Sky Zone trampoline park was fun for my granddaughters. My family signed up for a three month membership. Good investment. Remember to bring water.

Theyre offering free jump (60min) for furloughed federal employees and up to three family members Thursdays in January. Much appreciated. Took my toddler there for 9:30 to 11 a.m. Tiddler Time Jump too - perfect and such a good time.

Usually I love this place. My son has a membership, and we come here all the time so he can burn energy. Today, however, the staff was pretty disappointing. First, I had to argue with the front staff that my sons pass was valid because it was the old style annual pass that was far cheaper than the new version. (They eventually agreed it was valid, but it involved me getting a manager to prove it to the cashier.) Then, we attempted to find somewhere to sit while he jumped. As it was the Sunday of a holiday weekend, it was understandably crowded. The primary upstairs sitting area was completely filled with a family obviously having a large birthday party and taking all the seating. This was clearly a party as they had kids running amok, cake and Paisanos pizza on every table and presents covering one of the couches. We went to sit in an empty party room just to have somewhere to sit. When the staff came in and asked us to leave so they could clean it, we asked them to please say something to the huge family that was monopolizing all the seating with a clearly unauthorized party. They refused. So much for their no outside food rule... I just wish that the staff would have stepped up here to keep people from ruining the experience of others.

Good experience at Toddler time.

Brought the kids over for the weekend and totally had a blast. The staff were amazing and very polite too. And the prices are very reasonable.

I bring my nephew here and he loves it. We have a lot of fun in the sponge pit. Its a bit pricey, but Im thinking that insurance is high, Im not sure. But this is a great place to take kids to wear them out.

A bit disorganized for birthday parties but overall a lot of fun for kids! Open bouncing, dodgeball, slam dunk, and flip into foam pit. Kids love it! Prices are reasonable for everyday drop in and bounce.

Looking for a place for kids and adults to burn some energy, this place is cool. Kids really like the Glow session on the weekend. It is pricey, once you add socks and t-shirt for Glow session but worth it.

Fun trampoline place and the staff are very nice and welcoming too! There is one WARNING: Twice I have been at Skyzone when individuals have come in a car and left in an ambulance. There are videos to watch around the space to remind you how to stay safe.

First time coming to sky zone we had a wonderful experience with Jenn sales operator at front desk!! Very friendly beautiful smile and explained everything about sky zone great!!! I just want to now if this is just for kids?

Its a pretty good trampoline place. Theyre doing a decent job of keeping things maintained and in working condition. Its nice that there are four different areas for jumping and doing things; it really helps keep everyone entertained for the time we have to jump.

I took my daughters there and I didn’t appreciate the girl working there telling them to get out of the sponge pit, because there were more people waiting to use it but we had just arrived to the place.

This is a nice place but the fburg branch is even better. The equipment seemed clean, but I got a nagging case of pink eye the following day, and I didnt even jump around. I just leaned against the padding staring at the dodge ball court for an hour. Keep this in mind when you go and make sure you bring hand sanitizer or wash your hands really really well while youre there. The same can be said for anything with millions of carrier monkeys and pads they can spit and rub on.

Trampolines were fun and kids had a blast. Very expensive and they expect you to give the employees a tip on top of everything for a party. The staff was fine, but often did not know how things were ran and attempted to overcharge us even more than we were already charged. Spend your money somewhere else to get the most out of it.

I will never bring my kids to this place ever again. I rather take them to any other Sky Zone.. even it it’s 50 miles away...! Unprofessional people at best...

Great place for children and kids at heart.

This place is super fun. No complaints about the quality or how fun the place is. The problem I have is the price. Kind of expensive. Especially if you go the 1st time. You have to buy the socks, and if you happen to show up on a weekend during the glow time, you have to pay for a shirt too. You can reuse the shirt and socks but this is only helpful if you plan on going to Skyzone on the regular. So, this place is super fun, but if you know anyone with the socks and shirt you should borrow them from a friend cause its a little pricey but youll have a good time.

My Grandson had his 6th birthday there, and I dont think he, his parents and all his friends and I ever had so much fun!!!

Its a cozy place. The ultimate dodgeball is very nice. The place is clean and I look forward to going there again.

Busy, loud, fun place to spend an hour or two, but a little pricey. I also wondered how often/well it is cleaned, lots of germs floating around.

The employee named Marcus is the best employee there! He actually does his job unlike other employees. Also I went to shout out Leslie she is really nice and knows what she is doing she is very professional.

1st timer to Sky Zone.We took a field trip here for our special needs class. We all had a great time and the staff was wonderful. Miss J (a manager) was fantastic and patient. Definitely a good time for kids and adults alike!

It’s always the same experience super rude service as soon as you walk in they get mad if they cannot spell the last name correctly, it’s ridiculous how they force you to buy SKY ZONE SOCKS even though my kids had the exact same socks just from somewhere else. The staff member was super rude to my girl when he told her that she couldn’t jump due to having inappropriate socks that he even made her cry and didn’t feel comfortable jumping anymore. It is very rare to get a positive experience here the teens working here are so immature and rude.

Incredible family fun! Place was clean and the staff was helpful. We had a really great time here and I would recommend this place to anyone looking to have a good time and share a laugh with family and friends. Plenty of parking and good shopping nearby with restaurants and quick bites.

Nice indoor trampoline park. Great for all ages. They have a snack bar too. You must wear their special socks while jumping. Staff is very friendly. Great birthday place for parties.

We have been coming to this location for a few months. Finally got the annual pass and Ashley was amazing. The whole team really looks out to make sure everyone is safe and has a great time.

My wife and I had a great time here! You have to buy their socks, which are okay but didn’t stay in place all that well. They have dodgeball, regular trampolines, a foam pit, and basketball goals. All in all, not bad. Really busy though- which makes it difficult to find room in the main trampoline area.

Great for birthday parties, kids have a chance to get all that extra energy out, pretty friendly staff. Fun to watch some of the dads jump around forgetting they now have dad bodies.

First time at Sky Zone took my grandkids and daughters and the staff that was on today was very rude no one explained to us where anything was.. my child didnt know where they had to be and got yelled at when they went to jump in and there was other kids there.. no one let us know about the rules. It a shame because the place looks nice and the kids had fun! only is the staff had more of a sense of humor and had fun then beening rude to these kids, because without then( the kids)they dont have a job.

Fun place, but not for toddlers or kids under 5!

Horrible, felt harrased from the moment i walked in. Employees kept asking to see our wrist bands. Kids cant be kids, too many rules and you feel watched the whole time. Waste of money, the one in Sterling is way better.

Its a great place to bring your children and get some exercise while youre jumping and having a good time There is food and arcade games as well so the fun never ends!

First off I wanted to say thank you to Jalissa the GM that was on duty for accommodating my little sister who has Autism. There was a closed off section not being occupied and she arranged for my sister and I to have that whole space during our hour jump session. The whole staff on duty from 1:00pm-2:00pm On 8/21/19 were all exceptional. I will be bringing my sister back here more often so she can jump freely. Comfortability is a key component for guests to feel and we both felt right at home during our visit. Thank you Sky-zone Trampoline Park Of Manassas again.

Worst party experience ever. Extremely unorganized staff. Upon checking in on time. I told a member that we were there to check in. Then they wondered off for about 10 minutes while I had a group of kids wondering what to do. Several parents standing there with several food boxes, cakes etc for other parties with no help for anyone. Finally made it back to the front of the line, they couldnt find my daughters name in the system even though shes been there several times so they sent me to another line to resign a waiver. By the way I spoke to someone on the phone 2 days prior to make sure she was still good. Another 20 minutes later back in line to wait for socks which i asked for the first time. After that fiasco...they chucked my cupcakes on a shelf along with a fragile cake. After everyone was finally jumping, i told them the cake was supposed to be refrigerated but instead they put it in the freezer. After we got access to the party room, it wasnt cleaned. Not sure what they cleaned either. There was still old cups and water all over the serving table. I set up the table myself since they did nothing to help with that. Oh and provided utensils I guess they mean literally a cup of spoons and nothing else. I had to look in the cabinets to find the napkins, extra plates etc. This by the way took several minutes to set up taking away party time. When we were done no help with clean up either. And they put all the kids shoes in a specific bin. When we checked out, the kids shoes were all mixed up with other random peoples shoes.I feel like what you pay for at this place it isnt worth the money at all. Seems like a bunch of high school kids employed here that are more worried about their phones and other employees than their guests.Wont be back.

For Manassas location : Great place for kids to steam out... crowded and long wait time after 3pm. Different area to jump for different ages. My son loves Dodgeball there, we go every week with a yearly pass, you get to save some big bucks. I wont do it every Saturday otherwise. Im putting a 4 stars only, because 1 of the water fountain is always messed up. We came one day to find the only 2 ones in the huge location, out of work. Not sure if its done on purpose for parents to spend an extra buck at the concession store right there. So I always bring my own bottle just, in case, these kids are getting an intense work out. Bunch of birthday parties. And they recently added arcades games with tokens and whole 9 yards.

Call in advance to make sure they arent over capacity, because if they are you will have to wait until the next available jump time its a super fun place for the kids but also very very crowded on the weekends. I would recommend visiting week days.

Finding something for the entire family to enjoy can truly be hard... but not at skies zone. For some reason or the other I always expect a little more from the concession stand type restaurant. Its really lacking.

A bit confused about the space/location of private jumping areas for reserved Birthday parties, being a first timer. There was really no private jumping time. Other than that the kids had fun staff was nice and accommodating. Kayla our party host was great as well.

Worst trampoline experience; we have gone to the Sky Zone in Sterling many times and had an amazing time. The Manassas Sky Zone was terrible, lots of foul language and the employees clearly did not care about the welfare of the guests. Dodgeball was especially bad; we had a terrible referee who didn’t care about the injuries of the players—no matter the age. I would certainly recommend going to the Sky Zone in Sterling; as for us, we will never go to the Manassas one again. It would serve them well to completely clean house and hire more respectful and concerned employees!!

This place is joke, non-existent management, unprofessional employees. Managers seem to come to work kindly put, as casual as possible as if it were some beach bar, employees that dont seem to be interested in answering questions, managers prefer to stay away from the eyes whatever they seem to be doing in the back rather than engaging clients. Assistant manager cant seem to contact the manager who doesnt answer his phone because I was told it was his day off. I am sorry but when you are a manager and your assistant manager calls you, not answering is irresponsible. They dont seem to know essential corporate phone numbers or any way to find it out, which seems unlikely, so management either seems to be lying or dumb or incompetent or all of them.

Very disappointed! Our party arrived on time and got squared away 20 minutes before our jump time. Our host was no where to be seen, had to ask for manager for assistance as person checking us in was no help. I was basically directing the kiddos on what to do. Once we arrived to our room, I had to serve the kiddos as our host kept stepping out of the room. We were not given napkins nor utensils until we asked for them. I had to keep tending to the kiddos and cleaned up afterwards. Basically host was no help. I would NOT RECOMMEND this place for parties, what a waste of money. Manager did give us an extra 30 minutes to jump which we appreciated but was definitely not worth the disappointment! Know what is included in your package bc for the inconvenience host tried to give me the socks for free which were included in the package and I had to advised her of that.

My daughter attended birthday party there. Everything was going good then my daughter and the other girls from the birthday party went to play dodge ball in the back. These girls are 8-11. They were having fun playing with each other when 2 boys decided to play with them. One boy threw the ball at my daughters ankle while the other boy tackled her causing us a trip to the ER with a severely sprained ankle and possible fractured growth plate. The attendants didnt do anything. My daughter was screaming walking out to the seating area. According to the other girls the boys where horse playing in the dodge ball area where they were and no one said anything to them. I think sky zone would be a good place for kids to enjoy if the staff were doing there job and paying attention to the kids. Instead theyre checking phone talking to one another and not caring about the welfare of the children. We will NOT be back for a second trip!!

Yesterday when my girls went to skyzone for glow a young lady that was working there was around the counter in a sports bra!!! A SPORTS BRA!!! How does management allow this????

I drove 40 minutes to visit this place today with my 3 year old and 2 year old. It was my first time, I paid for a full hour session and only stayed about 20 minutes. My kiddos were excited and so was I. 15 minutes into the session I was approached three (3) times by staff. 1st approach - you cannot jump with your little ones, which is fine under normal circumstances, BUT my daughter is 2 years old and I have to stay with her for safety concerns. 2nd approach - we are going to move everyone around because we need to keep the adults together and the children separately. No problem, I said okay and moved my little ones to the other end of the trampoline. 3rd approach - you will need to go in rounds to jump into the pit, again that is fine under normal circumstances but when you have a 3 and 2 year old it takes a little more time to get in and out of the pit. The staff could have at least given me two minutes to get them in and out of the pit instead of making me feel like I was taking up the allotted time.By then my son started to cry because he felt I did not want him to play when all I was trying to do was abide by their rules. It was such a waste of $54. The place is pretty decent but DEFINITELY NOT GEARED TOWARDS TODDLERS. No designated area for younger ones to play, it was a free for all.So if you are a working family and can only enjoy the weekends to do something fun with your little ones during the day, this is not the place!!

They need to clean the floors and walls...really dirty. Some staff were great....some were terrible.

I just found out about this place about four months ago. Ive been here twice and I have enjoyed myself both times. My daughter loves this place she constantly ask to go and just hang out. If there isnt a Groupon it could be a bit pricey but make sure you save your socks. If you have bad knees, I would not recommend. I was a bit scared that my knees would give out on me. They have a Dodge Ball, free jump, basketball, and a pit foam to jump. They also have a secluded place for only birthday parties. I would go back here again but only as a reward.
