Beautiful little park with a cute playground suitable for pre school or kindergarten kids. Nice basketball court and baseball field that means a little grooming. Quiet neighborhood

Great area good people close to town but not too close. Freeway accessible.

Used to be a lot more stoners here. I miss those days. But yeah the park is clean, never crowded, and our neighbors are friendly and inviting. Raymus park may not be the biggest or most exciting in Manteca, but its a nice quiet spot in a good neighborhood.
