Though I have occasionally attended ballets over the years, I never thought I was a fan--until I found the Manassas Ballet. Now Im a devoted season ticket member, and have been for five years. Theres the exceptional live music featuring both classical and original compositions. The choreography is always fresh and delightful. The Hylton makes it feel intimate, and the entire Manassas Ballet Theatre welcomes you like family. Chat with the Artist is a special treat. I could list so much more. Thank you!

Manassas Ballet Theatre is surprisingly good, with talented dancers and exquisite costumes. The quality is way beyond what you would expect from a local group - I have seen ballet at the Kennedy Center in Washington, D.C. and I enjoyed Manassas Ballet Theatre just as much.I enjoyed watching the troupe dance with a live orchestra at Hylton Performing Arts Center to Tchaikovskys Sleeping Beauty in May 2018, Swan Lake in Mar. 2018, Prokofievs Romeo and Juliet in May 2017, and the Nutcracker in Dec. 2017. With a live orchestra, stunning costumes, and professionally trained Russian dancers in many lead roles, this ballet troupe is a valuable addition to the northern Virginia theatrical arts scene.

Very impressed with the quality of the dancers, costumes, choreography, backed up by a high caliber orchestra. Manassas Ballet Theatre presented Colin and we are still under the spell. Treat yourself to an evening at the Hylton for a ballet performance. You wont regret it!

Wonderful performance today of Alessia Astros spot-on choreography, to choral piece, Carmina Burana by Carl Orff. Not giving it five stars only because it was a long drive from Silver Spring, MD, to Manassas, VA!
