Our son had a fantastic time! The equipment was clean and we practically had the place to ourselves! We were able to burn off some energy and spend time together as a family. The concession stand was not open so we had lunch elsewhere. We will definitely return.

Great place to go and let kids get energy out and for as long as you want to stay. Other places charge per the hour or more and if you want to add more time then you purchase more time. Billy Beez is one flat rate per child. Their food selection is nice as well and so are their drinks. Dont want their food or drinks? Bring your own in a lunchbox. Let the kids go and play on their own or join them. Theres also a small arcade area with some fun games. Toddler area for little kids and a little honey comb area that acts as a play house, doctor office, classroom, basically anything to a kids imagination. However the honey comb area is an extra cost and is unlimited. Theres a small trampoline area that also costs extra. You can either purchase per minute or unlimited for the trampolines. Highly recommend this place, it does not disappoint.

Love taking my son here. There are so many different fun things that can keep him engaged for HOURS! I also really like how they take a picture of you and your child and every child has to be checked out to ensure they are leaving with the right person. Sometimes kids can run off and its easy to lose track for just a moment but I feel safe taking my son here.

Great family fun! I think I had more fun than my kids! The charge less for adults which I think it’s fair kinda pricy for the kids but worth it. It reminds me Of DZ discovery zone. The place is huge ton of really fast slides. It’s safe as they keep it locked and you have to be scanned out.

My daughter loves this place so much. I really hope they stay in business, once the pandemic is over we are going back every week like we did before. My daughter had her 1st bday there. Would love to go back for her 2nd. Worth every penny to me. She has so much fun, and tests her limits like a little dare devil. The other kids are so nice too, which helps her with her social skills since we don’t have daycare or other siblings in the house. Miss you guys!!

UPDATE: They replaced the mats! The baby/toddler area is now safe and secure. I was able to let my 18 month old roam free. He loved it!The baby/toddler area is unsafe. The hard floor is exposed under most of the equipment. I saw multiple children slip on the exposed tile. I also saw multiple children step on mats that slid across the tile because they were not secured, causing the kids to fall. My 1 and 3 year olds had a great time, but I had to hase them around to prevent injuries. There were several older children (8-10 years) running around in the baby area, and not allowing the little ones to have a turn on some equipment or be safe in the area. It was completely unregulated by the staff AND the other parents.

Hesitant of other reviews but still wanting to let our toddler burn off some energy we decided to give this place a go. Yes the place was busy especially during Christmas break when a lot of kids were on holiday. BUT we never waited to go down a slide or felt overwhelmed at any point. The play gym itself is massive and like a giant maze with multiple ways up and multiple ways down. The kids (and even parents) we ran into were polite and worked their way around our slow 2 yr old. She had a blast for hours and would have kept going. Yes they were a bit short staffed. Guy at register was both letting people in and out (something 2 people should be doing). Cost was one of my main concerns. 3 adults and 1 toddler rang up to $36 (day we went had 1st adult free with paid kid). Overall that is not terrible when you think about how much is spent at other places like aquariums or chuck e cheese. Even added on the toddler area with houses for her to explore. We didnt buy into the trampolines which I say isnt worth the extra anyways after looking at them. All in all we would go back in a heartbeat. Great for kids of many ages. We are from very very up north Michigan and have stopped at multiple places along our travels. This is a great one.

Have been bringing my now 3 year old here for about two years. She absolutely loves it and requests it often. Before I broke my leg (not here!) I had as much fun as her going down the slides. We took my 7 month old today and she was definitely a fan as well. All the padded floors were great for crawling!

I took my grandkids there when they opened around 2 1/2 years ago. It was pricey but clean and safe and they loved playing in the village (market/school/dr office/post office/pizzeria) which was stocked with tons of play things to spark their imagination. I hadnt gone since until this week. For the two kids and me, paying for the slide area, the village, and the trampolines, it was almost $60. When we went into the village I noticed immediately that they only had about a fourth or fifth of the toys (fake fruit/pizza/cake/groceries/money/xrays etc.) they started with 2 1/2 years ago. Door handles on cabinets were missing, uniforms looked dirty, and the post office/bank area had zero toys in it. It was safe and clean, just looked like they didnt see the need to keep things stocked.The pictures show some of the missing handles and the empty shelves that had so much to play with when they opened but now were empty or almost so. The check-in person was polite and friendly. I never saw staff on the floor. They tended to hang out at the entrance together. The restrooms were moderately clean. The snack bar looked minimally stocked. I probably wont go back.

PLEASE FIX YOUR VIDEO GAMES ITS BEEN MONTHS!!!!Great place for kids, but with so many of these places in the area, this place needs to find a way to lower the prices. They are far and away the most expensive indoor play place Ive been to and even though its one of the best, the price just doesnt justify the quality.

Took my daughter to play here and she had a blast. Its actually much bigger than I expected. At the front you have to pay extra to go into the trampoline part at increments of 5 min. Then also the pizzeria town looking area. Dont fall for that section. Theres no toys or climbing things just sets.

My 9 month old daughter really loved the toddler area! Her favorite was the tunnel that rotates. We went on the weekend and it was pretty busy, with larger tweens taking over a lot of the small kid stuff. Well definitely go again on a week day.

Great places, my boyfriend and I took his daughter for her 3rd birthday just the three of us and we had a ball. She literally closes down the place she was the last kid to leave she loved it so much she wanted to sleep here and wake up and play again. It has so much adventure for kids of all ages. The slides with large for adults and kids. Basketball court was great, they had arcade games for little kids like literally there side so that was cute.

Tons of fun for the kids. Lots to do and room to play. Minus a star for being so freaking crowded and only have a single person managing the drink stand. That part can be improved.

I want to give this place 5 stars, the design is A+, but it is so dirty and the customer service was shockingly bad. Way too much money for how little they maintain the quality. Food was blah and while I understand now allowing outside food kids get hungry playing! They need nutritious options. Seriously understaffed and those present poorly trained. Management gets a F and overall facility D for Disappointing.

Amazing place for kids to unwind, make sure to bring a pair of socks.

A bit expensive, but our boys (7,6,6) had a great time for over 3 hours on a rainy, cold winter Monday. Place is huge, well-designed and fun. Even adults can follow littles through the mazes and down the slides.

This is an awesome place to bring your children. To let them truly be children. Studies suggest that when children have play time, their stress levels lower. Yes children stress out too. At this particular location, they have snacks, trampolines, all sorts of slides, games, and it is very safe. Definitely a great place for parties, or just to let the children get out and have some fun.

Our first experience (3 kids now 13, 9 & 5) was at a location in Nyack New York. That location was HUGE. This one is just the right size when you have three n only one adult. It’s fairly new so everything is still in good condition and clean. We came on a Tuesday before school started @ about 11:30am and they only had one person doing check in with a line out the door. Must have waited 30 minutes minimum to get in. Another employee who was more experienced and possibly supervisor but young came to front to explain something and saw line but didn’t stay to expedite the line. He walked away - poor management I say.It’s not overly expensive but still costly for more than 1 child at $15 a kid. Adults accompanying children is a must but they have to pay to enter and on a weekday non holiday not much of an issue bc less than a $1 otherwise $3 for first adult and then $7 each adult after... that is ridiculous in my opinion. What I do love is you can leave and come back same day without additional cost. And like other kid play establishments kids and their adults get matching number bracelets when leaving. Which is great unless there is no one watching the exit gate and people just leave which was case when I was waiting on line to get in. That is unacceptable and they MUST have someone there. I’m guessing they purposely understaffed or are in desperate need of more employees. Have to be 18 I was told to work here. But again poor management. School is still out for summer and it’s a rainy day (as predicted) should have staffed accordingly.They do have a small food bar snack stand with typical pricing. I did not try the food because I just went outside in the mall and got McDonald’s for the kids because it is cheaper.Lastly I was looking at party packages for possible bday party and it is pricey with cheapest at $30 per kid!!! With one adult included per kid at no added cost. And minimum of 10 kids requirement. I host most of my parties at home so I can’t compare it to other places but $30 per kid

It took us forever to get in because they left the new guy upfront by himself and had to do our transaction 3 times because he kept putting in the wrong charges. Everytime he didnt know how to do something he had to run to the back where all the employees were hiding out . There were no employees on the floor other than the one at the front desk. They charge way too much. Its definitely a money grab. Its $16 for one child to play and you have to pay for every adult other than the first one even if they arent on the equipment. For an adult and infant its $9.95 even if the infant is too small to do anything.

A great place for toddlers to play. it is clean and there are tons of things to keep them entertained. my daughter loves the balloon rooms

Ive been taking my daughter there since it opened. I never had any issues till today. My daughter went inside a certain village, she didnt have the bracelet to be in there so the employees didnt handle that well. They were asking her where is your bracelet? Give me back that toy ect. Mind you she is a special needs child who had no clue what was happening. She was scared. She kept saying sorry mama. I told her it wasnt her fault. I told the manager that she needs to train the staff in how to treat a special needs child they cant communicate as well. She apologized. But the employee who kept her in a corner said she wasnt going to apologize to me because she was right. That really upset me. In conclusion the place is great for kids to play but is now getting too expensive and certain employees need to be trained in how to deal with customers.

We love Billy Beez. Whenever we go we only have good experience. Our toddler loves the slides, climbers and the ball pit. I would highly recommend for anyone with busy toddlers and older kids.

Ive been to plenty of play places with my toddler and this one by far is my favorite. The price isnt ridiculous and they have the best use of space Ive seen with trampolines, plenty or slides and a small pretend play area. Its a combo or all her favs and the play structures and alot more spacious for me to go on with her. She had so much fun, if this place werent so far id visit this place more often.

Took our niece and her parents to Billy Been, and everyone had a blast. Really, this is a great value for the amount if time you could stay, and we stayed a long time. The front desk employees really make sure that you are with the child that you brought in (pictures, card, and bracelets). This was very important for us. Our niece had a great time and met new friends.

Three-year-old birthday party best place ever to have an event for child

Some lady with four kids busted through the exit, skipping the line, said she was here for a birthday party and even though she was told it was a security feature to keep kids safe, she didnt deign to wait for wristbands because she didnt want her kids to miss out.Please get managers on the clock here more often. The Karens are running amok!Great place otherwise.

This is a really great place to go and spend the day with kids of all ages, and its designed for parents to participate if they want. They have bathrooms and a concession stand on site in addition to all the amenities at the mall, so its easy to spend a day here. My wife and I brought our two year old son, and he especially loved all of the slides and ball cage area. I would, however, make two recommendations: have step stools in the restrooms to make it easier for kids to wash their hands, and hire staff to walk the floor to enforce the rules that are posted, especially at the slides. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place and look forward to coming back.

Tons and tons of tunnels. Lots of slides. A really sweet ball blaster arena. And a trampoline area. My daughter loves it!

Its a pretty big place for the kids to play but so expensive and not everything is included in the price. You have to pay extra $3 for 5 mins on the trampolines, $6 extra for the play house area. It was so crowded and the employees were not implamenting any of the rules like no one under 42 inches in the little kids area so there were big kids running around knocking down babies and toddlers. It was a real mad house and the line to pay was so long and it was so hot in there. There are so many other play places in the area that are 100× better and less expensive. Cost $15 per kid, $3 per first adult on the weekends its just a waste of money specially when so busy and parents not watching their kids. Will not return. Will go to another play place in the area. The arcade area is expensive too each game was $1. Its a nice place but too expensive compared to other places in the area.

Pretty awesome play place. Kids had fun. I like the color bracelet idea for children as to keep them with the people they came with. Cant leave unless your colors match up with the kids. Good system. Employees were a little on the slack side. No one was at the front counter to help us out at first. Then layer on no one was at the food stand to help us once again. Its for kids, eat before you go or leave get food and come back after you eat. No food or outside drink. You came and go as much as you like from open to close. So, for the price its worth it. Good times, kids get tired, parents too. Time to go home and take a nap

We have been to this place a couple of times. The first time our daughter had a good time and got to use all the facilities. This second time was a huge fiasco - so much so that it destroyed the entire experience for not only us, but our children.1. They now try to charge extra to enter certain parts of the play area (the play city, the trampoline, etc.)2. The staff is NOT attentive. The baby area had food and wrappers all over the place and parents had to clean it ourselves, the line to get in was extremely slow and there were staff standing around with their backs to the line - at the very least should have gone somewhere and cleaned or gotten out of sight if they werent going to help people.3. A back door alarm was triggered and NO ONE came to address. It took more than 3 minutes and no one still showed up. Can we say CHILD ABDUCTION situation!? I had to go find someone and then they never even looked at me, but said to each other do you have a key? no, where is the key? and it took another several minutes for someone to go back to the back door to fix the alarm. made us feel VERY UNSAFE.4. There was never staff around to help with anything. our child wanted to use the arcade, we needed to put funds on the card. We had to go find someone and ask them to actually come to the back so we could get some help to allow her to play. Not to mention broken games.And on top of that they charge a very high amount for parents. RIDICULOUS and horrible experience.

My grandson loves this place! Very clean and very safe for kids. Staff menbers are very helpful! I will definitely recommend this place to my friends and co-workers.. and definitely book my grandsons birthday party on his 4th birthday next january!!!

At the beggining Ive rated it 5 stars until I saw the restrooms and OMG.... They looked like zombie apocalypse.... smelled so bad and they had a dirty crust all around.... I dont even want to think how many germs all the kids over there had taken to their own house because of this place... My kiddos enjoyed the place but this was the first and last time I visit this place and for the Price I paid... At least they should of had someone to clean the restrooms... I wish I would of ask for my money back.... Dont go to this place... Keep your kids healthy.

I would give it 5 stars because my son had a great time, but their soda machine is broke, and they were sold out of bottled beverages. To add insult to injury they dont allow outside food or beverage. I had to wait until my son was done playing to go out in the mall to get him some water after all of that running around.I was here a long time ago before their kitchen was open and they allowed outside food and beverage, they should also allow it when they have no beverages to sell.I have yet to come here and see this place properly operating at 100%. If this place is a franchise, corporate should really do an inspection of this place and get it up to par.

Its a great place for kids. The only problem I had was I paid extra for the play house area and the trampoline. They gave my daughter 3 wrist bands, which meant she had access to eveything.I ended up seeing a tone of kids with regular wristbands enter them. I should just paid for the regular one.

My nephew loves it! I only give it a 4 star because ..... when they are super busy like today they start running low on places to put your things and or set to eat.

This place is great for older kids but I had so much anxiety about my two year old getting trampled. Also a bit of a money suck as you have to pay for everything separately.

Excellent experience. I went here today with my infant niece, mother, nephew, and sister. Paid less than 35 bucks for all of us to get in and enjoy this massive and fun playground. As an adult I had just as much fun as my 3 year old nephew did. Over ten massive slides, six individual large trampolines, an enclosed toddler area, and more tunnels and climbing areas than I could count. The only downside was that there were a surprising number of children whos parents were not paying atrention to what they were doing but you cant blame the facility for bad parenting.Shout out to the employee Jordan, who I watched help a terrified child look for her parent who wasnt paying attention to her and successfully reunited them. Dude deserves a raise for handling the situation gracefully and successfully.Will definitely return!

Kids loved it ! But they are discriminating. They allow some people to use trampoline without paying and pur kids paid and were waiting . They do the trampoline maintainable while kids were playing in the other side of trampoline. Everything is expensive and they are understaffed too .

There arent any age restrictions so there were big kids in the little kid play area and little kids in the tubes and slides area. This place is pure chaos and it isnt properly staffed. They have to let you out but we waited for a while before we were able to leave because they only had 2 people at the front and they were selling entry tickets. You have to pay extra for the arcade games and the space is very small.

Wonderful to have an indoor playplace!! So needed. Its new so everything is in good condition. Security is ok. Cleanliness is ok. Staff is ok. Well come again for sure.

A spacious indoor playland with slides, trampolines, a games area, and kids mazes. This place also has a walk-up food station with kid favorites, such as chicken tenders, pizza and nachos.

Ive never had so much fun taking my son to a park that I can play with him at! My family and I took 7 kids here and it was amazing going down the big slides and my son had a blast too! Every kid slept like a baby that night.

It is way too pricey and have fun waiting a half hour for them to make you a soft pretzel.

Great place alot to do but it was too cold AC

This was a great place to go with the kids. We took a 3yo, 19 month old and a 16 month old. All of them had a blast and were tired out. The little ones loves the big area and the area just for them. The ball area was great but you will get hit by a ball or two if you go in there, but it doesnt hurt. The bells are foam and super soft. We were there about two hours but I could see spending much more time here with my son. I would recommend this place, just be prepared if you go on a weekend. They get pretty busy.

Price is a little high considering I saw a drug deal go down right next to me in the place haha. Come one Manassas.

Terrible birthday party experience. I forgot to write this review a year ago. This year as I was planning my little ones birthday party I cant help but remember the terrible experience I had here.1. When entering I went to the side table as directed on the phone with the planner stood there for 20 minutes without being acknowledged. I had minor set up to do and was told to come 30 minutes early.2. once told my assigned party room. upon going into the assigned party room it was filthy and still had the peoples from before shoes and trash on the floor. It took 10 minutes to track someone down to see if someone could take care of this, then i was informed that my party was moved to another room. By this time it was time for me to greet my guest so i had no time to make sure the room was ready.3. Guest started showing up and they was stuck in the line that was out the door and wrapping around the corner. Since the guy at the table went missing again no one was there to give them bands and let them in. Mind you theres a fee for every 15 minutes the party goes over and the party was suppose to be started 20minutes ago.4. The party coordinator who was suppose to keep everything on time was no where to be found So I couldnt notify her that my people were stuck outside and the guy with my folder with the bands in it was not at the table.5. I suffer from anxiety so i normally pay for party room events so its less stress for me and I can just focus on enjoying my sons birthday. I ended up having a full panic attack and had to go out to the car and cry so I didnt do it in front of my guest.Needless to say if youre looking for a stress free party this is not the place to plan a birthday at. With all the chaos Im literately terrified for this years birthday party and scarred for life.

Lots for the older walking children to do, not so much for the kids under 1. (Great for our 6 year old not so much for our 7 month old).Website is all about having a clean place for kids to play, this one could definitely use a good cleaning. Not too dirty but there were napkins all over the eating area floor, at least 4 toilets were full of toilet paper, and there was a general feel of dirt in the equipment.

Awesome indoor jungle gym with huge slides. A little pricy but still worth it. Biggest complaint is that you cant bring in any outside snacks or drinks.

My kids do love it. It’s a lot of fun for them. They are over priced. Especially the food and drinks. They also definitely do not clean it enough. My daughter got lice from playing in the Village part. We’ve gone twice, but with the lice issue the second time, it’ll be a bit before I feel good going again.

Billy Bee is amazing for the little ones to run, jump, and climb. The line is sometimes long but to see the Joy of the kids are worth every penny.

Amazing establishment when it first opened! Had my daughters first birthday party here about a year and 1/2 ago and it was awesome! Actually didn’t mind spending over $500 at this place. Unfortunately, the place has been on a decline ever since. Staff undoubtedly fails to clean equipment and other facilities on a routine basis, the pizza is disgusting, they now charge to use the trampoline (was initially included with admission) and the staff has no sense of urgency or customer service skills.Sadly, I can certainly see Billy Beez being closed down in the next year or so.

Overall its a nice indoor playing area. However, the place needs improvement. The day we went, early in the morning, there was no toilet paper in the bathrooms, no soap and no stools for kids. Due to medical reasons, I cannot pick up my toddler, therefore it was impossible for toddler to reach the sink. Hey, this is a place for kids, bathrooms need stools for kids . In addition, there were no highchairs to put your baby in for a snack!!!Not to mention that there is a very nicevillage( playing dentist, restaurant, kitchen, pizza place) inside the playing area, but in order foryour child to access it, you need to pay extra. Not fun and fair! How can you tell your child no when she/he sees other children inside???Oh, and trust me, Im a neat person and this place WAS NOT very clean; hairs on the floors?? Early in the am??So, people in charge there, please pay attention to some basic needs and improve the place.

Im not sure how the experience is of hosting events. But we just took our toddler to have some fun and he had a blast. There was plenty for him to do and needless to say, he did not want to stop.

The place is a great idea but the staff were very rude and the female completely ignored us. the pricing structure is way out of line and way to expensive for what they offer. They force the kids to were socks or buy them from them and several took them off but my daughter was told she had to keep her on or get out but the other kids seems to do what they want we were the only Caucasian family there and from the attitude of the staff it appeared we were not really welcome and it appears we were held to some other level everyone else was not. My daughter wanted to use the trampoline which cost an extra $3 dollars but they refused to let her use it and got very rude and mouthy i WILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN THIS ESTABLISHMENT EVER AGAIN!
