A well designed museum! Very informative and interactive, great for adults and kids. Very spacious, easy to practice social distancing. Sells cedar crest ice cream, float and coffee.$16 per adult, thought it was expensive at first, but totally worth it! :)

For the price it isnt worth it! The building and the pictures are nice, the place is clean. There was 1 calf for viewing, i thought we would see more, and no one was there to tell us about the calf, how many hours old it was etc.The outside tour was cancelled due to covid which is understandable, but then money should have been discounted. $16.00 a person is too much.

My husband & I visited here on our way home from a weekend in Green Bay. It was early March so little cold outside but they have a small playground at this very new attraction. Inside a small gift shop & diner are on first floor along w/birthing center where we did see Sophia a less then 2 hr old calf. There is also a small amphitheater & a life size cow you can milk. Upstairs (there is an elevator too) is filled with a large array of different types of farming & animal interactive labs for kids of all ages to try out. My husband really liked the 1 of 2 John Deere tractors you could drive through the field planting corn, harvesting, etc. We will be bringing grandkids here in the late spring or summer.

Such a cool place. Our kids (3 and 8) had a blast and as grownups, learning about the farm processes, especially water and waste management techniques on large farms was really interesting. Highly recommend!

This museum is so nice. As an adult, I didn’t find it too interesting. But it is very interactive for children. I would say the coolest part is the simulator for harvesting crops. It is very well put together and very clean. They also had a birthing pen where there was a cow that gave birth while we are there.

The staff here is very welcoming, kind, and helpful. The interactive upstairs was very interesting and I learned a lot. It was very calm and quiet when I went on a Wednesday in January. I think it’s very important that we learn about farming here in Wisconsin and the food and other products that we put out into the world. Plus if you’re visiting from out of state, it’s important to note that they sell New Glarus in the gift shop

Amazing place dedicated to the education on the importance of agriculture in Wisconsin. There are many interactive exhibits. A lot to read. But very informative. If one gets there at the right time they can witness the miracle of seeing a calf be born.

Wow! This new farm museum really exceeded my expectations. Admission isnt cheap (adults $16 I believe) but includes a tour of a nearby farm. And a chance to see a calf born!! (We just missed it, but saw the calf before shed even dried off.) Lots of good hands-on exhibits, a nice farm-to-table cafe and a decent gift shop.

Our family had such a wonderful experience here today! We got to see a calf being born in the birthing center and my kids even got to name him, which made it extra special! Our children are 7,4 and 2 and we ended up spending 4hrs there. They loved the combine harvester simulation, the kinetic sand, bus tour, video on maple syrup and of course the ice cream! The staff is awesome! We learned so much and are looking forward to another visit in the future!

FUN! Kids loved it. A little heavy on the text for each exhibit, but my 8,6 and 3 year old enjoyed it. Loved the bus tour of a real farm and the birth of a calf! LOVED the food in the cafe. Its restaurant quality. My son said its the best pancakes hes ever had in his life :)

We stopped here on our way home today because of all the cafe signs along the freeway and figured it was worth a look. The good:-Very kind staff-Clean-Some interesting exhibits (Kinetic sand, topography map!)-Great gift shopThe not as good:-Expensive for the amount to do in the center, and if you are only there for a short time/miss the farm tour. (However, I didnt mind because it goes to a good cause, but I did see a lot of folks leave because of it.)-No changing tables in bathrooms, at least up in the exhibit area, which is disappointing for a new facility geared at families.-The separate, cafe hours were not posted anywhere obvious when we came in (not on entry doors), so we missed our opportunity for actual food by an hour and had to go elsewhere. Had we known they dont serve until 5:00, we would have done the center second. Make sure to check the website, not the doors!Obviously, it is still very new, so hopefully some little changes will be made! We will be back.

This was a lot of fun. My kids thoroughly enjoyed learning about farms here. The 3D sandbox, on the second floor, was a big hit. We also had the pleasure of witnessing a live calf birth. We thought we would miss it but they were nice enough to make an announcement to inform us to head to the observation area. The gift shop and Cafe were great as well. The food and ice cream was VERY good. All of the staff were friendly and informative. Will visit again soon.

So wonderful! I wasnt prepared to be as impressed as I was. Great presentation of agriculture importance. Many interactive displays. I really liked them myself but the children that were visiting loved them. I played the harvesting game. Harvested over 45 bushels. Didnt get to experience a calf being born. Not sure I really want to. Tour of the actual working farm was really something. Only disappointment was that the restaurant was not open. We wanted to have lunch there but had to settle for a cone. Ice cream was very tasty though. Worth the visit. I will go back and do recommend to all. Theres something for everyone.

A great tribute to Wisconsin and its wonderful agriculture industry. I hope this place receives enough visitors to learn about what Wisconsin has to offer. Not as little kid friendly as I had hoped especially for the price, but a nice option for older kids.I hope they remove the fencing from the playground as we could not see our son while he played if we sat on the benches. Also, it felt like we shouldnt be in the play area since it was so secure and hidden.

Great place to take school-aged kids; lots of fun interactive displays and exhibits (pretty good experience for the adults, too.)Also had a great tour of a modern and well-run dairy operation nearby. They just recently opened up, and I imagine that it will be a work in progress with many new and interesting developments as they move forward.Ill look forward to returning in the future to see more about whats happening in the world of agriculture.

The grandparent annual membership is the way to go for those in the area who have 4 or more angels to entertain. Especially if you plan to come back. Our four 10-13 year olds thought the kinetic sand box was the BEST and the corn combine simulators were a close second. Getting to see a calf being born was icing on the cake. Even though I have been a farm wife for many years, I was still blown away by the information and entertainment assembled here. Kudos! A must see for all ages.

This place will bring more interest to the agricultural industry of Wisconsin. Im glad its coming so close to the place that I call home. For the individual who says it blocks view out of their kitchen window, I question if they enjoy looking at the interstate or if they dont fully understand how this place would help share knowledge of the agricultural industry. My girlfriend and I cant wait until its opening.
