit and watch their kids have fun.
Manager was amazing. She spent time with my son on his birthday and made his day extra special.
My first and last experience at this location early last month. Staff has poor customer service skills
Great entertainment for all ages. The prices are fair and it is a great place for a childs birthday party or just fun day out. #Leaveyoubackpain atthedoor
Good exercise and fun for the kids. They really just love to jump!
I brought my two children to toddler time yesterday and paid for our tickets. As I was walking away from the counter, the staff told me that part of the facility would be closed due to a high school group using a section of the trampolines. There were two main frustrating things about that.1) I paid for my kids to use the entire facility. It’s $21 for two kids, and there was no discounted price when we were restricted from a section.2) Booking toddlers and teens in the same facility was annoying to both groups. When the high schoolers arrived, the staff spent quite a bit of time redirecting them out of the toddler area, so we ended up dodging teens as we jumped. And the way it was divided gave the toddlers exclusive access to the basketball area and the rock climbing wall, which the teens really wanted to enjoy.I was disappointed in the way it was handled, jumping with two such different age groups was stressful for all.
Great for all ages. Well managed. The best part of this place is that you sign a waiver once and your good
Thank you so much Eduard for the hard work and the support for my kids!!! ;)
I love the new skyzone. They have basketball, dodgeball, foam pits, etc. Its very fun and I recommend you go there sometime
We have been here twice with two completely different experiences. Way too inconsistent with rules during toddler time. The whole point is the little kids get to play without the bigger kids around to mow them down. It’s extra hard on kids/parents when they are allowed to do something one time and not the next. As long as everyone is being safe/respectful let kids be kids.
Great place but Hispanic manager doesn’t like you to have any fun let alone play dodge ball the correct way, so if there are little kids in your game, you might as well leave because according to her you can’t hit them. Otherwise well put together and fun all around.
Since they moved to the new location the facilities have improved immensely. Great time for kids and adults of all ages. But the yearly pass to save money.
Amazing facility, Kyle was incredibly helpful. Best customer service experience in a long time. Kids aged 5, 7, and 9 had a blast! Thank you Skyzone and Kyle!
I highly recommend having a birthday party here. Stress free and worth the cost. Kids had a great time. Annika (I hope I spelled that right) was the best party lead. Front desk staff super helpful and friendly too. Great facility and use of space.
Rude staff, inexperienced in customer service, overpriced, for the amount of play time. Will never bring my grandson to sky zone again after the way we were treated there.
I brought my 11 year old and his other 2 freinds who are 11 and 12, and they had a total blast! They spent a whole 2 HOURS there and then after that they still wanted more time. That seems to me that they had an awesome time. My child wants to go back there soon and is always asking if he can go again. So this place is the best sky zone in the whole state!
I took 3 16 year old boys there on Friday night and they had a blast! Fun for all ages. The new facility is great. They even had great wifi for me while I waited! A very welcome addition to the Northwest Metro!
Came for toddler Time and it was great (2 and 5yr old), there were maybe a dozen kids in there. Though it seems to be a bit of scam that adults need to wear the skyzone socks ($3) even though they cant jump with the kids.Ive heard that as soon as older kids come in it becomes a gong-show and there is very little enforcement of rules and conduct making it unpleasant for younger ones.
We love the Maple Grovesky zone
Rules appear to not be enforced as much for big groups of wild kids with no parents present. The employees tend to be harder on the kids with involved parents. This leaves the caring parents having to look out for their own kids’ safety. There needs to be a separate line to expedite annual pass holders (this should be a no brainer). My family enjoys coming here, especially when it’s not so crowded with obnoxious, unsupervised, poor-mannered kids & teens. The harnessed climbing wall area is rarely open, and when it is, there are no time limits enforced, which leads to time suckers causing everyone to have to wait too long. The a/c is also set to a temp that leaves it too hot in there. A fun place that needs some tweaks.
Good place. There were a lot of activities of all sorts for kids to do. There were a lot of kids there, but didnt feel overly crowded because of all the things they can be doing.A fair amount of things for almost any age to do, as well. We got the year pass, which is a good deal if you plan to go several times in a year.
No place for little kids... Causing them to be in the way for older kids.
Thank you Kyle A for making our annual membership purchase a breeze. Maple Grove Sky Zone has so many fun activities that my kids cant wait to come back. Great staff, great location, tons of fun!
Great place! Overall the employees are very kind and I recommend purchasing the card that gives you a free hour. Also very clean.
Love having a sky zone near us. Howvwe - A need for 2 staff at sky climb is needed. The person working that area needs to pay attention to kids height and which rock wall to put them on and make sure Helmets are sprayed in between uses and sign up kids to climb. The front desk has three people standing around and the sky climb is run very very slowly. And helmets are not being sprayed!
Customer service & the manager are the best here! They all made our birthday party here super easy and fun! Kids had a good time and everything was amazing :)
Awesome place with fun for all ages! Just had a birthday party and everyone had a blast! All of the trampolines and obstacles are really new and the American Ninja Warrior obstacle courses are awesome!
Great place to take the kids on a rainy day or during the winter, get the kids out of the house and moving. It also gets them out of your face for a few hours.
It is a fun place. Kids seemed to enjoy it. There was some miscommunication regarding the annual pass, but they worked hard to resolve it, and I have to give them an A+ on that.
Not impressed. Found the staff to be disinterested and unhelpful. Also was not happy during toddler time that a birthday party and larger kids were running around mowing down kids. Wasnt offered a pass to watch my kid either. Not enough seats in the sitting area to sit and have a snack with a little one. Will not go back. Dang, we were excited.
I originally rated this 3 starts but to be honest I got annoyed one time because of a new contract but like the place is super fun so yeah my bad
The annual passes are a great value if you plan to attend more than 3 times of year. Great way to burn energy!
This place was very disorganized and the employees dont seem to be trained very well. Went for a the spring event in March and the employee who checked us in had no clue what we were talking about. She didnt explain that we needed special socks to jump which cost extra. Manager provided them for free since no one else told us that. Had to re-register when we got there even though I had pre-registered before we went. Music was a strange mix of slow Disney ballads and kids bop, except for when they played a Ludacris song??? Super inappropriate for the setting. Wont be going back.
Great place for kids to get energy out
Fantastic park with great young staff!
Great spot and great fun for the kids
Mai is the best manager ever!! Runs this place really well.
Mai is the best general manager she is so kind and respectful I love mg skyzone
Great place for kids and adults ....they also have party rooms
PLEASE read this review if you are thinking about having a birthday party here. We had a birthday party for our daughter a week ago and it was completely CHAOTIC. Our host/helper Jack didn’t show up at all and we had to help check in, keep track of 17 kids, guide them to the bathroom and get water, watch their safety, etc. when it was party time we literally had to run through all sections to find them and bring them back to the room. They also didn’t give any wristbands to party kids which made it really hard to recognize kids because everybody jumps has the same color sticker. Nobody was there to help organize the party either. On staff help clean the room afterwards and move the cart and that was all we got. We filled out a survey and he manager Mai Kuan responded right away. She apologized and offered 10 free passes. However, when we expressed that we preferred some sort of refund she just went dark on us and never returned phone calls. Btw, Rhodes passes are only good Mon-Thur which means they are garbage since we don’t go there during weekday plus with $50 annual pass we can go anytime.Very disappointed with this location and their service, very stressful party on parents, horrible and frustrated experience. Definitely not recommend anybody having birthday party there.
Kids enjoyed the place. Not a total waste of $$$
Great place a lot of climbing areas and open dodgeball I would get the year pass that’s what I got
It was so awesome to jump and climb
Really impressed! Yearly pass for only $50.00! Beverages are expensive though. Gatorade $3.25! Go next door to the Dollar store or across the street to Walmart for beverages. Subway is at Walmart and Icees are only 1 to 2 dollars compared to 4.50 at Sky Zone! My Son and friends love coming here!
Very sporty for kids and very safe and well-trained staffs
Great place, so much fun!!
What a waste of time and money. They’ve only been open for two days. They have been seemingly slow. We took our one, four year olds (2) and seven year old there tonight to jump off some energy. The entire time they got reprimanded for not following the “rules”, which each young employee seemed to enforce differently. With three minutes left of our jump session we were informed that a lot of associates had complained we weren’t following the rules and that we needed to start. That’s when we packed it up. My one year old wasn’t allowed to be on the same square of trampoline as me...? Only three kids were allowed in a huge foam block pit at a time...? Our four year olds were supposed to somehow understand that it was completely unacceptable to share a trampoline square and also couldn’t sit or walk on the mats separating the trampolines even thought that’s where the employees walked and stood...? After being confronted we were completely avoided each time we tried to question how kid friendly this place really is, because it’s not unless you are 10+. It was a waste of time and money. And when they do get busy they better figure out their capacity rules. Because you’ll do more waiting than jumping at this rate. All that to say I have six pair of sky-socks up for grabs because we will never subject our kids to such ridiculousness again. And to the young associate with long hair who seemed to be on a power trip, I hope you don’t last long there because you don’t deserve the position of overseeing kids having fun. There’s a difference between safety rules and inconceivable rules that aren’t even realistic at a place like this. And just a pointer, if you are going to confront someone you should practice looking them in the eyes and be willing to stick around for input, not just flail and yell and run away as soon as you’ve spewed out your words. Anyways, they will never get our business again.
(Original one star changed to four). Toddler Time is an unorganized mess from check in. Cashiers have no understanding on how anything works, they tried to sell us jump passes even though adults during Tot Time are to remain on the pads. So we bring our boys to the jumping area were were trying to help our 2yr old jump when we were reprimanded for being on the trampoline, here is where things get biased. As I witnessed other parents being reprimanded for helping their kids, (no adult was getting out of control just trying to teach their kids it is tot time after all) I noticed it appears whats not ok for some parents is for other parents. As I then continued to witness others jumping with their kids. After all thats the point of tot time so the littles can have fun without worrying about the big kids... Rules are Rules if thats what they are great everyone should have to follow.UPDATE: (Original one star changed to four) We were able to talk with the Manager before leaving, and she handled our situation in a professional manner.
Nice
Air quality inside is horrible. I doubt they switch on their air system as part of cost cutting.
We want to toddler time today for the first time at this location. We’ve been to Blaine, Oakdale and the old Plymouth multiple times. While the location is ideal and the place is so new and clean the group of 6 moms I was with were very taken back by how overwhelming Corrine was to us and our kids. We all sign liability waivers and are there and present watching our 5 and under kids. Within being there 3 minutes she said of our 4 kids down to talk to them about one child on a trampoline at a time, yes this is a rule, but they were running around chasing each other in a padded trampoline park and occasionally when they’d hit a trampoline at the same time. She was all over them it was so hard to around her and other moms as well were commenting how they were trying to avoid the areas she was in. My 2 year old was running(which she can’t lift her knees yet it’s hardly running) and she came over in a flash to try to talk to her about walking. It’s toddler time at a padded trampoline park and I the mom was walking 2ft behind her lighten up it made the time so tense and less fun. She was also interjecting into conversations multiple times and commenting on whether children were breast fed or formula fed as if it makes a difference in children’s size-just very strange. Even our 4 year olds said they didn’t want to jump by “that lady she’s mean.” All of us moms talked about in the years we’ve been coming to skyzones this is the first time someone is so fussy about the tiniest things and would correct toddlers within 15 seconds as if they’re going to understand. Nobody was doing anything dangerous and the moms were all watching non stop. Now If this was a drop off daycare and she’s watching 30 kids on her own I understand running a tight ship but the adult child ration is 2:1 possibly even 1:1. Made us consider doing our toddler time somewhere else in the future. There was one nice worker who was a guy and she even came over yelling at him that his walkie talkie wasn’t on because she wanted to correct him that he wasn’t running the foam pit by the rules when we were trying to go away from her.
Not enough basketballs for the activities and the worker couldn’t help get any more. 2 activities shut down but plenty of workers just standing around. Not impressed.
Loved the SkyFit class they have on Saturdays from 7:45-8:45
My son absolutely loved it. Already asking to go back.
