Boy 10 & 12 year olds love this place! They would jump for hours!

There are kids who got in my way while doing a cartwheel on a trampoline and I kicked them by accident and almost broke my arm

I was taking here for my birthday. I am 53 years old and my grandchildren took me here, my daughter didnt think I would like it. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT!!! I just wish there was a park closer to plymouth, I would go every day. So much fun and all that exercise you dont even realize your doing because your just having fun..till you feel your muscles that are sore the next day. Lol

It is a really fun place for the kids to have fun, and all the staff are very polite and kind and very helpful it’s a truly great place for kids to have fun and the owner is very kind and attentive and helps you and your kids experience to be better there.

Had my daughters birthday party here and it was amazing! All the kids had a wonderful time and the adults did too! The party room was awesome, our host Adrienna was very accommodating and super sweet. I highly recommend this place for parties!!

A big warehouse style building filled with trampolines! You can free jump or play games like dodgeball and wipe out or try the obstacle course. So much to choose from with great prices. Had a lot of fun!

AMAZING fun! Been a few times and always had a blast.2 stars because of their injury response. I broke a bone there recently and the staff were very unhelpful. One told me they couldn’t get the wheelchair down a hallway and I had to hop there - the manager came and was like “what are you doing? Wait for the wheelchair” because it DOES fit. Manager hovered while I waited for someone to come bring me to urgent care - never once asked me if I was OK. Took my sticker and said he would call me to check in.. never called. I wouldn’t have expected him to, but it was rude to say you’ll call and then not call.He was too busy insisting there was no way my leg was broken because it didn’t change colors (10 minutes after the fall) to show consideration.P.S. it is broken. Train your staff to have better injury response - would have given more stars if not for that experience!!

Great time playing with the kids until a mass of poorly supervised children interrupted the fun. My 8 year old daughter was hit twice by children that just ran obliviously onto occupied trampolines. After the second time, we decided to leave. Even my 3 year old understands the concepts of one person per trampoline and how to wait his turn. The staff were quick to bring my daughter ice when she got injured after the first incident, though. Thankful for that!

The kids always have a great time here! They have added new equipment and games and they are great. Even my 3 year old has plenty to do and has a great time! The staff is wonderful. They helped my little one play the games he had trouble with and when he had no one to play dodge ball with the attendent jumped right in to play with him and got really into it. Everyone is friendly and wonderful. My kids always ask to go! It was great to see they are still adding and improving as well. Love it!

There is no staff walking around at all times to make sure rules are in use. I went there yesterday and a kid heavier than me went in my square and went down further. That led to me spraining my ankle and crying while no staff noticed and even cared i would say if you want your kid to be safe and not get injured make sure that there will be staff walking around on check rather than talking with other employees.

Our 9 year old had his birthday party here and had a blast! We had our own host (Christian) who helped us get settled in, served pizza and cake and kept kids entertained during their jump break. It was our 1st time, much more to do than it looks from the website.

The kids had an amazing time last weekend. might take them back if theyre in September some time. I had a blast too, felt like a kid again :)

We went because there was a deal over Winter Break. It was the same price for the whole day as it was for just two hours. We got there early and there were hardly any people there. Even later in the day as the place filled up, it never felt too crowded. My only complaint is the price. I was charged the same price for my 20 month old as I was for my 8 and 11 year old. I feel like there should have been a reduced price since shes so little and can hardly use the place like the older kids could. I would never have paid that price to just take her but I did so that the bigger kids had something fun to do. The staff was friendly and good with the kids. I just feel like it was a lot of money. We cant really afford to go unless there are specials because I needed a ticket to help the toddler (and even though shes not old enough to go on things by herself she is still the same price as me a d the big kids) it was $100

Clean & organized facility, professional & friendly staff. Good variety of activities, and the equipment was in good condition.We went for a birthday party, and they did a good job with that. Our hostess was efficient and did a great job with the kids. Well definitely be back!

Eli was amazing! He interacted a lot with us making an amazing and memorable experience for us. Definitely coming back the days that he works.

What a fun family place the new Wipe Out is so fun.... Glow jump is on Friday and Saturday night is interesting.... 5 stars great for all ages.....

Went here for the first time and was so impressed. The layout was great. There was a good amount of people there and it didnt feel crowded at any point. Adults and children will have a great time here. You will find the owner very attentive making sure all his customers are having a good time! Clean and great condition. Encouraged him to open a Skyzone in the Lakes Region. WHEN it happens you have to visit... Will not be disappointed!!!

I would give negative stars if I could. I sent my kids with free 30 min passes I got a few years ago from one of their parties, the cashier told them no, I asked for a manager. The manager said they were stolen when in fact they were not and rolled her eyes at my kids and was beyond rude and disrespectful. I send my kids here weekly and if problem is not resolved I will never go to this location again. I would rather drive 20 minutes to Nashua! Horrible customer service.

Awesome people work here, we felt so invited. Went out of their way to accommodate my 3 year old. Place is clean, food is fresh and cheap, almost like its here for us to enjoy without making a massive profit. Highly recommend, of course.

The equipment is in good shape, but staff is inattentive, lazy, and busy flirting with each other. Management offered future visits for free, which was appreciated, but unlikely we will take them up on the offer. I should mention that the manager addressed the issue promptly and directly. To the credit of the staff, they owned their actions and did correct the issues.

Great for the kids or even adults to get some fun exercise. They have a fairly difficult obstacle course. Fun!

Vanessa was a really great with all the kids. She would play with them and keep them busy. Shes a great person to have a conversation with as well. She made my children very happy.

Fun place but alot of undesirable riff raff.

Place was clean and well staffed. I found a good spot to watch from. There was a very large summer camp group that overran the place the entire time we were there.

Fun for both kids and parents and Always clean. No arcades or screens make it the best. Only downside would be that on the ninja course whomever is running it has different rules/flow.

First time there my grand daughter got seriously hurt there. In my opinion everything should be well padded. It is not! Fractured her nose and needs surgery!! Not good!

The kids were there for an hour and I decided 30 minutes I could handle myself, it was so much fun we all burned all of our energy and I feel like I was dying but so much fun lol

Ive tried out other trampoline parks but i always come back to skyzone its pretty much my second home all the workers are nice and helpful from my first frontflip to my 1000th backflip ive learned everything there and i dont know what id do without it highly recommended

Had my daughter’s six birthday party at Skyzone, kids had a wonderful time, they loved the new section with rock climbing and the other obstacles.Naya was our host and she did a great job leading the kids where they have to be, serving pizza and cutting and serving the cake, moving all the belongings to be where they need to be, helping with loading the car, and most importantly doing all this with a wide smile on her face.

I highly recommend to bring your children to skyzone! At first, I was skeptical of bringing my children because I was not sure what Skyzone really was. I decided to call the phone number and right away someone answered in a very nice tone. I asked “Liv” quite a few question and she was beyond helpful, so I decided to come in! My children loved it! Thank you Skyzone.

Such a cool place!

It was very fun, I enjoyed it because the staff could provide you socks for 2 dollars and the good thing is that you can use them for the next visit and they are also very helpful. One thing is that I saw a lot of little kids running around very fast and the staff didnt tell them to stop. Over all I would recommend this trampoline park over launch, it is just way more fun.

Court monitors could pay more attention but overall nice place well maintained and lots of recent upgrades

Nice place to visit once for kids. Compared to other Sky zone this on is really small. But still a fun place for little kids. To small for the bigger ones. No long tramps one foam pit, 4 dodge ball arenas, and some basketball dunk tramps. One kinda large jump areas with 1 tramp per person. Tramps at about 6 to 6 ft long enough to do a back handspring. All in all good for little kids nothing over 10 maybe.

I took my two kids to sky zone for toddler time. We were the only ones there for the first hour. This was amazing, but then all of a sudden...there were kids of all ages there even though it was the time for 6 and under. Thankfully, one of the staff members said something and all of the older kids were placed in another section. The staff was incredible! They were so kind and helpful. One particular staff member, was great. She played with my two little ones almost the entire time. She made our experience fantastic. THANKS!!

I enjoy going for an hour every once in a while with my friends. The glow event on Friday and Saturday is fun. The only gripe I have is they dont let you do backflips into the foam pit which makes absolutely no sense to me. Wouldnt you want to learn in a place where you wont break your neck before you try it on the regular trampolines???

Great place to take your kids for EXERCISE! The owners, Tammer and Sam, are great! I regularly buy their passes where you buy 12 one hour sessions for the price of 10 so I am getting a decent discount. They keep this place very, very clean, which is important to me. I have a place to hang out and watch my kid, and I get some work done while he jumps, so its good for me too. Great way to get the kids off the couch with the iPad and doing something physical all year long.**Update*** They now offer a season pass for $495 for unlimited jumping for a full year! That saves me a bunch of money and now I dont have to leave when the time is up because the time is never up! This also includes the glow zone jumping, which is usually sold separately.

This place is the best. My son just turned 10 and requested to have his birthday here with some of his class mates. Although I personally feel that its a bit pricey for the birthday packages available its worth it because the kids were satisfied they jumped for 1hr and 15 mins. and than drinks, pizza and cake for 45 mins. So 2hrs with 10 children and 2 large pizza 2 drink pitchers of you choice and a water pitcher with your party room rental for the price of $400 not bad but not great.

The manager has a strong accent, one of those accents where you can sort of tell what he is saying by his demeanor, but you still just nod and accept. Still, it is clean and fun, I removed a star because the staff were talking about some movie they saw and took a minute to get to me. Which is fine, I dont hole a grudge, but come on...

Definitely not a place to have a birthday party. Very disorganized, party room was not available on time I had to help with the setup. If Im paying so much for a birthday party I expect to have a room for the length of the party time. Well I did not; party started at 1:00 with a check in at 12:30 everyone was there ontime and the party room was not available till 2:15. Kids and parents where hungry and thirsty. Not worth the money. One star because I dont have another option.

This was our first time going. Not much for the younger kids to do. Had a staff member yell at my 5 year old girls because they were in the foam pit too long for her liking. I immediately addressed the fact that she yelled at my young children. To which she responds Its loud in here, I wanted them to hear me. No it wasnt her speaking so they could hear her it was her having an attitude and yelling at little kids. Staff seemed withdrawn and not very happy to be there. Overall we will go to other locations before we would go back here.

Good place to take the kids to burn off energy. They have something for everyone. They have trampoline dodgeball, trampoline basketball, trampoline foam pit for the younger kids. A little pricy depending what amount of jump time you pick. They supply you also with skyzone socks that have the slip resistant rubbers on the bottom so no one falls. Staff does a good job keeping seats and tables clean and also with keeping the carpets clean.

Security, there is none. Fighting going on. Local hoodlums allowed in to cause issues, not jumping. Beat a girl up. If you take your kids here to this location,. stay with them. Do not just leave them. Sad that such a fun activity has gotten so dangerous for everyone at this location.

Best place for kids to let off unused energy. Have all sorts of offers, best to check online first to get the best prices

Great place to go and have fun with family and friends and its a great place to have a birthday party or bring kids there because they will always have a fun time and the service is good they keep a eye on everyone so no one gets hurt and they also have a place were you can get a ball and slam dunk on a basketball hoop and they have dodgeball and they also have volleyball so there are a variety of things to do overall skyzone is a great place to go and have fun

My son absolutely loves it there, always a great time, always awesome energy from the staff as well as being friendly... A great family activity to definitely get the kids exhausted!

My 12 year old sister got threatened by older girls who said we are gonna beat you up in a bathroom where boys were also in. (Yes this was the girl bathroom. So apparently in society now you must take your girls to the bathroom to keep them safe. and not kicking the girls out/not even getting their parents. I would not recommend going to this skyzone. And to re iterate what I said before there were leveraged boys in the girls bathroom.

Its not bad, the events are good, for kids, its very fun, not sure about the pricing though, and the place is pretty crowded, but overall not bad!

It could be different during the day, but I dont recommend going to their glow party on Saturday nights. There are rude children that think they can do what ever they want. There is no management to supervise that allows these children do what ever they want. The workers they have did nothing but play with their phone, talk to friends or watch. We brought 8 11 year old boys that are very well behaved up for my sons birthday and they wanted to leave because of the mayhem that was allowed. One kid was threatened that he was going to get slapped because he asked one of the jerks to get inline like everyone else. The dodge ball courts were just as bad. The balls are rubber so if you get hit hard, it hurts. They should have foam balls, or gator skin balls. I had 3 kids come off the court crying because of getting hit in the face by old teens/adults. The head manager did give us some free 1 hour passes because of all the issues which is nice, but the memories we have for his birthday are still soured. They need to hire some people with authority to put some order into the facility. DO NOT GO AT NIGHT!!!!! Hopefully it is better during the day?

Skip Sky Zone for a party. Visit Launch in Nashua instead!!2 stars specifically for a birthday party. They are extremely unorganized and do not communicate regarding the set up of a party. I had to call and leave 3 messages and an email and still had to call back the day before the party to finalize my party count and food order. The jump time itself was great. The kids had a blast, and for this my review gets a 2nd star. They were nice to ask if we wanted a little more jump time since we started late, but then the kids were overly hungry and thirsty. So then, I would expect them to know the pizza slice-to-kid ratio. They give you 2 pizzas for the 1st 10 kids and then you have to buy additional, even though you spend $20 per kid over 10 in the party! What!?!? They should not charge more than a jump ticket price for extra party goers if they arent providing any food for them.In any event, we started with 3 pizzas and needed 2 more so we ordered immediately and it took an hour to get!! We opened presents and ate cake, and the kids were going crazy before the rest of the pizza arrived. Our hostess could have cared less. She gave me a card with her name written so ineligibly, I am not able to review her as she asked.After tip (which I shouldnt have left!!) we spent $500 for 16 kids, with 1 hour of jump time. I feel totally ripped off. We had a party a year ago at Launch that went extremely well, with friendly, smiling staff who wanted to help and were helpful with my food order. Such night(mare) and day experiences! Im just happy the kids had fun and this didnt intefere with their experience. We may return for jump time, but it will be awhile.
