Its a amazing place, like a YMCA w/0 the price tag, basketball court, gym, inside pool, outside waterpark

Called before we came to make sure the indoor and outdoor pool was open, was told yes it was. Got here and only the outside was open. It was pouring rain so went back inside to ask about the indoor pool, the guy at the desk said he would open it for us, called someone on the phone and was told he could not....so for $11 we were there a total of 4 mins and was not allowed a refund or anything. All would have been fine if would have been told from the BEGINNING on the phone that the indoor pool was closed!!! Will not be returning

Weekend admission for non members is on 5 bucks . Not bad for a day if fun in the sun

Fun place for swimming, working out, or basketball, among other things it offers. The outdoor pool has fun slides and a stuff for smaller kids too.

Great prices at their food stand,I enjoy that they dont close down for maintenance instead they have a 10-minute break for the kids to relax for a little bit and the employees to and that they have an indoor and outdoor pool if you feel like getting a little warm from the cold pool thats outside theres enough room to relax and enjoy the day the best time my kids have had

They dont have flexibility on what they call the family membership it only covers a exact numbers of people! Everybodys family different duhh... o and thy only had the outside pool open

Some of the staff can be rude! Some of the people that go there dont clean machines when they get off. Staff doesnt keep an eye on things. Little expensive when there are cheaper gyms in town.

I go swimming 3 days a week. Love the indoor pools. Exceptionally well cared for facility.

The facility itself is nice but the caliber of people that hang out there leaves something to be desired. Someone stole my vgranddaughters clothes while she was swimming. The sad part is she is only nine, it was cold outside and she had to leave wrapped in a towel. The clothes were zipped in our backpack but I made the mistake of leaving it in the dressing room while we were at the pool. So if you dont lock it up better take it with you. This has never happened to us at this Center before so I guess we have been lucky!!

Almost every time we go, the staff are so rude. This last time it was ridiculous. The manger aggressively and harshly spoke to us almost yelling after we came downstairs saying things such as You cant be playing around upstairs. Ok, we are paying customers. We can use the facilities if we want because we paid. Yes we were under 18 but we were following all the rules and didnt go where we werent supposed to. I saw no reason behind him being so rude about things other than in his eyes we were probably just some kids and kids cause trouble. If it werent for the fact that our school makes us go on field trips there, I would not go again.

Considering the huge responsibility the rec has assumed caring for coffee county families and kids during the covid pandemic nothing less than a five star rating will suffice.

Lil expensive for the little ones to swim, but had a good time. The therapeutic pool was awesome! All and all great place to take the family.

I love this place. I always have an amazing time. However, they need to work on their website. It does not have the correct pool schedule. Were drove from 20 miles away only to get there and find out the pool was closed even though I checked the website ahead of time to be sure. Then the lady at the desk argued with me whether the website hours were correct or not.

Lifeguards should stay off there phones.

Always love our visit. Amazing in door, warmed, kiddie pool that we enjoy all year. The most amazing outdoor pool I have ever seen with slides and water falls. We also enjoy the in door walking track as well as the amazing outdoor walks through the park.

I love their pools the outdoor pool is connected to the indoor pool so if it’s stormy outside you can just get out and walk through the doors to the inside pool and keep on swimming

Me and my kids had fun and enjoy it. When we came for a visit to Manchester . We recommend is Recreation Center and wished more counties in Tennessee would have places like this for kids to come that is cheap and be able to afford it and had something to do during the summer this is very nice and enjoyable and relaxing I will be back one day thank you.

Can never get in on the “right” times for the indoor pool. And whenever I forget why I don’t go there for swimming, then I call and am reminded why...like today the pool closes at 1pm and doesn’t open back up! It seems they are actively trying to keep people from using this facility. Ridiculous pool schedule. And by the way, don’t go off of what you see online, you better call if you want the actual schedule. Bad information/confusing, and bad hours of operation...I have only been a few times, because it’s so hard to fit into regular schedule.

At this place it was AMAZING the slides and the food is awesome!!! I would totally always come here if I could!️

This is the best water park in the Tennessee

The hours of operation are extremely difficult to work with because of my work schedule. They close way sooner than my previous gym membership and also open an hour later than the norm. Times are even worse on the weekends... PLEASE extend your hours. I see plenty of people there right before you close. The selection of weights is small and most of the equipment is run down and barely works. The places always smells unpleasant. And to top it all off, the kids basically take this place over in swarms. They are literally EVERYWHERE so much so I cant ever seem to enjoy myself there. Especially when the parents never pay attention or watch them. If Manchester had more fitness centers, I would definitely go somewhere else, but sadly this is the best Manchester has to offer.

This place has an awesome indoor pool area that includes diving boards...a wonderful heated therapy pool for adults...and a heated kiddy pool for kids..again cheap entertainment for the whole family.they also have a outdoor pool that has slides..a lazy river..volleyball..and snack bar reasonably priced. outdoor pool opens in summer.

I wished it was open 24 hours. Sometimes its too crowded. Has everything you need for a good workout. It has a nice indoor track for walking and jogging. There is an indoor swimming pool. There is also racket ball courts. There is a play area outside with water slides. There is indoor basketball courts

Spacious, clean, friendly and easy to get to.

The therapy pool was cold as usual. Use to have a lot of handicapped people use it plus individuals that need to do therapy. But no longer. Cold water does nothing for you but get sick. Plus today kids are back they left outside doors open so cold area oon inside became real cold letting out the heat in the pool area. Very disappointing.

The facilities are very nice. Annual subscription is the best bargain in Coffee County.

Great place to take your children, also a good place for work out with a large variety of equipment and I good inside walking track with air conditioning in the summer and heat in the winter. Kids love the water park, and inside Olympic size pool. They also have a therapeutic pool for you that my have aches and pains.

Love this place. Does so much for the community.

Feasible and perfect. The staff was great and facility was very clean. No nickels present, only white families that were clean. The water was oilless and perfect. The air smelled great. We had a great experience... Keep the nickels out. We love you Manchester...

I dont get out a whole lot. But went here and decided to get a membership. It has so much to offer in terms of fitness and fun.

Came to go swim and the life guards cant hardly breathe because theyre swallowing their whistle. Literally no fun is allowed in the pool. All you hear is constant whistle blowing. Other than the life guards its great. But dont plan on having fun in the pools.

Great place...my kid loves the outdoor water park, and I love the heated, indoor therapy pool.

Great place to get a work out, friendly atmosphere, a membership is well worth everything they have to offer for a healthy stay fit. Also great hot pool for all your aches with full size pool for those that like to swim and a kids pool outside with sliding boards

Me and my family have had some great experiences going to the rec center a few times, but this most recent time we went one of the lifeguards was sleeping on the job. I think that is very unprofessional. but I love the place so much I will go many times again!

Although a tad pricey for a day of swimming for 5, the pool is nice and clean.

My family and I absolutely adore the MRC! Everyone is very welcoming and so helpful. The facility is extremely impressive- especially for such a small town! Thank you to all who devote their efforts to this establishment! Our lives would NOT be the same without this place!!

Awesome 4th of July

I participate in the star triathlon here every year and really enjoy it. Its a very nice facility.

Beware, you have to pay to enter the swimming area, even if you are not swimming. My son is not old enough to be left, so I am expected to pay even though Im not swimming, in order to chaperone. With that said, there isnt Wi-Fi, and there is NEVER enough seating, so plan to sit on the hard concrete or in the grass, or plan ahead and bring your own seating. Honestly, I dont know why they cant give the people that are chaperoning and not using the facilities a different colored ban. On a positive note, the pool and facility are clean and my kiddo always has a blast.

Can never get in on the right times dont go by what the internet says because they change their hours without notice the pool closes before 5 p.m. Ive never been able to get in because private parties that are not posted or schedule changes I wouldnt even give it one start if I could

Great place for the family, however if youre going to lift weights you can only expect the minimum in terms of equipment.
