Rented out upper space last minute because my sons party was going to be outside. But got rained out, was told I had the rental space for 5 hours. Had not time to set up room because I was told my time was running. African American guy was in charge of watching the desk, was told we had to be out by 9. Again had to make sure room was clean and shinny before out time was done. He offered to pay him 100 cash, which I did to have the location til 10. Not impressed with the location, tables where old and could not stand a 2 liter coke without coming apart. Book the fire station on Liberia, way cheaper and no on is rushing you. Since then I have had my last three bookings there with larger space and no worries about having someone walk up stairs every hour to check on you.

The place is very clean and the staff are friendly. I called in for a wedding rehearsal and they did not have the room I was looking for but they offered me a bigger room for the cheaper price. You are responsible to make sure everything is left the way that you found it but they are very quick to return your deposit.

Having hosted a few events here I would say this place is very average. The facilities are not that nice its not an amazing bargain, but it gets the job done. I have no clue about the classes and other services but if you want to host an average event this is your place. (One pokestop in the parking lot. Lots more across the street)
