The staff here is incredible! Cody was very sweet to my party as well! They are so sweet and attentive! Everyone was so welcoming and the facility was constantly being cleaned! Definitely will be coming back!

Nice place that looks clean, but smells like a well used gym. I have taken my kids to several trampoline parks, but this is the only one I have ever walked into and thought of a boxing gym the moment I entered. This is the only reason it receivedb4 out of 5 stars. Staff was nice and the party rooms and areas were plentiful. My kiddo had a great time and loved the private dodge ball session with just the party goers. The sign on the building is in small letters. I watched several people drive by and have to turn around and come back.

The place is run by teenagers that are socializing more than working and attending customers. The little SIBLINGS of the workers are the ones acting like they own the place and treating the other kids horrible. They cussed out adults and other kids and once the manager knew she did nothing because they were all friends. There needs to be a manager here who is taking their job seriously and tell their friends (who are the disrespectful kids) to behave. The sad part was that all the bad kids were between the ages of 11-15.I will absolutely not come back to this place since there seems to be no real staff and there is no manager that does their job.

Staff members are super nice and helpful. They also have way more to do than most trampoline parks.

We love this Urban Air! It is clean and well-managed and there is plenty for the kids to do. Zip line, ropes course, ninja warrior obstacle course, virtual reality, rock walls, and trampolines mean kids of all ages find something they enjoy doing. Glow birthday parties are also a ton of fun!

Enjoyed it. The kids and grown kids were having so much fun. The attendant was very helpful.

Been coming to this park since it opened. Now the place is a little run down but the most disappointed with the staff. Depending on who is working will determine how much fun your child will have. I would not recommend

Brought the Grandkids to this facility to have some fun an expell some energy. The staff seemed pleasant, however most of them acted as if they didnt want to work. The place was not clean & the bathroom was disgusting. I changed my granddaughter standing up because even the changing table was filthy. Kid prints everywhere & trash. I will pick some place different for our next play date.

You would think with the facility being closed for a while due to Covid-19 they would have deep cleaned the place. Still pretty dirty and smells of feet badly. Teenagers acting obnoxious and one of them told my son 7 year old son “Don’t look at me”. I thought y’all were going to require parents for all aged kids? He was too scared to play after that. This place is ran by teenagers and no mature adult leadership in sight. Think I’ll cancel my son’s membership and find a better ran facility.

I love this place for the kids, my son truly have a great time getting rid of all the energy. The reason I’m giving it a 3 star is management needs to hire a few more adult staff. This entire establishment is operated by teenagers who are socializing with their friend more than working. I do not have a problem with teenagers working, so please don’t think I’m saying they should be fired. More accountability and supervision is needed. My other issue is, this place is unkept. There’s no one on duty to clean during the busy time. I’m here on a Saturday afternoon with several birthday parties in progress and tons of kids and no one to clean up accidents. There is a water or soda spill in the busy area where kids are running back and forth to the different play areas and it has been there for over 2 hours; I met it there when I arrived and it is still there, and this is not the only spill I see. I went to the ladies restroom and only 1 of the 4 stalls has toilet tissue. This is supposed to be family friendly and most of all a safe place kids; totally unacceptable. Management needs to do better.

I LOVE the Mansfield location b/c they have the best customer service. Its fun and worth the money. The food is just ok and not worth the money though.

Dont go here, we paid for the ultimate package and the employee said we could order food, then comes back and said thry couldnt due to iven has been broking. Fooors werw so sticky and not clean at all. The employee wasnt around half the time and new employees didnt know anything. Never coming back

This place is disgusting. The bathrooms are like a scene from a horror movie. The floors and tables were sticky. The food options suck. The whole place smells like feet. Dont come here unless you have no sense of smell.

My baby had an amazing birthday party here the host was wonderful and everything was super fun all the guests left happy :)The pricing was decent and the customer service was wonderful they really try to make sure you leave happy. There is plenty to do here from rock climbing, dodgeball,regular jumping areas, zip line, obstacle courses,a virtual reality area, a foam pit and kid designed areas with slides and such like mcdonalds. They serve food here as well and also sell souvenirs. The keep its really clean here and the restrooms are clean as well they have a women, men and family bathroom and cubicles to put your stuff as well as many sitting areas and massage chairs. It really is fun for all ages. I bring my kids here as often as I can because we always have loads of fun.

The staff was great. Friendly and fast. I just couldnt believe how dirty the place has become. The bathroom was worst than an old gas station and had no soap or paper towels. You have to buy socks which I actually like but with sticky floors was super gross. Really hope they get back to a cleaner facility

Fun time with the kids but man those workers act as if they dont want to help you. Listen you wanted a job and you got this one. You know you need to help people get socks. Next time I may have to get them myself is there is going to be an issue. I didnt let that stop me from having fun with my babies.

Just had daughters birthday party there and we had a blast! Mostly all the staff was wonderful and friendly. Our party host was awesome and the facility is very safety cautious. We will be back!

Some of the staff were clearly not happy to be at work and didnt pay attention when someone was at the desk. An older boy hit my son in the face intentionally with a ball and his parents were nowhere to be found so be careful with your little children if they play in an area of older kids. The place was clean. My son and I had a great time.

We decided to have a birthday party here tonight. The establishment is disgusting. Floors are sticky (enter the bathroom at your own risk). The staff is lazy. There was only one girl at the register, with pink hair, she was telling the kids she was out of change, and keeping their change. There was obviously no management since the other staff were just standing around taking to each other. They didn’t even acknowledge one of the birthday boys, so he missed out on the VR game (that we payed for) Our party host didn’t help with the pizza or cake. Teenagers pushed one of our kids to the ground, were cussing like sailors, and making smart remarks to adults. No parents or staff around to supervise. This establishment needs some serious management help. I don’t recommend this place at all and will not be back.

I have a private event for special needs students at the Mansfield location and the staff could not have been more amazing. They were very patient with the students. a special thank you to Adrian for bearing with me checking all our 200 students and staff into the facility. I would also like to thank the young lady that helped translate for me and Seth for keeping the students safe while they were climbing the rock wall.

Very dirty. Floors wet and sticky. There was chicken wing bones and empty bags of chips in the toddler play area. The whole place smelled horrible and instead of cleaning there was kids walking around spraying febreeze. The bathroom smelled discusting and this was after they were cleaned right before closing. The problem with this trampoline park is that it is ran by very young irresponsible teenagers. I observed a girl clean the toddler area. She walked in with Clorox wipes and some spray. All she did was spray a little then walked out. Did not even open the wipes. The slides had some sticky film and nothing was done to clean them.

Will only go back for a kids birthday but this place is messy, ran by teenagers, poorly organized and just kinda chaotic all together. The engineering is poor. The bounce areas are difficult to get out of for the kids..I am disappointed for as expensive as it is. There was not an adult in site or manager.. Seems off for a place that large to be ran solely by kids..Also, the lines are very long you pay at a keosk and then have to wait again to get your socks.. Strange organization.. Doesnt really make sense. And I saw others just as easily frustrated..Needs vending machines for waters and drinks.Also it smells!!No soap in the bathrooms.Sigh.. I hate to give a bad review but its simply the truth. I hope they improve!!!

Great experience for kids to gain confidence by challenging themselves despite their natural athletic abilities. Fun and safe for kids and adults (who are still kids at heart)! Great group activities! The kids group activities promotes positive communication and team building. Clean facility. Helpful staff. Great place to spend with family for fun, laughter and exercise!

Most people would say I’m a trustworthy kid and so my parents drop me off there either Friday or Saturday most weeks alaong with some friends but now they have a rule that you need a parent or guardian or be over 18 Years old once it’s 6:00 so me and my friends can’t go anymore

My kids had a lot of fun and so did my adult bf lol I would love to rate this higher but honestly, the ball pit is not very hygienic. There need to be stairs and staff at the end of each obstaclecourse.A lady got stuck on the zip line swing and PATRONS were the ones aiding in her.I feel this place should not be for all ages simply bc some areas are too difficult for little ones. Its great for big kids.My overall impression was not awful but not great. The place needs more often clean up and staff. Please fix the hygiene level of this place so I would want to bring my kids back again. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I was there Saturday January 25th for my grandsons birthday party. They lost our reservation so we waited 30 minutes for a table. The manager was in his early 20s and the oldest adult there. The kids working the concession stand were rude playing around with older kids (friends) so it took forever to get our pizzas. People including me, just walked up and asked for our pizzaswith no receipt and were just handed wherever was laying there. There were absolutely NO employees watching either door. People came in and out of the emergency doors.There were no employees watching the climbing maze that had large and very small children in them.The manager did comp alot of the party . We will definitely not be going there again.

Lots of fun activities for the kids. Pizza was much later than promised for the birthday party, but no other issues.

My grandchildren had a great time at this park. Nice playing areas to choose from. Some of the staff can use more training with working with children.

I have been bringing my kids here every weekend for about a year and a half. They love the options they have to enjoy and we spend hours here and never get bored. Most of the staff are great, always a couple of new faces and management seems to be on top of things. Anytime I have an issue everyone is always willing to work with me and make things better. I have had one party here and it was reasonably priced and staff were very accommodating. All in all a very well rounded place, the tech is the only thing thats a problem with machines going down alot but it doesnt take away from the staff and how good they are.

Awesome experience and serve as the most fun time for my autistic 3 year old boy. It was my first time and I visited as a free 2 hours hosted by House of Hope of Autism and I m really thankful to them for this opportunity

Management is clearly lacking. not a lot of workers at the front desk, so the ones who do work are very overwhelmed. Brandon and Briana are excellent workers and try to compensate for the lack of help, but overall there is lots to work on.

I really enjoyed this place on a weekday when they opened because my kids had the place to themselves. I think places like this are fun but expensive and usually dirty. I was pleasantly surprised with how clean it was inside.

I was at this establishment today and the staff was super nice but the managers were very rude and had bad attitudes. Aaron the head manager was yelling at kids to go away as they were dogs and not humans. Then the girl manager Madison was giving everyone rude looks and threatened to call the cops on kids for wanting to ask a question to her then she said no and told them to give them there member number to band them for “causing a commotion” she says. i do not recommend going to this place

So while i was there the manager cut a kids wrist and didnt do nothing about it. While I was walking in I had my previous food in my bag and about to put it up but it got tooken upAnd said u will get it back when u leave and did the same thing a couple minutes later.

Poorly managed and just overall dingy. I’m very unimpressed with this location. The staff is rude or indifferent. Nobody is supervising the stations other than the rock climbing and the sky roller. There is staff at the other stations, but they aren’t watching or enforcing any rules. They seem to be on their phones or staring at the walls. The children are allowed to do whatever they want, act any way they want. It’s not safe for the smaller kids. I will not be back. I’ll try a different location or just not spend my money with Urban Air.

The staff is rude and inconsiderate. One of the workers would not allow me to jump as I wasn’t wearing socks even though multiple people were not wearing socks or their “urban air socks”. The employees act as if they don’t want to be here. I went as a group with a bunch of my friends and she fell off one of the rock climb structures. The guy that was watching us saw that she fell, but didn’t come and help her instead he helped the kids that was just sitting there. He also did not know how to get the harness off. Before that, three of the staff members we talking about us. They kept giving us dirty looks. Also the staff isn’t helping our friend who’s hurt.

We have lived in Mansfield, TX for 15 months and this is one place that my kids love to come. Also, the unlimited offer that they are offering is phenomenal. My kids come here everyday and the staff are very friendly. This is definitely a destination for the whole family.

I was trying to wait and see if they would resolve but since every single person I’ve spoken with hasn’t here’s the real review.The place is not well kept. It’s smells like feet and old carpet.Workers are unprofessional.Cashier stole my debit card and management didn’t do anything to assist me besides give empty promises when the guy is clearly on surveillance taking it.Apparently it’s a thing for them to not return your card after paying unless you remind them, when my card was stolen I was shown about 5 other cards that I could’ve picked from if I had been a crook like the cashier.I would never pay to visit this location again. Corporate is pointless they can’t help with anything that goes on at the park. Spent $20 to have a debit card with over 5k on it stolen.This company doesn’t seem to care about the patrons. Allowing unprofessional stealing people to work for the company.

First and last time. They don’t have coffee no bottles of water, it is freezing. I bought the deluxe tickets which include the tubes, to find out when we arrive that it is closed.Waste of time.We are not enjoying it.

This location is a friendly and professional environment. The staff is helpful and assists the guests with all their needs and concerns. We have a membership here and it is definitely worth every dollar! I would recommend anyone to come here for a fun and Happy atmosphere.

We bought our sons memberships here and they have proven worth every penny. Both boys love that there is so much more to do than just trampolines. Great alternative to an obscene amount of screen time on rainy days. Naps and early bedtimes after playing are just a sweet little cherry added on top.

I brought my 9 year old son and his friend here for the first time and had an amazing time. They had so many different attractions to keep them entertained. We’ll definitely be making a trip back for his next birthday party.

My family had a great time here at Urban Air, the restrooms were clean, the pizza and snacks were good and there were plenty of different activities too keep the kids busy for hours! The only issue I had was they were short staffed so our wait time to get in was long and the wait time on the food was long.

The facility is understaffed by incompetent teenagers. A good manager/supervisor would make all the difference in the world. Unorganized check in, long concession lines/wait, ran out of youth sized socks which they require you to buy, trash everywhere.... Unfortunate since my kids enjoy the place. Hopefully the owners will fix the issues.

Kids think its fun and it usually is really fun. However, I was really disappointed today when I took my young kids. The place was a mess! Food crumbs on several trampolines, trash, random socks, sticky gum on slide, filthy orange pads and more. I took pictures because it was bad. I am not sure if your cleaning crew missed their shift but definitely not planning to go back for a while now. Standing in your jump house and looking around you cant avoid seeing all the trash. Please clean it! Thanks!

We love the addition of the Sky Rider and the Obstacle Course. The memebership is worth the investment. Our daughter loves it. Great place for birthdays as well. Lance is a great party host. He motivates the children to enjoy themselves as well as build confidence on the Ropes course.

Do not go to this location. It is unsafe for your kids. No managment. Kids watching kids. If you have teenagers dont let them go alone, if there is a fight ( everyone starts fighting) noone can stop it from happening. It is not the staff fault they are also kids. It starts with management!!!! Any manager or owner that allows the safety of other kids to be in jeopardy at any time is not a place you want to have your kids or if you drop them off period!!!!!!!!! There is no safety control!!!!! Anything can happen and trust me if you dont wanna be the parents that have to stop all this from happening, dont go. No person, persons should have to feel like they have to be the safety net and can potentially get hurt!!! I am not the type to usually type a review but as a parent I have to say my truth and my experience. It is not okay. Your kids are just not safe!!!!!!!!!!!! I has to hit a star to give a review but it is a zero for me.

Waste of money. Wall climb was closed, dodgeball was closed, hour and a half wait for pizza. Will be going to Altitude for now on.

This place is pretty cool. Pizza is great! Just have to say the first thing I noticed when I walked into the foyer was that it smells like a dirty wet carpet, which was a huge turn off to me. Im already skeptical of the cleanliness of this type of place to begin with then to smell that on the way in. Not good. Restrooms were clean and staff was very nice. All and all a nice place for a bday.

I took advantage of their platinum attractions package which included unlimited access to the virtual reality experience. My eldest was most stoked about this feature. All in all we had a blast! I drowned in the ball pit a few times, mostly on purpose, just letting the kid inside me live again! I most definitely recommend bringing the little ones to burn off some steam!

We paid about $100 all-access for 10yo, 6yo, toddler, and one parent to play for two hours. Pros: 10yo and 6yo mostly enjoyed it. Cons: Nothing for littles; apathetic employees left dodgeballs broken/understocked, wouldnt zipline kids until I spoke to mgr about partial refunds; slipping safety pads left unsecured; broken/missing equipment (e.g., basketball hoop, ball pit structures); in two hours never saw anything cleaned, dirty restrooms corroded and filthy, tables sticky and crummy with dishes stacked on broken side shelves, floors also sticky and scattered with crumbs and trash; endless alarm on massage chairs (occupant not paying for massage) sounds like truck forever backing up. Have been to vastly superior area competitors.

Today we had our summer camp come to Urban Air in Mansfield and it was an awesome experience. The kids had a lot of fun doing all the different jumping pits, obstacle courses, and ball pit stuff. Would definitely recommend other camps coming and checking out Urban Air.

Urban air Mansfield is a wonderful park. All of the employees are so helpful and kind and are always on task. The managers are super awesome and make sure the park is always its best. I really recommend!

This is the go to place in Mansfield for your kiddos. My kids absolutely love the place and will select this location above any other family entertainment facility. Ive purchased jump passes and they are worth every penny!!

4-stars for the fact that the kids had a great time and Nene the party host. 1.5 for the cold customer service of manager Madison. Rude, dismissive and seemingly no desire to share or become informed of concession item prices.

About 2 weeks ago I went to Urban air and it was absolutely horrible waited for 30 minutes for the virtual reality the place was very dirty staff was very unprofessional people were playing behind the counter I was being ignored by the counter girl while she was talking about what was on Facebook with her friend. However I did receive two free tickets to come back to the place which I did today it was slightly more cleaner staff was definitely more professional people were not playing behind the counter and I saw a staff member picking up stuff off the floor. This place is slightly better but it has a lot of work to do.

Madison and Alexa came by to check on me and my kids! Such great service and staff. The kids love it. Definitely recommend if your kids need to burn off energy and stay out of the Texas heat!

When you first walk in it smells really bad! On top of that you don’t feel welcomed! The staff doesn’t ask “how may I assist you or not even a friendly hello” they all walk around frowning like they’re ready to go and don’t want to be here.Sitting in here now as I type this in over hear a conversation between the workers saying they’re going to act like they swept and mopped so they can go home.Don’t get me started on the food! We placed our order it was rung up wrong first off, second the lady tell us 2 minutes later they’re out of pizza sauce so we replaced it with something else. Third we waited 1 hour then finally go ask how long...she told us “the oven stopped working but it’s almost done” so we waited a total of two hours for a corn dog, fries, wings and tenders. On a Wednesday and it’s far from packed here!Only thing good about this place is kids can play other then that the staff customer service sucks and the energy is off!! I recommend collins location!

My 10 year old and I have memberships at the Mansfield location so we go there often. Its a great location and he really enjoys his time there. Staff is friendly as well. Highly recommended.Deducted one star because they do seem to have an issue keeping the obstacle course up and running. There are three lanes and the one for the smallest kids has been broken for quite a while.

The wait to check-in is very long. The staff would not give my children their snack that came with their season pass without standing in the line that takes 45 minutes. Only two staff members were working. We have always come without socks and now we HAVE to have socks to jump. It is getting less and less enjoyable to visit. We will be cancelling our season passes.

Not bad, but you have to wear socks that cost 5$ but still, its worth it.

First visit today. Clean. Helpful. Even massage chairs for the parents you can use. Much more than just trampolines. We will be back.

Cool place, Michelle managing the sky rider on this day is awesome, she had so much patience with the kids and making sure they were safe. Pizza was great and fresh, just please open another cash register at the food court to avoid the long line.

Urban air Mansfield is a great place to be. All the workers and managers are wonderful! I would definitely recommend coming here with your kids it is a great and fun experience to have.

This location has gone way downhil and is so poorly run, we will never return. One monitor walking around for over 100 people. No one enforcing posted rules. Its dangerous! I asked for a manager, as I can see employees standing around talking. The manager is a 17 year old high school student. The owner clearly does not care about the safety of your kids one bit. Sad, because we used to like coming here.

12/27/19 Will not be back. All of the high schoolers got in for free basically. The staff allowed them to wrestle while the younger kids played and were recording it! My kids were playing dodgeball and ome of the staff members came in and took all of the balls to give to her friends to play! (High schoolers) Once asked where the manager was I was told her left and it was 745! The bathrooms were nasty. The floors had spills everywhere. Come at your own risk!

Always enjoy bring my daughter out here. Park is so much fun the staff is awesome there too. We don’t even have to leave they offer some good snacks. Will be back for sure.

Horrible service. They are very slow at the counter. Have no sense of urgency. I ordered food and was told it would take 12 mins. 25 minutes later i go to check and they never put in my order. I asked for my money back

Well we went there tonight 7/2/19 and the two black guys where just a chatting away then my daughter was confused on how to get back when she was done with the obstacle course. The the boy yells go around “oh my God” Very rude I will definitely not be back to this place. Oh I also seen people walking into the restroom with their socks on from jumping then go back and jumping all on the trampolines. Very Discussing!!! The 2 hostess we had for the party were awesome girl/guy

I love this location. We have 2 memberships and i bring my 2yr old here for toddler time every wed and Friday. She absolutely loves the staff here. Always nice asks clean.

Update, Brought all four of my kids today. The place is still very dirty, no soap in the bathrooms ( just sanitizer) and staff is all teenagers.We were the only ones there! Fair price for 5 and under, a little dirty.
