Been here twice and had great service with very kind employees. Prices are fair and the selection is the largest I’ve seen in the two months I’ve been in Fairfax. Ralf helped me the first time and Josh the second time! They are so kind and knowledgeable!! They deserve free things or a bonus!!! Just sayin! Would definitely recommend this shop.

Cheap, brittle glass. Imperfect fits on attachments (Correct size, imperfect opening - wobbled around a lot.) I spared them 1-star because the staff are incredible. Unfortunately, quality items are just not here.Im honestly fairly upset with my purchase and wont be returning.

Usually have had pretty good service here. Just bought a battery for a vape, doesn’t even turn on. All sales are final. Pissed I spent $25 on a product that sells on amazon for 12$ that doesn’t even work. Disappointing

They kind of always have the same things, style wise. Cheaper than most shops around, but you get what you pay for here. Great shop if you are looking for a simple replacement but nothing too fancy or artsy. Not dawgin the place but it could use some fresh ideas.

Terrible Im 38 and look 38 and some punk that didnt even look 18 carded me and made me leave when I didnt have it. Plus its dirty if u drive a mile past there on the right theres an excellent head shop that the name escapes me ATM. Way betta and clean and cheap

Its a wonderful little head shop with at least 1 of everything.

They have a open vape tank. Online is sold for 1899 and they sell it for $50. After the gentleman speaks to the boss they bring the price down to $35. Keep in mind this is a open tank and they do not offer returns or exchanges, if the product they sell you is defective when you buy it. Save yourself some time and just buy it online because the convenience fee is over $30 per item.

Shady business. New to vaping and took the guys word at helping me out. Sold me a vape for $116 that is going online for $25. Called and told I paid the extra money for “instore convenience.” Woman was extremely rude and was told maybe I should look online at prices next time before purchasing something there.

I went to this shop to check out their store and see their selection. When I walked in, it was one of the most cluttered and unorganized shops I have ever been in. It was hard to even move around freely. Im glad there werent other customers there or wed have been bumping into each other. It was difficult to tell anything apart and try and find the item I was looking for. When I finally did, I realized how outrageous their prices were and quickly left. I do not recommend this shop. :(

Absolute garbage. 0 stars would be better but that option isnt available. I visited this shop the other day and it was like I entered a junkyard. Items all over the place, dust over the counters and employees not even looking to help. Who ever came up with this store layout should be ashamed and should clean up their store. I saw some of the prices and they were ridiculously overpriced. On the side note, SHOPE isnt a word in the english dictionary so I dont know who had the audacity of spelling their business name wrong.

I called early today, asking about a product. The woman over the phone, stated they what I needed.I come in, young black guy asks me what I am looking for. I responded honeslty. His next response is get out or I call the police.I cant believe he is even allowed to work there. Horrible experience. 10:40 am. Wouldnt recommend anyone to go here.

Absolutely best place to go in centreville it had pipe dreams beat hands down. The deals are fantastic and the service is outstanding.

Whoever the manager of the store is has not changed the hours on Google. I drove 40 minutes because they said they would be open until 11, and they were the only store open
